They worked in my commercial property and I can tell you that they are always friendly and very polite with our clients. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company.

Winters have been increasingly harsh over the years, and when my old water heater needed to be repaired, we contacted A1 Plumbing, Heating & AC. They recommended installing a tankless gas water heater, which turned out to be much more convenient because, like a smart system, it only operates when it is needed. Plumbers were really mindful of all our needs which we greatly appreciate.

Paid them for a sewer pipe lining. The work seemed good, but I needed help to get their opinion on the reason for the problem. They wouldnt help, they dont put reason for the problem on the estimate nor invoice either, so make sure to get it BEFORE you pay them. I did find a company that would have been better in pricing afterwards.I also called them out when we had a leak near the roof on a wall. They said they did general contruction too, but their prices are too expensive for that. I wouldnt call them for these kinds of jobs.

We had an emergency leak on a Sunday night and Jonathan was really communicative about the work he was doing and transparent about pricing upfront. He showed up about an hour after I called (which was the time he said it would take to get here) and was quickly able to diagnose the issue and resolve it. He was extremely knowledgable and patient, taking the time to answer questions. Will certainly use him again next time we need plumbing assistance.

Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. They cut through our sprinkler line and wouldn’t fix or pay to get it fixed. They also broke our toilet paper holder right off the wall. What’s up with these folks??

Wow... MELVIN is awesome... Hes our Go-To man. They installed a 100 gallon water heater and our building couldnt be happier.
