Peter was excellent. He was very thorough and knew what he was doing. He fixed our heating system and went above and beyond to check our ducts, ventilation and thermostat. We had thought our problem was the thermostat, but it turned out that we needed to replace the air filter, clean the sensors, and upgrade the ventilation for the intake section of the heater. Thank you Peter. Well done. Our system works great now. I only wish I had purchased the yearly package to keep our system running smoothly, but to be honest, I wanted to see if he had really fixed our problem. Now I know that he is good at his job.

Highly recommend Cloud Comfort. They installed a new heat pump in our home in Torrance this fall. Overall we are very pleased with the new system, the quality of the installation, and the total cost. We received quotes from four other companies and Cloud Comfort provided the best combination of a high quality system for a reasonable price. They clearly explained the pricing and sizing in the quote, and they were happy to make the adjustments we requested.Once we were ready to proceed they walked through the plan with us in detail to confirm our installation options such as vent locations, line routing etc. With this squared away they were able to schedule the job and start work quickly.We were especially pleased with our installer Juan Reyes. Every morning he arrived on time, explained what he planned to complete for the day, and then gave a quick update at the end of the day about progress. Despite installing a brand new system, which required installing multiple new vents throughout the house, there was no mess left at the end of the day. Once the job was completed we were very happy with the quality of the work and attention to detail.We’re so excited for our nice warm home this winter!

Miguel and Anthony did such a wonderful job! They were professional, focused on making sure I was comfortable while they were working inside my home, were fastidious about cleanliness, got everything running smoothly, and were on our way.They were perfect in every possible way.I wish they were backed by a better team though. I didnt think I had an appointment today but when I found out, I canceled two of my own to make sure I was home for the window from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.. You see, it could have been my fault that I didnt know, and thats how you react when you think something might be your fault. You make it not the other persons problem.But the team didnt make it until after 5:00 p.m. which I know isnt their fault. Weve all seen this a million times. The people at the front end arent the problem. They are overscheduled by the people in the office who are over eager to get as many people in and as much money as possible without caring who they disappoint. I could tell by the way that they worked that they were meticulous, knew how to do their job, and their late arrival had nothing to do with their skills or professionalism. It wasnt under their control.Not only did I cancel two appointments but I was hoping to meet up with friends at 6:00 p.m. for trivia night and now Im missing that. It bothers me when a company doesnt value their customers time. Im not a trad wife. Im not sitting at home waiting to serve with no life or job of my own.So, let me be clear that the maintenance technicians that showed up to my house did a perfect job. I have no complaints. Im so happy with their performance and would happily hire them again. But this is the third time Ive had trouble with cloud comfort and Im wondering if I want to stay with them going forward. And its never been the people that show up. The people that show up and do the work do an amazing job. Its the office staff or the management that is not supporting their team and making the front facing team of incredible workers look bad.

Ramon and his partner were professional , on time, communicated well and did a good job removing the old hot water heater and installing the new one. He also repaired the cabinet the water heater is housed in outside of the house. I recommend requesting Ramon to do your work and I would also use Cloud Comfort Plumbing for any future needs and were very reasonable compared to another company I’ve used previously.

Before reaching out to them, I had already heard from my neighbors and colleagues that they had a great reputation. During the estimation process, they were very meticulous and patient in answering all my questions, carefully climbing into the attic or stepping into the backyard to take measurements with a ruler, rather than just doing a simple visual estimate like some other companies. The price was also fair and reasonable. Aroldo was the technician who installed the central heating system for me. Just like the person who provided the estimate, he was very patient and thorough. They worked in my narrow attic for three days, and every day they would cover my furniture with plastic sheets in advance to avoid dust. Before leaving, they cleaned up the house so well that it was as if no construction had taken place. Finally, they patiently answered all my questions and even voluntarily helped me fix the recessed lights in my home. Highly recommended!

Arnold and Anthony were great! On time and friendly. Arnold gave me an honest assessment of my duct concern and talked to me about the process and transparent about the price. Cloud comfort installed my HVAC system in March, and the quality of their technicians is unmatched. So pleased with the system I received and the price I paid for it. Our technician, Schuyler Wood (aka Sky), was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and professional. I contacted Cloud Comfort for some HVAC issues and they were able to accommodate us on the same day, and during a heat wave no less! Sky thoroughly inspected our HVAC unit, and even though our unit was from 1977 and it presented multiple problems, Sky handled it like a pro! You can tell he has years of experience. He told us what the issues were in a way that we could understand and presented us with a couple of options. He was working hard in the heat outside yet he was so pleasant and did a great job with the diagnosis. Don’t hesitate to contact this company if you have issues with your heating or cooling system, and ask for Sky!

Schuyler was the tech on site today for a tune up of my furnace. He was totally professional and explained everything clearly. He took his time to give my furnace a great cleaning and tuning. Im completely satisfied with the service today and Im glad I went with Cloud Comfort.

Weve worked with Cloud Comfort for several years- on the installation of our Mini Split as well as cleanings (deep clean & regular maintenance). While everyone weve worked with are very kind we have definitely had hiccups along the way that were making us feel doubtful. Service was great from start to finish! We dealt with Ramon the plumber, several HVAC technicians and an electrician. Everyone was punctual, professional the entire time, made sure to clean up after themselves everyday and did a great job of communicating the process, work progress and completion ETA. The finished product for the tankless waterheater, the upgraded electoral panel and the A/C look amazing! We are very satisfied customers and would definitely recommend Cloud Comfort

The technician was very nice, he did text me earlier to let me know when he was going to be at my house, he showed up in time, he wore covers in his shoes, is work was neat and clean , he explained to me everything he saw in the attic, showed pictures he took, he recommended I should take care of my insulation, the pics showed that I had almost none, he said my system will work better and more efficiently with the appropriate insulation, in regards to my system he said that everything is good to go.

Incredibly fast response (same day) for HVAC maintenance. Its been 2 months since I got an entire new HVAC system installed. I shopped around a few places and these guys gave me the best quote. Unfortunately, I might have been the unlucky one with all the great reviews left by other happy customers.A few days after my install was complete, I tried to turn on the heater but it wasnt working. I called another company to come out (authorized dealer for the HVAC system) and they mentioned there was a leak in the furnace. They thought the unit was defective.When I called cloud comfort, they didnt see or mention this. They said they needed install a new vent to cool down the furnace because its overheating. They acknowledged this initial miss in calculations and were kind enough to refund me the $130 I paid to the other company.Cloud Comfort promised to come out ASAP, but they missed 2 appointments. This was frustrating.Fast forward to today (2 months later), my heater again is NOT working. Not sure why Im having so many issues with a brand new system I paid 10k for, but something was NOT installed right. I really really hate to leave a negative review for local companies, but I do believe this is what reviews are for. We need to be honest about our experience and let companies like Cloud Comfort know where to improve their services.I will wait to hear back from Cloud Comfort and update this review with more details to see how they handle this 2nd botched job.

So glad I found this place! 2 other companies kept trying to sell me on buying a whole new AC system. Cloud Comfort was the 3rd company i contacted. They came out and took a look at our system. Turns out it just needed a maintenance and change of filter. I am glad they are an honest company.

I booked an appointment through the phone since the website booking did not work for some reason. The technician that came to help me was Schuyler Wood, also go by Sky. Sky is a very energetic guy and works incredibly fast!My AC unit is split system half in an apartment unit and half on a 4 story roof with no marking along with 40 other units. He was able to find which compressor system belonged to my unit by doing continuity tests. There was a lot of running back and forth between the roof and in unit testing the refrigerant, motors, and wiring.After 2 hours total, he diagnosed the issue causing the failure of the motor and which electronics were damaged. Sky was very knowledgeable and explained HVAC theory and was able to give me several options to choose for the repair or replacement. He did a good job locating the system, identifying the problem, and providing solutions.

The company was great, Manuel gave me a call letting me know his E.T.A and got here on time. I really liked that he was prepared with booties for his shoes. As for we dont wear shoes in our home. He was very polite and professional. Thank you.

Knowing we’re heading into record breaking temperatures this summer, I started researching for great HVAC companies in the area, that can come out and tune up my AC unit. I found Cloud Comfort in Yelp with stellar reviews and contacted them for a quote. After reviewing several companies’ estimates, I decided to go for Cloud Comfort and scheduled them right away. On the day of, our technician Tony called ahead to let us know his ETA. When he arrived, he was extremely courteous, polite, and respectful of our home. He confirmed what we needed to get done and got started. Before he got further into the tune up, he stopped and let me know respectfully, but up front, our unit’s terrible condition (given its old age and lack of maintenance). He showed stats of the unit’s performance in real time and details of the type of system we have and what our options are. Tony also answered a lot of my questions, and though finding out you need to replace and upgrade (even of you expected it) is not always good news, I was very satisfied with the knowledge I got, which is as valuable if not more than the tune up service we received.In short, we’re very satisfied of our experience with Cloud Comfort and will be keeping them at the top of our list for our HVAC needs.

I got mini-split with these guys. Did great job installing. Whenever I had requests on their work, they addressed them right away gladly. Their price was very competitive, and I am glad that I picked right one for the job.

I didn’t love the look of the mini splits but they were the best option for my house. I got 4 different estimates. All the people offered different options. I decided on Cloud Comfort using the Daiken mini splits. Cord came to my house and answered all the questions I had and gave me an estimate. He also made himself available for my last minute questions, which was really appreciated. I had Francisco and Kevin as installers. They were so nice, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked so hard, in the rain, and kept my house so clean. I’m looking forward to using my heat tonight and when it gets hot, my a/c. I feel super comfortable calling if I was to have a question or issue. I stopped by their office and found everyone to be extremely friendly, and very helpful. Making this decision on my own, I needed extra help and Cloud Comfort gave it to me. Ruben answered my texts right away.

Cloud comfort diagnosed a problem with my hvac duct system that other hvac companies missed. As a result, they fixed the problem rather than replacing an entire system, saving me almost $30,000. Tony did a thorough evaluation. Alfonso and Anjum installed the new duct and made additional minor repairs so that the ducts worked effectively. Highly recommend this company.

From the initial assessment, we felt like the team was listening to our concerns, honest with their assessment, explained why the issues we reported were happening, and provided recommendations according to our budget. The folks who installed my new HVAC system were wonderful and I was happy with the work. However, 6 months after the installation my system stopped working during the hottest week of the year and the earliest service they can provide is 11 days after I called for help. Having equipment that was hardly used break in 6 months is concerning but the lack of technicians to handle repairs in a timely manner is unconscionable.

Found this company via Google search for my area (Plumbing Services). Listed number worked and was quickly answered. Customer service was clear and and friendly. Appointment time was set. Ramon Contreras communicated via phone to confirm appointment and arrived just as expected. Visit and inspection went well. His expertise and briefing of the work that was required was clear and understood. While circumstances and scheduling did not allow us to confirm a project date, the overall experience and professionalism was Outstanding.A+ for all: Initial appointment scheduling, communication enroute, prompt appointment arrival, on site evaluation and communication, and most importantly, explaining how & why the suggested repairs were needed. Francisco came out to check on my brother’s central AC system for diagnostics. He went up in the attic, took time to see what’s going on gave us a suggestion on what can be done. He took all the pictures of the system and showed them to make it clear on what he was telling us. He was very friendly and professional. My brother hasn’t decided what he wants to do yet but we were happy with Francisco’s service.

Cloud Comfort is great! They installed our new HVAC in our condo last year and every staff member of theirs we encountered along the way was absolutely delightful to work with. They also offered reasonable prices compared to other vendors we vetted.Today , we had them come out to the new home we just moved into to help figure out why our brand new AC wasn’t working. Arnold was able to quickly identify a blown fuse and recommended we find out who installed the HVAC so we can hopefully have them fix the problem under warranty.We appreciated his thoughtfulness in looking out for us and hopefully saving us $ by having the original installer do the work. He was also kind enough to waive the consultation fee for us!Definitely recommend this company. 👍🏻

The servicemen who do the work at the house are always excellent. They check our system and clear out the filters. I gave Cloud Comfort 4 stars because of the scheduling. They sent me an email to schedule an appointment, which I did. I never heard back so I called to confirm. At that point they told me there was an issue with their appointment system and the appointment time never went through. So then I made a new appointment (with the person I was speaking with on the phone). It was for an 8-11am window arrival. At 11:30am I called, and they said they never dispatched someone to arrive at my house. I had waited over 3 hours for nothing. They then rescheduled me to a new day/time and said that someone would arrive, GUARANTEED, between 8-8:30am. They finally arrived at 10:45am. I understand that everyone is busy these days, but not arriving on time is completely disrespectful to me and my time. If you’re going to schedule a service appointment, show up at that time.

I’m so happy I went with Cloud comfort hvac. Julian was polite and professional and cleaned my ac and heater — and even hosed off my back fence before he left. I appreciated the good service at the low price and Julian especially was very kind.

I called Cloud Comfort for an estimate on new ductwork because another company said I needed them. I decided to get a second opinion. Eddie came by and went into the attic to assess. While Eddie could have easily told me that I needed new ducts and charged me thousands of dollars for unnecessary work, he instead suggested alternatives that would improve my air efficiency. Also, he was on time and communicated and explained everything he was doing and took photos. He also insisted we call back if the adjustments made did not make a difference. Eddie was so kind and professional that I definitely would use this company again and recommend them to friends who need AC work.

They performed escrow inspection and completely missed non-working heater. Several months later, I am dealing with heater that may cost couple thousand dollars or more for repair. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE if you are looking for experienced HVAC technicians.

Sky was a good technician who knew a lot about air conditioners. He diagnosed the issues. My ac is too old to be repaired in a cost effective manner and I should have a new ac installed. When I have the funds I may be calling them back.

We had a dated system that required complete replacement and Cloud Comfort was able to come out within a couple days, provide an initial estimate and complete the work within the week. They worked so quickly and efficiently to complete the whole job and the quote was extremely reasonable for how much work they did. They quoted us to replace both HVAC and furnaces and replace a limited amount of duct work that was damaged and ended up replacing, securing, insulating everything to the point that makes us comfortable itll last at least the decade. I 100% recommend!

Wow, so impressed by the technician (Cord) at Cloud Comfort. I had another tech from a different company come out last year to maintenance my split HVAC unit and all he did was replace the filter. Cord was so detail oriented and really went through and checked everything. I’m so appreciative of his hard work and thoroughness.

Tony came in for a tune-up but we learned a lot from him about HVAC in the process, as well as our specific unit. He outlined several possible solutions to our issue, taking into consideration our criteria. We appreciated his honesty and flexibility. Would happily work with him again.

Good customer service. They seem honest. A couple issues though. They wanted to charge me $1500.00 to replace a gas valve, on an old wall furnace. I just had one replaced at another property, in a mountain resort area( they typically charge a little more to come up the mountain.) for half the price. They also forgot to send me an invoice. I had to call them well after they were paid to get an invoice and receipt.

Bottom line is that Cloud Comfort installed central A/C in my house at a competitive price and very quickly, too -- literally two days after I got the estimate. The system works great. So all the major boxes are checked. Getting into the details, I was impressed by Cord, the guy who did the estimate, because he seemed really knowledgeable and even drew me a diagram of how the A/C system would be integrated into my existing central heating setup. However, Cord was not involved after the estimate stage; the actual work was performed by two other guys I hadnt met. I would have much preferred if Cord had been the project manager seeing the project through to completion -- his absence felt like a disconnect to me. For example, there was a question about where the external A/C unit should be placed in order to be compliant with the city code, and Cord told me one thing but the guys who came to install it told me another, and Cord wasnt around to manage the situation. Also, I got more outreach from Cloud Comfort about writing a review for them than I did about the permitting process, for example, which I had to call them about for a status update, having heard nothing for a week and a half after the installation. So, overall, I would say that Cloud Comfort is a professional operation thats a cut above your typical local HVAC options, but having a knowledgeable project manager seeing the project through to completion and following up afterward would take them to the next level and take my rating from a 3.5-4 to a 5.

I’m going to change my opinion of this company. Yes, they are professional and polite, BUT I have called them back to my home at least six times! Installed a brand new HVAV in June 2022. I paid for a complete system including a new thermostat. My tenant is constantly calling and complaining that the “system is not cooling” snd I call them out. If there is something wrong with their installation then they don’t know what it is. Bottom line - it is NOT WORKING. Overpromised and under delivered 😞

I called on Cloud Comfort HVAC to take care of some preventative maintenance items on my new-ish system and particularly coil cleaning that I really shouldve done before it developed the signature dirty sock smell. They were able to fit my appointment in right away and their technician showed up right at the opening of the appointment window. Their technician took care of the coil cleaning and preventative maintenance items pretty quickly and had everything back together in a jiffy. No more odor! I went for the scheduled preventative maintenance plan upsell; its pretty reasonably-priced and covers the kinds of regular upkeep I shouldve been doing anyway.

Theyve been in business for maybe a year, and theyre only in it for the steal. The owners come from Marketing, not HVAC. Alberto, Luis and Juan just spin their lies; They are not professionals, they push the wrong products just so they can scam another dime off of you - and then their poor, underpaid crews do a TERRIBLE job and leave your location in worse shape than they found it. Greedy scammers, lousy workmanship.

Ramon did not complete my request. He stated he could not check for a gas leak without the gas being on so he left. I called another plumber immediately he came out did a compression test without gas found the leak and fixed the problem. Dont waste your time with lazy plumbers.

I am doing this review because this company is not organized enough to realize that the scheduled person never showed up. I even had a text exchange with the company about an hour into the scheduled time frame, which I initiated, and they said the technician was delayed and there was no ETA. He never showed up. Then I received not one, but two texts asking me to review the visit. I ignored the first text, but apparently they really want a review of a visit that was a no-show.

A faulty thermostat change to cost $1500 😳. Starts with a faulty thermostat, followed by ‘upgrading’ a working transformer to both cost around $1500.Rather put another $6000 and get a brand new system 🤷‍♂️

I called Cloud Comfort Friday afternoon regarding a problem with our AC unit expecting a technician next week at the earliest due to the recent heat wave. They sent Julian the following morning on Saturday. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. He diagnosed the issue immediately and answered many questions regarding a new system which seems the best way for us to go. Cord sold us a new heat pump the same day. I would definitely recommend them!I will warn that if you want to schedule a maintenance check up, they will have a long waiting period.
