Tenants are often hard on rental property and when a unit is vacated it is nice to have a dependable company, I can rely on, to get things back into shape and ready for a new tenant. In addition to minor repairs, Southline Construction is good at coming up with creative solutions to address difficult repairs. I had a front door frame that had been badly damaged and I had visions of having to replace the entire front door, a metal security door and the wood frame, not to mention patch and repaint the exterior stucco because everything was connected. Instead, the damaged area was cut out of the wood frame and it was re-built to support a new door closer mechanism replacing an old one that had been ripped out of the wood frame causing all the damage. The frame was rebuilt, a new door closer mechanism was installed, the door seal was replaced, and all the wood got a new coat of paint. The new and improved frame is much stronger, the door closer mechanism operates smoothly, and the frame looks like new. Kudos for coming up with a clever solution.This company first helped me with rental property but I have since remodeled a bath in my home and the high quality workmanship is consistent, prices are reasonable and communication excellent. The best part is my input is taken into consideration so in the end I am happy with the results.I’ve had my share of horror stories over the years so I can honestly say I totally appreciate the peace of mind I have choosing this company for my projects, no doubt there will be more.

Southline Construction truly made our kitchen and bathroom beyond beautiful. They completely transformed or outdated kitchen and bathroom and gave it a modern and clean look. The entire renovation process was stress-free thanks to their excellent team. Our contractor Nawid was very knowledgeable and gave us different options to chose from and was always working in our best interest to save us money and avoid going over budget.My husband and I are very impressed with their accuracy and professionalism.
