Called early this morning because our hot water heater cut out. His team sent someone out within a couple hours. Turns out the interior of the tank was leaking and was destroying the board. They were able to find a very similar replacement and have everything hooked up and running by 3pm. The team was very professional! Happy I made the call.

My main drain was plugged so my washing machine backed up into my bathroom toilet flooding my service porch with water. Al-Garcia Plumbing gave me a estimated time of arrival and ended up coming over earlier then estimated. Workers were very nice and put shoe covers on whenever they needed to enter the house. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and left the house spotless. I would recommend this company.

I have used Al Garcias several time as suggested by Pacific Sales. They have a pretty good knowledge on how to repair brand name faucets. They are very reliable and their prices are pretty much average. They explain thoroughly what needs to be done. Id recommend them.

They tell you one cost over the phone and charge you double after its done.

They came to my apartment to remove and replace a very old furnace. They were extremely polite and did an excellent job. They worked 12 hours to get the new heater installed making sure everything was perfect. They even vacuumed when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company hands down. I have know these guys for 12 years and wouldnt use anybody else. I am a contractor with 35 years experience. They arrive in fully equipped trucks, have all essential tools and hardware on hand. Their work is first rate, on time, tidy, and well within the cost of good plumbers. They are personable, accessible, highly experienced, and willing to work whatever hours it takes. Nobody is better.

Make this your last resort! I would rate this business no star if that was an option.As a board member for a condo association I asked Alfonso to visit our site for an estimate to add an additional drain. After lengthy conversation all I was able to ascertain was that there would be a $300.00 charge to view the drain with a camera!The other 2 plumbers I called sent representatives to view the site and provide proposals at no charge. This has been my second bad experience with this business. Evidently this business considers itself too successful to offer competitive prices or courteous service.

Myra the receptionist would be better off with a job feeding birds in the park -- something that requires low intelligence and low responsibility. She gives false times about when workers are going to show up. According to the worker I later talked to, she doesnt even tell the workers about their scheduled appointments sometimes. So glad my time matters so little to Myra that she can cause me to wait at home for someone who didnt even know to show up.
