They came to our home to give us an estimate on a new furnace. They were arrogant and not at all professional. The first thing they did was plaster our brand new water heater with their own ridiculous bumper sticker. After an outrageous estimate, we ended up going with another company who was much more professional and considerably more reasonable. Shop around people!

We have worked with them several times previously and never had any complaints about their services. Last month we contacted them to install a new Air Conditioning unit in our office and were glad by the nominal price charged for their services. We hired them to install an exhaust fan in our house and will recommend them to everyone. You will not regret hiring them.

So Cal was very responsive from the first call. Ive dealt with two other companies and had no success with them. I must compliment the technician, Jonathan, for his attention to detail and diligent exploration to get to the problem in our furnace. The whole team was very helpful during the process of procuring parts and staying true to their committed time slots when we set them. I was very impressed all around and would highly recommend this company. They will be my go to from here on out.

Great service. They had some issues with scheduling and had to cancel my morning appointment but they were very efficient in sending somebody else to my house to do the A/C maintenance and fix the problem. Jessica was very nice, professional. I felt so bad for her because the job was more complicated than anticipated but she stayed well into the evening to finish the work.

I have had three different companies service our air conditioning system in recent years. The young man from So Cal knew his business the best by far. He was effective and efficient in his work and at no time did I feel pressure to have him do something extra to build the charge.The Thursday night before a holiday weekend that started Friday morning we called for service on our air conditioning and they arranged to have someone here Friday morning. The technician arrived first thing Friday morning and immediately began working on the unit. Within 10 minutes he identified the problem and made the necessary repairs right away. He then did a quick review of our equipment and sat with me to review what he had done and what suggestions he had for me to consider another time. All of this was done within the price quoted as the minimum the night before. His visit assures that I will call So Cal for any future Heating and Air Conditioning work I do in the future. It seems I finally found someone I can count on.

Jonathan was super professional and explained to me what he found re my old heater. He also pointed out that I had an exhaust pipe that contained Asbestos and explained to me how to get it removed. I never write reviews, but I highly recommend this company. They are fair and their workers are very well trained.

Showed up and was clean, and a wearing mask. Went right to work cleaning out the system. Took time to fill me in about the details and was polite. I was impressed with his work. IWould recommend soCal air Condtioner .

Cyrus came out and replaced a part to get our furnace going again, so of course I was grateful, but he did it all with such care, examining the part and our furnace closely to make sure it was right, explaining what he was doing because I was curious, and then we chatted about all manner of things about the city these days which was fun. I came away from the appointment feeling that this is a business worth supporting. Also, he patiently talked me through getting all the info he needed for the furnace over the phone to make sure he had the correct part to bring over, so everything went smoothly. SOCAL PHAC are top notch! They replaced a 35 year old system in my house and they did a great job. They replaced both the inside and outside components and were there until it was completed. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous.10 year warranty both on parts and service, beat out all of the competitive bids received from other companies. Cyrus was great to deal with as were the technicians who installed my system.They even sent out a technician to make repairs to my existing system working for a few days until they could put in the new system. We recently had a mitsubishi mini split installed with socal plumbing heating & air - 1 outdoor condenser and 4 indoor Emura units (we also opted for the wireless adapters on the indoor units and have absolutely loved them!).Love these bearded guys! They were super easy to deal with and we were left with an ultra clean installThey even had their own guy for the electrical part, so I didnt have to call in another electrician to finish the job.From dealing with tim during the estimate phase to getting the install done we are very happy , we feel like we are in good hands with them, especially when they come out to do a bi-yearly check-up on the units.

So cal plumbing, heating and air conditioning is a great company, the employees are great, professional, caring and responsive. Our heater went out during a very cold snap and they responded very quickly to replace it even though they were very busy with other customers. The price was better than fair and their work was excellent. I’ll use this company again for sure.

The heater in our attic died after 20 years. It was the middle of winter and working from home due to Covid the house was freezing. So Cal Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning saved my heater the last time it stopped working and their service had been fast, professional, and inexpensive—so I called them again. Sadly, this time no simple repair was possible, the heat exchanger was cracked, and the boards fried after a water leak. We needed a new furnace. With the supply chain issues, I expected the worst, but less than a week later they had the new heater in stock and came to install it! As before, the workers were all friendly and professional, even vacuuming up the floor after working in the attic. When it turned out the new heater was too large for our attic entrance there were no “extra charges” – they simply removed the stairs, hoisted it up, and replaced the staircase holding to our original price agreement. They even returned a week after the job was done at my request to adjust the dampers so our home heated more evenly at no extra charge. So Cal Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is a professional and courteous company, they respond promptly, and they provide excellent and reliable service with no hidden charges. I wish my experience with every repair company was this good. Strongly Recommended.

Needed to replace our furnace. Obtained 3 quotes and So Cal offered the best price by far. They installed a 3 ton Bryant model. I had a limited time window and they offered to come out on a Sunday. They had to modify some of the connecting ducts to fit and their final price did not change. Great guys. Great service. I have already referred them to someone else. I told them that I would write a review - something a never do. Very happy customer.

The technician could not explain the issue and kept insisting on needing to replace both the AC and heating units. I kept asking for an explanation and he could not provide it. Allison (one of the managers) is great and very helpful but beware - make sure you don’t get Alain as your technician or you’ll just get the consistent salesperson message.

They installed a duel zone 4 ton system in our home, just in time as ours was going out . These people are great!! They were the most economical quote of 7 quotes and they were the only one to suggest a smaller system. The smaller system turned out to be more economical so I up graded the brand of my equipment. The system was also more than enough for my house. Every room gets to a great temp and at times I find myself too cold! Im glad I took his advice and went with a smaller system and a better brand than I had in mind.The crew was all professional and kept our home clean. Wow! My luck turned around as soon as I called Socal PH&AC. A/C was leaking profusely from the return. cyrus was able to respond quickly on an unusually hot and humid day. He fixed the problem and the A/C was back in business. Not only did he fix the problem but he was a pleasure to have in our home. Our issue was the furnace - the flex line needed a hard pipe to comply following mandatory inspection reports.My wife requested a quote from multiple vendors, and of the many responses, Socal PH&AC was the best.
