Carlos was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Very much appreciated his insight on our issues. We had some concerns with some of the previous wiring in our house. Carlos was able to quickly identify our issue and provide a bevy of solutions.Prices were fair but the quality of the service is what really stood out. Definitely left a positive impression and will look to use them again in the future.

Had a wonderful experience with this electrician. They were very professional and arrived within minutes of my call and fixed the issue promptly. Some city workers drove through our entire neighborhood with the bed of their dump truck up and literally ripped all of the wooden phone poles from the ground and the wires were torn as well. SoCal Edison arrived on scene of the disaster and notified me that they would begin repair in the main lines but they could not service the damage done to my home, so I had to call an electrician immediately to regain power. I would definitely recommend B&H Electric, and I am happy I have a reliable electrician if ever needed in the future.

One of the best electricians out there. My parents had an electrical issue at their home. We were able to schedule online. Carlos came out on time, and is so helpful. He figured out the issue and it was resolved. This kind of service and responsiveness is hard to find.

I recently had B&M electric help solve a problem of fluctuating power at my home. Their responsiveness was excellent. I received a call back within a few hours of submitting an appointment request online. Further, their electrician, Carlos, called to recommend that I call SoCal Edison because he suspected the issue was with the power cable and not within my home. I very much appreciated his thoughtfulness to save me the cost of a visit.I still kept the appointment just to make sure no issues were occurring in my home. Carloss service was excellent. During the electrical inspection, he took the time to show me what the actual problem was (bad connection from the power line) while also recommending a few items that I could be fixed. The knowledge gained was easily worth the price of the service call.I highly recommend B&M for household electrical problems.

If you’re planning to use services of this company, please be aware that you will be hit with a $75 “dispatch fee” for their visit to provide you an estimate that they wouldn’t inform you about neither during scheduling of your appointment nor during the actual appointment. Also be ready to get upsold on projects that have nothing to do with the work you invited them to provide an estimate for.Very disappointing to say the least…

Carlos and Rizal provided a 5 star service. The have solved all the electrical problems in my house all at once. I hired an electrician previously and he was not able to provide solutions for all the problems. Thats why I was so impressed with these two technicians.

I first used B&M Electric back in 1996 when I purchased our home and was doing some renovations prior to moving in. I met Charles and Kang(spelling?) who’s installed canned lighting throughout the entire first floor after the popcorn ceiling was removed and knockdown texture was applied. Charles and Kang impressed me with their hard work, personable interactions, respect of home, and quality of workmanship. I have had B&M work on other property and update needs at my home over the years. In 1996 there wasn’t Google and Yelp reviews to share experiences, instead Motorola flip phones were all the rage!Fast forward to today and I have an opportunity to share on this platform. I reached out to B&M last week as I had an urgent need to have an outdoor electrical outlet installed to accommodate an anti-leak device to my main water line as my home insurance was requiring it as a contingency to not having the policy cancelled (insurance is getting crazy but that’s another discussion). I spoke to Jenna who was pleasant and was able to accommodate my request for an appointment this morning/Monday. Jenna is excellent in her communications and follow up throughout the scheduling process. Early this morning I received a message indicating that the electricians were on their way and a brief introduction to who they were with a little background as well. Carlos and Rizal arrived promptly and I showed them what I was requesting to have done. Per their pre inspection procedures, they identified other potential safety issues that they could address while on the premises. No hard pressure sale, just notifying concerns and offering help. I chose to update two electrical outlets to GFCI in addition to having the outdoor GFCI protected outlet installed for the anti-leak device. They exhibited the same care and quality work that I have received from all the other jobs that I have had this company complete. They explained everything and allowed for any questions to be asked, ready to clarify and make me comfortable with all aspects of their visit. They introduced me to a service plan opportunity and explained all the benefits for me to consider. They let me think about it with no pressure to join. They completed their work in a timely manner and accepted my form of payment. An email of the work order and receipt was sent to me for my records. I highly recommend B&M for electrical work as the people and work product are stellar.

I had an urgent concern when some outlets went dead and when resetting the circuit breaker I heard crackling noises. Carlos came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs quickly. Very pleased with the timeliness and the work.

I rarely post reviews but the service we received from Justin at B&M Electric was phenomenal, so I wanted to share my experience. I called B&M due to flickering lights in multiple areas and Jenna whom I spoke with at the office was able to get us scheduled promptly to assess the situation. Justin came out and immediately pinpointed the issue and also found several breakers on the bus board which showed burn marks. The panel is over 40 years old on a rather large house and several large pieces of equipment had been added over the years (pool, A/C, car charger etc...). Justin explained the situation in easy-to-understand terms, and we discussed several options. Ultimately, we decided to replace the main and sub panels given the age of the home and original panels. This was a major project spanning 4 days, but I felt assured that the job was being done correctly with the utmost attention to detail. Justin explained the work every step of the way and always made sure I had my questions answered. Justin was knowledgeable, thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nowadays customer focus is hard to come by but Justin aced it in that department. Special thanks to Ken and Dru who also worked hard on this project. I would highly recommend B&M for any electrical work and will be using them again in the future! Thank you to the B&M team!!!!!

It’s unfortunate they are experiencing problems with their phone numbers and receiving communications via their website. I was finally able to locate a phone number for them that worked. NOTE: They charge $75 to come out to evaluate a job for a quote. You get that back if you go with their services. But if you already know you don’t want to pay to get a quote save yourself time & don’t contact them.

Their electrician/technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and so nice, plus their prices are reasonable, they do not upcharge or overcharge and will discuss all aspects of the job with you and give useful suggestions.They showed up on time, they went over everything with me, and listened to my input.The latest electricians, Carlos and Ken were great, they showed up on time and got right to work. I had several needs, installing a whole house surge protector, a dedicated plug outlet for my electric water heater, outdoor elevated light, removing and reinstalling other outdoor lights, trouble shooting and existing remote light situation (solved it and made and upgrade that enable me to use my phone to turn off and on) and installed puck lights. All of this was done in one day. Oh, Carlos personally called me the day prior to the appointed to go over all my requests . Talk about the personal touch. This is a fantastic company and it doesnt stop with the electricians, when you call you speak to a real person, usually and very nice young lady, who is polite, listens to you needs and gets right down to when, what and how they can help. The technician, Carlos, evaluated the problem with my garage Tesla wall charger, removed the burned wires and installed my new wall connector correctly. Quickly called me back and got me on the schedule to repair some light fixtures. Carlos arrived on time and did a thorough safety check on our home. Im so glad he did because we had a breaker that was burned up, and figured out that was why we had some of our lights flickering from time to time. After quickly updating the breaker, Carlos and Drew went to work on updating my kitchen lights, and they look beautiful! They also did an awesome job cleaning up after. No mess was left behind. Which is really important to me since I have a toddler running around. With all the work they did I was expecting a big bill, but they were very reasonably priced.

I hired B&M Electric to install a few outlets as well as take care of a few other tasks. Carlos and Misael were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They conducted a thorough safety review and it turns out our main panel (from a recent remodel before we bought the house) had some major issues, including not being grounded. They presented the various options clearly and were not pushy.The finished result of their work is phenomenal. It was for sure not the cheapest option, but they dont claim to be the cheapest. Its the premium option that is a good choice when you want the work done correctly. They were very clean and left absolutely no trace. Additionally, they were very accommodating and were willing to do the quieter tasks while our 1-year old was taking her nap. To make sure they could finish the job in 2 days they called Dru and Ken to help and they also did great work.

Went from ballast to ballast-free with Dru, who did a great job in no time flat. Will be calling them again for future electrical needs!

Wow! So happy I found B&M electric. Iw as looking for local electricians that do’t just “service the area”. From inquiry to execution the team was flawless.Their receptionist/dispatcher was super sweet, helpful and professional.We upgraded light switches to smart throughout the house, repaired landscaping lights, added a few new GFIs and installed a surge protector.The lead electrician Dru, was super professional, thoughtful and just on top of it all. He performed an inspection and provided some additional recommendations. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold but rather provided awareness of things that were at my discretion to opt in/out of in terms of work to be done. He was prepared and got to work right after we aligned on the SoW. He had a few other team members join to help knock things out and honestly, everyone was wonderful. Today is the first time I used B&M Electric. Matt was my technician. I found Matt to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The ceiling light in a bedroom wouldn’t work. I was told by another company that a cable would have to be installed from the attic down through the wall. Matt researched the problem, he discovered the problem was loose wiring. I really trust B&M Electrical, and plan on using them for all my needs.

I recently had B&M Electric send a technician to give us an estimate for some major electrical work. They were able to schedule a visit very quickly. Our tech was Justin and he was extremely professional and friendly, answering all of my questions and he made sure to explain everything really thoroughly. I was very happy with the site visit and we are going to be moving forward with some projects right away.

Carlos was incredibly thorough, efficient, and explained all the things he was doing very clearly. He also showed up on time and was incredibly respectful and polite. He definitely knows his stuff. I love that B&M allows you to see where the electricians are when they’re on the way so you can see how much time you have to put the dog away, etc. B&M isn’t the cheapest but you get your money’s worth for sure. I was incredibly satisfied with the job and will be calling them in the future for some other small electrical jobs I’ve probably been putting off too long.

Carlos and Matthew did an excellent job evaluating the electrical of our house, providing a written estimate for their recommendations, and provided photographs to document their evaluations. They replaced our electrical panel, all of our outdoor lighting, our interior smoke alarms, and corroded exterior outlets. They very clearly explained the needed repairs, and answered all our questions. Really appreciate their professionalism and expertise, and would recommend them for all your electrical needs.

Sharing reviews are not really my thing, but I wanted to express how happy my wife and I were to have Carlos do our electrical work. Living in the same house for over 40 years, weve had our share of good and bad services. Carlos was very professional, informative, kind, patient, obviously well-trained and very knowledgeable in the electrical field. He was asked to replace two fluorescent light fixtures with LED light fixtures in our enclosed patio, but opted to help us keep our existing fixtures by modifying them to work with LED tube lights by removing and bypassing the ballasts. By doing that, he made it possible for me to return the two LED fixtures that I had received already. He also changed our existing fluorescent kitchen lights with four inset ceiling lights making the kitchen brighter and looking more contemporary than before. The decision we made was not based on an aggressive sales pitch, but on sound wisdom and knowledge of understanding. We are very happy with the results. He also replaced some of our faulty outlets throughout the house. Overall, we are very impressed. But what also impressed both of us was his dedication to keeping everything clean. It seems he was constantly picking up the trash as he was going along. We were not surprised that he thoroughly cleaned up the mess after the completion of his job. I would use B & M electric again if Carlos is available. Sidenote: The CSR person, Jenna was very nice over the phone when I first called in. It was her initial pleasantness that caused me to give B & M Electric a chance. Sometimes credit should be given to a good CSR person. Theyre the voice of the company.

My Nema 14-50 installed by another electrician frequently overheated and Carlos visited to assess the problem. Carlos figured out that neutral wire was missing and the receptacle wasn’t appropriate for my intended use. Installation of new wire/receptacle was done at the same day and Carlos clearly answered all my questions. Will reach out again if I have any electrical issues.

I needed an electrician to install an outlet in our backyard. Brittany (hope I’m spelling her name correctly) answered the phone and was really friendly and efficient so even though it was the near the end of the business day they got Dru out to my house within the hour to give an assessment. We were able to schedule the work to be done the next morning and Dru came to take care of everything. He was also so nice and managed to work around our kids, dog and cat (haha). Would definitely use their services again.

If you want the Four Seasons if electricians you’ve come to the right spot. The attention to detail, the bid, the communication both prior to arrival and when they completed the job was amazing. They care that you are safe in your home and that the electrical panel is labeled and organized. It was an 11 out of 10 experience.

I had electricity problem in my living room on Monday and the very next day Carlos came on time to troubleshoot for me. I found B&M Electric was sincere and honest ... being 50 years old house, the consultation provided was to the point and realistic (not trying to sell me whole range of services to upgrade to like a new house. I felt comfortable working with this local electrician so I proceed to have my problem resolved in 2 hours ... I can feel confident with the job done and I am very satisfied.
