Travis came in a few hours after my call was made. I was impressed by their speedy service and willingness to work during the storm and late hours. I had 2 patio doors that unfortunately did not block the water from entering the house during the rain and windstorm. He came along with Mr Alfredo to set up the dry outs and dehumidifiers. He was concerned for my health as well and made sure to put up the plastic barriers to contain the area. I appreciate them during this rainy season.

I live in North Hollywood and I called A Mitigation for an emergency water pipe damage in the garden. I did not know they were coming from Torrance but still Travis worked the schedule around to have somebody over to fix the problem. Although, there was nobody available until Monday and I had to managed the weekend without water I would highly recommend them. Travis was honest and didnt promise any false hopes. He stayed in contact with me during the weekend and replied all my text messages and answered all my calls. Alfredo, the plumber, really knew what he was doing and answered all my questions patiently. I originally requested the service for a leak detector but they also offered to fix the problem. At the end of the day I had everything fixed including the concrete that it had to be cut off to change the pipe. I was extremely happy with Alfredos work. A piece of art!After the job was done, Tony from the office called me to make sure I was a happy customer. All three of them were very professional and care about my situation at all time. Neighbor recommend Travis and His smart team to do a mold inspection in my home. When they arrived they were fast & did not waste anytime. I was impressed with their professional work. They even did a hygienist testing which was a good system to make sure my house was safe. LoL after the test results it came back that mold was growing so they did the mold abatement and got the job done ✅ Fair prices of course wasnt a mom and pops price but good enough to get the job done professionally

We called late morning, they sent an email indicating their window of arrival. They arrived with 4 hrs, fixed our copper pipe leak with in an hour. Very happy with price, attentiveness, explained everything they were going to do...Done! Job was around 1 hr or less.Clearly would recommend them whole heartedly and will use them again.

Travis and Tony are great. Had a leak in the ceiling over my powder room and they were here within 2 hours of my call. Had my bathroom put back together in no time and pricing was very reasonable. Very communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible.Clearly over their heads...Took three days to diagnose a leak a second opinion took 20 minutes to find.Suggested to cut a post stress concrete floor without knowing it was one.Couldnt give me a straight answer on almost anything.Submitted a ridiculous and bizarre bill to my insurance companyFind somebody else.. in my opinion

Mitigation Inc. was extremely unprofessional. Travis preyed on our vulnerability of needing a company that would do water restoration on a weekend. Travis and his employees were unable to manage a proper paper trail and accused insurance company of conspiring against them. This a small fraction of problems. Please do not use them. I am fair and understanding but this company was horrible to work with.-Did not provide proper documentation of cost of job in a timely manner nor provide insurance with what was needed.-Poor communication(purposely hung up on me, did not take my calls)-Slow or no contractors would show up to job when scheduled or did not schedule-After began job sent email with paranoia of not being paid when job was not even completed.-No communication for 2 weeks or sproradic-Rude and off colored jokes to female tenants and owner-Lied to or about homeowner-Inflated costs for repairs sent to insurance company(fraud)-Staff could not provide competent emails-Continuously sent bills or paperwork for another job-Stated insurance will pay for mitigation and testing and will only go after insurance company-Trying to get money from me for work not done-Did not provide photos to insurance company that were requested-Sued me for work not done-Called after business hours-Accused us of fraud-Entered my home/garage without permission, when already stated to not enter my home or complete anymore work.

Tony and his crew did a great job...fast and for a reasonable price!

I recently had a flood in my home that required an extensive remodel. Mitigation, Inc took care of everything!! I called them the night that the flood occurred and Travis was at my home first thing the next morning. They came in and boxed all of my things and put them in storage and then started the real work. I cannot say enough about the work that they did to make my house new. The men that work for Travis are outstanding. Manny, Alfredo, George and Tony are very professional and courteous. There was not a business day that went by that there was not someone working in my home. They stayed on a tight schedule and completed the work on time. Travis made sure that I was informed about the upcoming work schedule and how we were progressing. I would definitely recommend Mitigation, Inc when having work done on my house.

Mitigation, Inc. did a great job repairing damage caused by a flex pipe leak in our master bathroom on Friday, March 30. (I called Mitigation, Inc. because they had done an excellent job in 2011 after a major water pipe leak in our kitchen.) I was so relieved when Travis and two workers came within an hour even though it was Easter weekend. They set up huge fans to dry out the affected areas (master bath, hallway, master bedroom and “computer room”) after pulling up the carpeting and padding and taping plastic sheeting on walls to limit dust. About 5 days later they opened up the wall between the bathroom and hall to check for mold despite the insurance company agent saying it wasn’t necessary. I trusted Travis’ judgment as he has had over 30 years of experience and is very knowledgeable about insurance coverage and regulations. Luckily for us, they DID find MOLD, which insurance should cover! Travis called us each day to let us know when workers would arrive and how long they would stay. Crew members Alfredo and Guillermo did a beautiful job repairing the wall and repainting the area. They were very professional, polite, and cleaned up each day before they left. The job took almost 2 weeks, but I was highly satisfied. We paid the $1,000 deductible and for replacement of the bathroom faucet but insurance should cover the rest. I highly recommend Mitigation, Inc. for dealing with water damage caused by plumbing leaks.

A year or so ago my the light in my downstairs bathroom fell off the wall I called a handyman to come fix it and he informed me that the light fell off because the upstairs shower was leaking probably because of an improper hot mop. The contractor who had installed the shower insisted that could not be true as the inspector had signed off on the paperwork. He then promptly changed his number and I could no longer locate himI had no money to repair so just used the shower in the other bathroom.Fast forward a year. Walked into the kitchen and saw water dripping down the wall. Didnt know who to call and by luck called Mitigation. Travis came out the same day and checked out the entire kitchen and upstairs bath. Tearing the lower kitchen cabinets out revealed a great deal of mold. To make a long story short, Mitigation took care of everything in a very timely manner. Packed up my kitchen, rebuilt the cabinets, treated the mold, redid the upstairs shower to properly re hot mop and removed and replaced the minimum amount of tiles to make thebathroom functional again. All this was done with the minimum amount of disruption to my household Travis handled all communication with my insurance company. Im very happy with the work Mitigation performed and they will be the first I call if I have the unfortunate luck to have this situation come up again.Thanks Mitigation.

I had a broken pipe that was causing tremendous water leakage on my walls and floors. I went online to find a good plumber contractor. I saw mitigation website and found it fascinating that they were willing to back up their work so I gave them a call. I spoke to one of the guys in the office and He was very kind and answered all my questions. They made an appointment the same day and came out to do a free estimate. No pressure. I called them the next day to hire them. They came back - fixed the broken pipe. repaired the drywall and floors with quality material. Nothings was second hand. I was very happy with their service. Manny and crew do good work but watch the fast talker (Travis). If this guy sees an opportunity to make a quick buck from an insurance company or consumer he will definitely take his shot. Buyer beware!

Two days ago [02\08\2018],one of our pipes sprung a PROVERBIAL leak. I do mean proverbial. We called DRAIN RIGHT because we had used them once before. They were reasonable and I even gave them high praises on YELP. What a mistake, the tried to pull the ole highway robbery on my mother in law,{ 2 couplings 1 copper 90 degree piece, flux and a pkg. of flux brushes a few other odd things ], the total was 30.00 or so give or take. So no go!! We then called BESTLINE THEY WANTED 300 SO WE SAID OK . BESTLINE SAYS OH YOU NEED NEW SEWR LINES AND WATER LINES . OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE 14,000 DOLLARS BUT FOR YOU TODAY ITLL BE 10.OOO DOLLAR ! WE SAID NO JUST DO THE LEAK. OK ILL SEND MY GUYS. SO HE [BEST LINE SAYS WE CANT DO YOUR WORK (COULD IT BE THAT WE DIDNT FALL FOR THE $$$$ SCAM?]! IN THE E ND WE CALLED MITIGATION . INC. MAN THEY DID S GREAT JOB , THEY SMELLED GOOD AND DID THE WORK FOR $290.00.... THEY WERE GREAT I WISH ID OF KNOW ABOUT THEM SOONER. LIVE AND LEARN. THANK YOU ALFREDO AND MANUEL.
