Nexgen advertised drain cleaning for $88. Plumber arrived. Realized he didnt need to use the clean out because only one drain was clogged. Which simply means its a smaller job. But he raised his price to over $200. I said No thank you. He immediately said well let me see what I could do for you. Brought the price down to a little over $100. I said no, you advertised $88. Good bye. I called them because I didnt have my tools. I was feeling lazy. I went next door. Asked the neighbor to borrow a monkey wrench. Took off the trap. Cleaned out a piece of old rag with goop stuck in there. Put the trap back on. Problem solved. Cost me a $3 beer to the neighbors for the lend of the tool. Thanks for the dishonesty. You saved me $85.

I had an awful experience with NexGen Plumbing. They initially quoted me $3,000 for a job that, after getting a second opinion, I learned could have been fixed with just a simple wax seal and spacer for $300. NexGen never mentioned this option of adding a spacer. Instead, they suggested a tempering solution that cost around $400 for just the wax ring kit. A week later, the toilet was leaking again.When I called them back and mentioned what the second plumber had told me about adding a spacer, the NexGen plumber admitted that would fix the issue but said it would cost an additional $1,000! Knowing now what I did from the other plumbing company, I realized the total cost should have been nowhere near that amount. I asked for a refund, which they refused, but they offered to add the spacer for an additional $220. Frustrated, I agreed, knowing I had already overpaid so much for a basic job.Its disappointing because the founder of NexGen claims he started this company because there werent enough honest companies out there. Unfortunately, NexGen is right alongside them. If youre looking for an honest plumber, steer clear of NexGen Plumbing!

Home Depot sent them to me. They came out and sold me on an idea. Then sent me the wrong sheet i was getting slim lines and they sent me traditional. Took 2 weeks to get that correct info . I understand they are expensive cause they gotta pay for those billboards all over la. But least have good service too

Dustin is a great service tech! He was on time (which is a plus for my busy schedule)... wonderful personality, professional and thorough . He washed out the AC unit and cleaned out dust from furnace and checked carbon monoxide levels.Dustin went above and beyond what was required and I recommend NextGen for service & safety!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVER THINK ABOUT USING NexGEN.TLDR: They are SCAM ARTISTS and/or incompetent.Background: My AC started blowing warm arm first & then suddenly stopped. Apparently, that’s a common pattern of symptoms that a capacitor is failing or has already which I discovered after getting several second opinions after NexGENs doom and gloom “diagnosis”.Ryan and Joni. These two are either incompetent or simply crooks. Just reading the quote has language intended to fear monger & pressure you into quickly accepting their quote. Words like “a crack in your heat exchanger is no trivial matter. It’s the most common cause of excess carbon monoxide in your home”. And another good one “…it may make more sense to repair a cracked heat exchanger, but it often makes more sense to replace the furnace.” Yes, let’s just replace everything no matter what is wrong.They chose not to charge a diagnosis fee, but that’s the oldest sales psychology trick in the book hoping to tap into the reciprocity principle that you’ll accept it to install parts you don’t need and at an obscenely inflated markup.The very fact that they have parts for sale on their website is a major red flag. What layman customer will know what to buy for their HVAC?Keep in mind, a new version of our existing AC costs ~$3,000.NexGEN did NOT check for warranty (all parts they wanted to replace were still covered under warranty). Luckily, I was careful & got a second opinion from two different companies afterward as well as a family friend & they all determined it was 99% a faulty capacitor.NexGEN (Ryan & Joni) did NOT offer to first try replacing the capacitor or even mention it. No, that would be too easy. Instead, they decided it made sense to replace all the parts (that were working) because that’s the minimum that was needed. And what was the quote for all these replacement parts? Compressor $8,415, evaporator coil $6,462, condenser with fan motor $965, line drier $2,065.Almost $18,000 to replace a bunch of fully functioning parts instead of replacing the $18 capacitor.The story gets better. However, even at that price, Ryan & Joni said that it really almost doesn’t make sense to “rebuild” my AC at their astronomical price but instead, it would be better to replace the heat exchanger in addition to that for a total of $22,594. So, to recap, ~$23,000 for replacing parts and NOT a new system. Got it.I replaced the capacitor for $18 & everything started right up and kept running without issue.Also, NextGEN (Ryan & Joni) left the yellow HERM wire unplugged for some “strange” reason. Most likely an attempt to mislead me.I imagine a lot who have done business with NexGEN did not get second opinions & simply took them at their word as far as diagnosis. Do a simple Youtube search and you will find that most of the issues step from a faulty capacitor and it is the most common scam in the HVAC industry to try and mislead you that its something other than this.Bottom line: AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They are trying to extract services and money from you where it is entirely unnecessary & wasteful and at obscenely inflated prices to boot. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

My furnace was installed 6 months ago. Two gas leaks due to careless installation were found by the inspector weeks later! It was properly repaired. The complimentary check 6 months later was delayed, after I shifted my entire schedule to accommodate them. The young man came apologetically, he inspected the furnace and then proceeded to hard sell thousands of dollars more of additions and upkeep insurance. I said no thank you. i received an invoice for all 5 services we discussed after he left that afternoon. The furnace works fine, but nearly every interaction with the company has been frustrating. The people are nice and appear to be competent, but there is always something that layers need for follow up. Frankly, I am surprised in that they have a good reputation.

Always seek a second opinion. I have used NexGen HVAC and plumbing on two previous occassions and have been very satisfied with their service. I even made them my preferred recommendation to family. So happy with thier service I didn’t bother looking for another plumber. However, this last call caused me some concern. I smelled gas and immediatley called the gas company who arrived and localized the leak and shut off the gas. I called NexGen and they sent a plumber to make the repairs. I showed him the area of concern and he made the necessary repairs and did a great job. He pressurized the pipes and told me I had other leaks. He specifically told me I had four leaks and he was only able to fix three of the leaks because they were easily accessible. He said he would send me pictures of the repairs. He never did. He said he would return the next day and try and locate the fourth leak.The next day he returned, pressurized the pipes again and told me he found so many leaks he lost count. 🤔 This is where it gets screwy. He said he could make some of the repairs in sections and turn on the gas.😱 Without finding all the leaks?🤔The plumber then suggested repipng the entire house. I asked for a ball park figure for a complete repipe and was given a figure of approximatly $19,000.00. I asked him to send me the photos he had just shown me of all the areas where he found leaks. He had shown me each photo individually and pointed to each white speck of foam as being evidence of a leak.I asked him to send me the photos and I’d give him a call after I get a second opinion. Knowing that if I use a second plumber, I might get pressure from another plumber to repipe or he might claim to have found other leaks, I decided to call the gas company and ask that they turn my gas on. I knew they would test for leaks prior to turning the gas on and I would know for sure there were other existing leaks.The gas company responded within 4 hours, pressurized the pipes, turned on the gas, verified that all was fine and I had no leaks.I have never posted before, but I felt I must on this occassion to let others know, especially the elderly, of these types of scams. Had I not called the gas company to verify that I had additional leaks, I would have been snookered into a $19,000.00 unnecessary repair and possibly be in a long term debt situation. I hope this plumbers actions is not common practice or condoned by NexGen HVAC Plumbing and heating. I still didn’t get the photos. Obviously he didn’t send the photos becuase this would be great evidence on my behalf. That is why I have no photos to post.Summation. In this particular situation dealing with gas leaks, if you want to verify that you have no additional leaks and need a second opinion, call your gas company because they don’t have a dog in the fight. If they say you still have a leak after a repair it’s probably true.

Had a great experience with this company replacing our water heater and furnace this week. Every one of the people we have dealt with has been pleasant, more than helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a big job, but 3 days after I called for an appointment, everything is installed and running. Its worth every penny.

Today I had my air conditioner/heater serviced. Ethan was so professional and thorough. He went over everything with me concerning my unit. I was so happy with the service that I received. In addition his manager Ruben came by to check how the service was going. They had such great teamwork. It’s so good to receive excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve used NexGen in the past and they’ve been great. But a few days ago SERVICE man Robbie blew me away! He was the most professional, polite, impatient Young man that I have met in quite a while. He makes me want to throw rocks at the smell good plumber! He was very detailed and his explanation of what he was doing and what he was finding in my 42 year old house. Help me raise my HVAC lQ.Robbie as a role model customer representative that any company should be proud to have on their team.

Technicians Kevin and Andrew arrived at our house within an hour of our call. The gas leak was evaluated by pressure testing, observation and mapping of the property. The source of the leak was found quickly and other possible problem areas evaluated. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals who not only repaired the original problem but contacted the Gas Company to expedite the return of gas services to the property.

Just an all around great experience. Our hvac furnace wasnt lighting. Another company tried replacing the surface ignitor and the flame sensor not no avail. We thought it was hopeless and might need a new unit. Patrick H showed up friendly and professional as ever. Was respectful around the house, covered his work boots whenever inside, and just had a great attitude. Patrick read the error code to reveal the issue was a stuck pressure switch. He unclogged the tube leading to the switch and bam. After a 20 minute visit, the system was heating again! Quick fix from a super pro. Im glad I made the call. Thanks guys!

I am writing this review as a tenant and am not the property owner. NexGen replaced the drain pipes, water pipes, and gas lines in the entire home. They also lined the clay pipe to the city. The start of the process was smooth and they worked efficiently. They guys that did the repairs did a good job and were professional. There were a couple of minor problems, but they repaired them before they left. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because after they finished NexGen was incredibly unprofessional in scheduling inspection and finishing touches. On many occasions I was told “someone will call you back in a few hours” to which I never got a call back. I had several days where I had to call every hour in order to get someone to tell me what the process was and how long it would take. In addition they scheduled people to come to the house without confirming. The only notice I had was about 10 minutes before they arrived. Whoever oversees the final process was incredibly unorganized and non-communicative. I believe the quality of the work was ultimately good but the high pracetag (my landlord told me how much) should mean TOP quality customer service. I was only looking for timelines and estimates on when people would be coming out so that I could manage my work schedule. However, my time was not respected at all. That being said, the people that came on sight were always friendly, helpful, and professional. However, no one ever knew who I should talk to or what would happen next. Maybe this company is good at small projects but I would not recommend for large projects.

Overdue review, but Nexgen has an awesome after care service! I’ve had issues with my HVAC and water heater that Nexgen installed for me and whenever there was an issue , I was able to get a technician fairly quickly and they took care of everything under warranty, no questions asked. I can’t think of any other home appliance company that matches their customer service.

I made an online appointment the night before and NexGen quickly the next morning. They had a plumber, Connor, at my home to check the plumbing problem as soon as he was available. I highly recommend this place and will continue to do business with them in the future!

The entire experience with Nexgen Air exceeded my expectations. THeir web site made it easy to book an appointment for an estimate. Their staff did a great job of following up after the appointment was set. When I met with Jeff from the Nexgen team he did a great job of explaining my options and more important helping me understand the solution. I never felt sold or pressured in any way. Jeff followed up and shared specific about the company and its culture which weighed into our decision. Once we decided to go with Nexgen the process was straight forward and Jeff worked with us even through Sunday to get us scheduled that Tuesday. When the installers came out they followed all the safety protocols and deliver excellent work. They were very professional you can tell they take great pride in their work. When they were done they did a great job of cleaning up and helping me understand how to use my new unit. Throughout the experience it was clear the culture is to provide excellent work and customer service. Thank you for everything Nexgen.

Michael came back today to ensure that my AC system was still fully pressurized after his service a month ago. Fortunately it was holding perfectly and there was no charge for the visit.Michael is a professional at his trade and very polite. Will definitely use him in the future.

Our HVAC unit was due for a routine service inspection and we were not pleased with the last company that came out. We reached out to NEXGEN based on Google reviews and information on their website stating that the $88 inspection and tune-up was genuine and there would be no hidden costs. Our technician was Vincent and he was knowledgeable, insightful, efficient and friendly. Vincent patiently inspected our HVAC system, took photos of his work in progress and carefully explained what he found after his thorough assessment. Although there were several services that Vincent recommended, he was kind enough to prioritize which items needed more immediate attention. There was absolutely no pressure and all of the recommended services were included in the work summary and assessment along with the photos, which will allow my wife and I time to carefully review and work out a schedule for future service. We truly appreciate the service Vincent and NEXGEN provided to us and plan to make arrangements for future service. We enthusiastically recommend NEXGEN.

I called for a basic drain cleaning on my clogged master bath shower last Friday. The plumber ran the snake, got it stuck and caused a leak coming into my dining room! After what remained of the snake sat in my shower all weekend, they returned to cut the hole in my ceiling on Monday.One drywall and pipe cut revealed the source of the leak, but they were unable to remove their snake, so cut the hole even larger, leaving drywall everywhere. Then, they did a second cutting of the pipe with the sole purpose to retrieve the snake. On the second cut, gray water poured into the dining room. Pricing to repair the pipe was quoted at $1,200/ft, I was charged for 3 feet when only one foot was needed for the original leak repair and the last two feet were because they needed to retrieve the snake!$3,800 later I am left with a huge hole in my ceiling, drywall everywhere and a smelly dining room. To top it all off, they said the root cause was that the downpipe needs to be descaled (this was not completed) and proposed another $3,000 invoice for that! I would he happy just to have the downpipes descaled and the ceiling put back in its original condition. Please help!!

Worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Im a tenant on a rental property, with a HVAC system through NextGen. The AC has been malfunctioning for 2 weeks and weve tried to contact NextGen to repair it and twice they have sent out technicians to fix the issue and both times it has not worked. They have, however charged for both appointments even though they didnt repair anything. Trying to set up an appointment is a hopeless mess and technicians dont come in the window and cancel without telling us. Customer service on the phone is rude and snippy when trying to schedule a new appointment and wont even apologize for their failure to fix our AC system. Then they make it out to be my fault that they havent been capable of fixing anything, and cant comprehend why we would want an advanced technician to come soon to fix our AC in the middle of a heat wave. Save yourself a headache and go literally anywhere else.

I took advantage of NexGens Heating System Tuneup. Edward was very amicable and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me some solid advise on my furnace. He DID NOT try to push me into buying anything else. He did advise me on what I should be aware of, since my furnace was now 20 years old. I appreciated his expertise.

I had Jesse from NexGen come out to look at my electric tankless water heater and was very impressed! Jesse was extremely kind and professional. He was honest and give me warranty information on my current system and even tried contacting them for me! He also gave me information on alternative systems. I will definitely contact them in the future if I need any HVAC or plumbing services! Thanks Jesse!

They were on time, very helpful and profesional. I had the first guy come to maintain and clean my central heating system. I mentioned that I was having a few minor plumbing issues. He set up a call and had a plumber come to the house in a couple of days time to assess the situation. Both were great, very knowledgeable and most importantly, they didnt try to sell me anything. They take photos of everything and discuss the issues with you but at no time you fell pressured into having to buy more service. I will use them again.

Called and booked an appointment for November 3rd. Repeatedly told the person who answered the phone what kind of heating system I had that its in the floor underneath a wall. Also spoke to the technician the day of the appointment and ask him if he needed to get in the crawl space due to the heater being in the ground to which he replied no. When the technician arrived, he said he could not work on our furnace and called in a supervisor. We had to wait for the supervisor to arrive. Once the supervisor arrived he said that they couldnt work on this furnace but had somebody in the office who is used to working on older furnaces and said he would call us back and would give us a discount for the inconvenience. They never called us back! Wasted 3 hours on this with no resolve. If you have an older gas heating system you might want to think about calling someone else whos reliable and can work on it. The main reason I called them in the first place was because they had a lot of positive reviews and after explaining multiple times what heating system I had they assured me they could work on it.

Called them for service on my business AC and explained to them that the AC is on the roof and there is no access to the roof from inside of the store, and I told them they must have a special equipment to get to the AC, the tech show up and he simply said, Im not going to use the ladder or anything else to go on the roof.Then I called Next level heating and cooling, they came on time great price and serviceNextGen got too big too fast

Michael was the service technician and he was knowledgeable and thorough and friendly and ethical and pretty much any other positive adjective you could come up with. 100% recommend this business based solely on the fact that they employ someone like him.

Arnold/Service Tech was professional, responsive, sharp and had great customer service. Glad we met NexGen in 2022! Very pleased. Good dispatch and office too. They walk you through options. Great!!

We received a courtesy call the day prior to and the morning of our service appointment - an example of great customer service. George was prompt and pleasant. He made every effort to protect himself and us by wearing a mask and wore shoe covers while in our house and took them off before he went out. We have a baby so we most definitely appreciated this! Not only did he repair our furnace in less than 30 minutes, but he explained what may have happened and how it was repaired. We were emailed all photos he took prior to and during the repair, including pictures of the part component. We opted in the biannual maintenance plan to ensure that our HVAC unit continues to run optimally. Looking forward to their continued great service!

I received a/c&heating maintenance service by Manny. His work was very thorough and explained in details of conditions of equipment and works he had performed. Made a couple of suggestions to me which I am considering now. Overall very satisfactory.

Eddie R. was our tech. He was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and brought up all concerns about our HVAC system. He Offered great deals and was able to negotiate on pricing. Boot covers were on the boots before entering my home and I didnt have to ask, which is great and respectful. Ill be using Nexgen again. Thank you!

I work with a property management company and we have used Nexgen Air multiple times at several different properties. We just had them install a new AC system in one of our properties and both the staff and the technician were amazing. They are quick to respond and call back. The people in the office are always polite. The technician is eager to help and give the best solution to the problem instead of the repair that benefits them the most. Gustavo was our Tech, this the second time we hire Nexgen to do our A/C and asked for Gustavo because he does excellent work, he is humble and a hard worker, him and his team went above and beyond to make sure they accommodated to our schedules. Also I feel I got a very competitive price for the work.Overall I Highly recommend Nexgen.

The re-piping of my entire home was quoted as. 3-day job which took 5 days. The workers said they would clean at the end if every day. They only cleaned the first 3 days. The last two, which were the ones where most of the work was done, they not only left a mess but they also damaged parts of my home. On the last day, they re-hooked up my washer and dryer and did not test to make sure it worked. Now I do not have a working washer. No one will come out to fix my washer

Very professional service. Called them originally because our AC went out and we read good reviews. They serviced our AC during COVID shutdown, and very professional about all of that. Wore mask, shoe covers, wiped down iPad. In addition, just watching him rewire our AC, I could tell the tech really took pride in his work. Fixed in ~2 hours. Couldnt have asked for better service.

Sales person was great, he helped us decide on the size of the unit and where it should go. The installers were very efficient and easy to work with, the whole job was completed in a few hours. Very satisfied with this company and their employees. Would highly recommend this company.

I was in the market for new AC installation. Nextgen was one of the companies that responded right away. I was only available on a Sunday that week, and an estimator (Bill) was willing to come in on a Sunday. Bill came in on time, friendly, considerate about bringing in his shoes from outside and made sure that he put on shoe covers before coming inside my house. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a quote for a split type system. A couple of friendly installers came by in a couple of days. We started talking about central air vs split and I told him that central AC was a few more thousand dollars. Juan suggested trying to talk to his boss to see what they can do. About 15 minutes later, Bill called to tell me that the owner okayed for them to install a central AC for the same price. I was very happy with the news. After 2 1/2 days of work, the new install central AC was done and was working very good. The installers were very friendly and courteous and was careful to keep everything clean inside the house. Just yesterday, a Nextgen electrician (Joey) came to install the electrical panel upgrade which was part of the contract. Same thing with the other employees, Joey was friendly and courteous. He was also neat and made sure that everything was kept clean before he left. They are highly recommended by me. Do not hesitate and give them a call now.

Recently I notified Nexgen to come out and give me an estimate on a main drain problem I was having with my A/C unit. The unit works perfectly fine, but the main drain pan is cracked causing the condensation to flow the the secondary drain pan and water flowing outside of my home.I had an independent contractor (who owns his business), give me an estimate of $1000.00 to repair the problem. At the beginning of the year, this same contractor moved my compressor from the rear of my home to the side of the house. Additionally, he installed dampers in my ducting, added another thermostat (upstairs), and serviced my system. He did all of this for a total of $2800.00.Nexgens estimate to repair my main drain problem was $4600.00!! Wow, I believe I can replace that whole unit for that amount of money. This astronomical estimate reinforces my belief that big companies such as Nexgen are not the way to go. Shame on Nexgen. Buyer Beware!!!

Kevin Volk and George Ramirez were so professional and thorough with the inspection of our AC and furnace system. They were very pleasant and polite and both provided explanations of our problems with photos and videos of the current condition of our old system. We got the run around from OTHER AC service companies but NEXGEN did exceed our expectations!They also love Dogs which was great because our Beagle and Poodle always get excited around new faces but the guys didnt mind.Thanks so much!

NEXGEN did a great job on the AC installation, completing everything timely and completing the work with ease. They made sure I was completely satisfied.Then the heat wave came and we were away for a day with the AC off. Came home to a 90 degree house, so we cranked the AC full blast. It took awhile to cool down so I texted the owner and he had Ruben at my house within the hour. Unbelievable service!Ruben again took the time to measure airflow and temperature at every vent. Looked at ambient temperatures and environment and provided tons of information, suggestions, advice, etc.The level of service at NEXGEN is next level! Bar none. The best. I have ready recommended them to others who have used their services and have the same great feedback.

Even though I decided not to get the AC installation due to my current financial situation, I have to say, the 2 gentlemen that came out for the estimate were so nice, professional, and knowledgeable that I have to give my feedback(and I hardly do reviews). Art and (sorry I forgot the other guys name) answered all of my questions and were super friendly! I would definitely due business with them if the opportunity arises! :-)

I had a great visit from Nexgen and Eddy P. to fix my mini-split system. It just needed a little TLC / cleaning but its now humming! I would highly recommend Eddy and Nexgen to anyone reading this right now.

We have used Nexgen now for Air Conditioning, heating and now they will be installing a de-humidifier system for us. Also replaced a garbage disposal and will be fixing a water leak. They are professional, efficient, on time, courteous, friendly, very enjoyable people to be around. A technician (Bill) came out to give me estimates. He was early, but checked to make sure that was ok. Service was repair of electronic air cleaner. I have had two experiences with NexGen with completely opposite results.First, they installed an AC/Heater last summer, which I give them a 10 on a scale of 5 being the highest rating. Excellent Customer Relations, Excellent Technical Staff, Excellent in every category.Most recent, I “called” NexGen to schedule for plumbing services to replace a garbage disposal. The day of the appointment, NexGen send a text stating that the technician would be out between 2pm and 4pm. At 4:08 pm, NexGen sends a text stating that the Technician had an emergency won’t be able to come out that day. [FINE] NexGen then apologizes and states that they need to reschedule the appointment. [FINE, understandable]. Then NexGen states that they look forward to hearing from me to reschedule [PROBLEM]. I am the customer and NexGen canceled the appointment and NexGen wants me to call them again to schedule an appointment. Customer Service 101 says call your customer to reschedule.(1) By “texting” to cancel the appointment and failing to call to reschedule the appointment, NexGen took the coward approach to Customer Service . . . too afraid to call me, their customer, when things dont go right(2) NexGen canceled the appointment, and NexGen wants me, the customer, to call again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could no stars.NexGen keeps texting me to review their service. Well it’s funny they keep asking because they never even showed up! The technician was to arrive between 1-3pm. He called at 2:47 to say he’d be here between 3-3:15. At 4:30 I got a text asking me to review the job. I was like he never showed up. I called the office to cancel as it was almost dark. The woman said she would call and speak with him and call me back. She never called back.I did then call a local small business that came and found issues NexGen missed when they were here last…you can probably do better and have a company that appreciates your time…call them instead!

Martin displayed laziness and dishonesty during his visit. Despite claiming a need for a new machine, he pushed a $580 heater cleaning, spraying chemicals needlessly in my driveway leaving behind a mess. He misled about a $2,000 system, suggesting unnecessary repairs and quoting an exorbitant $25,000. Unimpressed with Nexgens tactics, I felt taken advantage of, particularly when Martin, seemingly eager for a quick profit before his vacation in 2 days, insulted my home that it was smelly, my dogs are dirty and bragged about his new home down the street from mine on top of the hill. Feeling trapped, I questioned the $580 cleaning cost, when I could have cleaned it myself only to be assured it would offset the $2,000 system he was pushing. The encounter was unsettling and left me skeptical of their integrity. I am a 24 year old female , first time homeowner and I’ve only lived there for a year. I was definitely insulted and taken advantage of. All I wanted was some heat for my family. The fuse went out and the motor could be replaced much less than 25k but they didn’t care about what’s convenient and economical for me.

Polite and efficient as they worked. The technicians were excellent communicators.

These people are scammers. Their main office told me they’d apply the $88 call fee towards the total. The technician told us he can’t apply it because we didn’t order enough services. In the final invoice, there’s no $88 fee, but they added $84 on top of the originally quoted fixed cost part – the $139 air filter (worth $30 at Home Depot) became $223. I really regret doing business with this company. It’s not even about money but lack of common decency.

Jason came to my home to inspect an hvac issue and was very thorough! He actually happened to finish with a job in my neighborhood earlier than expected and called to see if he could come earlier (no pressure though). I was thrilled he could arrive early. He walked me through our issue and quickly provided estimates after calling the office.Overall, he fully went above and beyond. On his way out, we had four large packages at the end of the driveway and he saw me bringing them in and carried them inside for me. Highly recommend

Armando was professional and knew what he was doing. Completed the tankless water heater flush and inspection as expected. Only negative was that he arrived a day earlier than the appointment. I happened to be at home at the time so in the end it worked out fine.

The dispatcher was helpful and got a repairman to our house the same day. He wasn’t able to solve the problem. He’s going to work on solutions and get back to me—stay tuned!

I called Nexgen to unclog a kitchen sink.The two technicians (Arial and - sorry - I forgot the other fellows name) were on-time and as friendly, clean, and considerate as could be. After they explained different options that included an expensive Hydro Jet cleaning or replacing a section of main-line drain pipe that they said was the cause of the problem for $1,200, I opted for the advertised $89 drain cleaning. They explained that it would just be a temporary fix and the drain would probably clog-up again in a few weeks.When they finished an hour later and presented a bill for $211.75, I asked, what happened to the $89 advertised special? They said the $89 was for them to show up and didnt include any work they did. Ridiculous, huh? A few words were exchanged and I paid the bill. Lesson learned.

I was really glad I contacted them to unclog my main drain. They gave me a time as 9.30am - 1.00pm for a tech to arrive at my house but the tech arrived at around 10. 30am. We havent had shower or home toilet use since Sunday PM and we were happy when he came earlier. The Tech was very proficient and methodical to have the job completed in less than 20 mins and we are back to Normal. Thanks Nexgen HVAC & Plumbing for a job well done. We will call them if we have any issues with plumbing or heating. Definitely.

Responsive fix-it service. Gave a details breakdown invoice of the costs associated with installing a new furnace. Kind technician and really took the time to put the problem into Layman’s terms.We did get a hvac/ac system quote from them in Oct 2022, and they were the highest bid by far by over $10,000. Even though they offer financing options, we decided their price was too high, and we ended up going with with a middle of the road offer. With all that said, they seem like a decent company, but get more than one bid on your project.
