Great understanding and very informative over all loyalty runs in this company. I have recommended this company to my Friends, Neighbors and clients they only had good things to say after hearing them. The best plumbing company in the area hands down.

Owner/manager and staff have terrible customer service. The man who they sent out to address a clogged pipe was so unprofessional I felt unsafe with him at my home. When I complained to the owner regarding his behavior and the fact that they had not fixed the issue they charged me for “resolving” he told me they would send someone different out but would charge me full price again. Wow. How they are still in business blows my mind.I have not reviewed the wrong company. Cornett Plumbing and Heating in Torrance is a terrible company.

We had a hot water heater malfunction at our rental and Cornett got our favorite plumber, Roger, out within hours. The problem was fixed that day. Roger gave us the best advice on what was needed with his years of experience. Office staff answered phones quickly and were helpful.

Charged 125 to provide a quote without telling us ahead of time that that would be the service fee. Had a loose tile under my toilet that I suspected was the result of a leak and called asking for a quote. They insisted on sending a guy to see it in person and said nothing else about a charge for giving the quote. When the plumber came, he said itd be 250 to break the seal on the toilet! When we asked to think about it, he charged 125 for just showing up to provide the quote.Having a service fee is one thing, but having a service fee without telling someone ahead of time is something else altogether.

I use Cornett for all of my home and rental properties plumbing requirements. They are reliable, the work is good, and always fair. While these words may sound ordinary, fair, good and reliable are difficult to find these days.

These guys are great! Fast and reliable. Roger was able to find and fix a couple of plumbing issues for us pretty quickly, and for a fair price. I will always call Cornett, now!

I have used this company twice. Once for my old system, they have been around so long they had parts. Yeah for me. Second time my a/c wouldnt turn off. They came out and resolved the problem. Today I needed my heating pilot turned on. Gas cos first date available Dec 19th. They squeesed me in today. This is a great company. I dont usually take the time to post. But I am so grateful for their help. NICE, FRIENDLY PEOPLE!

Wayne and his other plumbers are expert in their craft. I wanted to get my antiquated heater, circa 1964, replaced. Wayne arrived promptly, examined the old heater, and recommended the best model that would suit my needs. The competitive estimate arrived promptly the next day in my electronic mailbox, and Wayne and one of his staff, who arrived shortly afterhe did, installed my new heater quickly (and stablized a wobbly gas pipe to my dryer as well) as well as a new Nest thermostat. This morning I had the opportunity to try out my new heater and found it highly efficient; it heated the house quickly and completely. The Nest thermostat is a delight, since I can access it through my phone. I highly recommend Wayne and Cornett Plumbing for any plumbing/heating/cooling needs.

In the late fall of last year, the fires, rains outted the home. Sarina and Dale Cornett, trouble shooted, resolved everything with integrity and skill. She has become a friend and they are excellent. I recommend them with 5 stars, and have been in remodel business long time. We had a hornets nest and they resolved all issues.

Receptionist/secretary extremely rude and has absolutely no business whatsoever dealing with public or in customer service. Avoid this company and give your business to professionals like Arctic Heating or GL!

Heard good things about this company and wanted to use their services but the office manager or person who picked up the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Decided to look elsewhere.

Excellent experience with Cornett plumbing.

We have a 1950s home with a original floor furnace in Gardena. Cornett Plumbing was only one we could find that would work on our furnace. Dave and the staff were very friendly. Made a appointment on Monday for a Tuesday morning time. They called Tuesday morning to let us know the repair was arriving within the hour. Dave found out the failing part and noted that the previous repairman made some non standard repair before I owned the home. After the repair, Dave ran us through the steps on pilot light process and followed up call the next day to see if furnace had was working fine. Highly recommend Cornett Plumbing for working on your older furnace.

Came same day before expected. Took care of our leaky pipe and had me call in to pay. Friendly service, thanks!

Have used Cornett Plumbing twice now for two separate problems and I can not say enough good things about them! They are prompt, polite and professional. I had Roger and Mark take care of our issues and both were outstanding. Definitely our go-to plumbers!

While the plumber seemed satisfactory, he could not get a drain clogged from the kitchen and said I had to get it jetted. I called to make the appointment to get it jetted and the secretary/manager was very rude to me. She would not listen to what had to be done and sure enough was going to send a plumber to do EXACTLY the same thing that did not work the first time of which I was charged $175 for a clogged kitchen sink that remains a clogged kitchen sink. The secretary/manager also claimed I threw a bunch of grease down the drain - which I did not. I previously told the plumber it was black sludge. Thus, not only was she rude and ignored the problem, she tried to shift blame to me. I called another plumbing company that was professional and kind on the phone and scheduled the jetting for the next day.

Wayne is awesome. I called them out before asking if they worked on heat pumps. When he arrived to give me an estimate, I found out they dont work on the pumps. He declined the estimate fee. Instead he referred me to another local company that does such work. And Ill take the referral because their previous drywall referral was awesome too. Cornett is nice, family run. Professional but not pretentious. They are our gotos for plumbing. Highly recommend.

You can stop looking for a plumber. This is the best in the entire South Bay Area. Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. They do it all.Three generations of experience. Good prices too.

We had a clog in our toilet that has turned into a problem. Every couple months we would have a back up. We would call random plumbers to fix and everytime we would get a huge run around even before a snake was put in the drain. Roger from Cornett came and fixed our problem in 20 minutes. He did a good amount of forensic investigating about what the problem could be while giving us advice on how to get the problem fixed. Looks to be we have a slope in our sewer drain making it difficult for waste to clear to the city. Roger was so helpful, nice and very well educated in plumbing. What a breath of fresh air to have a plumber come and get the job done. We highly recommend Cornett plumbing and ask for Roger. The bill was very reasonable and they showed up before their antisipated arrival time. A+ service and highly recommended

My appointment was 9/2 I spoke with the receptionist and she was extremely rude I was told 3-5 and I waited home until 6pm i called several times no answer . No call back and no one showed up very unprofessional .
