The technician, Jose Luis, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, courtesy, efficient and all around very welcome in fixing my plumbing problems. His demeanor gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and indeed he did know. The fact that he had been doing this type of work for many years was also the reason for my confidence in him. Mike Diamond Plumbing has a real diamond in their technician, Jose Luis. I couldnt be more happy and satisfied with his work and with his ability to get things done. Five stars go to Jose Luis and to Mike Diamond Plumbing for having such a wonderful employee. He not only deserves a raise but employee of the month status. Thank you!!!

True example of a professional.Diagnosed the issue within minutes, ran down what it could be verbally with me and with his apprentice, moved from the “easy fix” possibilities up the list until he got to the AC pump (which he initially thought it was).Opened the pump, let me nose around the area and see the solidified mess that was causing the problem/ended the prehistoric pump.Broke down what the cost of a new pump and even offered to pick one up at cost for me if I just wanted to do the labor myself…… I resisted the temptation to attempt to be a hero by destroying my whole AC system and let him work his magic. And like magic they went to pick up a new pump, plumbed up everything, cleaned out the crawl space/return area where they were working and were off to their next job within two hours.Real person. Really educated. Really transparent. Really the only guy I want working on my HVAC system from now on.

Every good experience Ive ever had with Mike Diamond has been thrown out the window thanks to their service technician Brian. We called because of a leak in the faucet. Brian talked us into replacing the garbage disposal for nearly $900. I had immediate reservations and told him not to do it, but he got all aw-shucks with me and I agreed. A day later and the leak (which he never was able to diagnose) is back. Since Mike Diamond also installed the original faucet, I called to ask if they could come out to install a new faucet (which I would buy) at no additional cost, since 1) I had just spent $900; and 2) the problem he was supposed to fix was back. A manager told me I had to talk directly to Brian. Brian told me he couldnt do this, because we had decided to install the garbage disposal and not fix the leak -- which he had said must not have been serious since he couldnt replicate it. He said hed have to charge me DOUBLE what Mike Diamond charged me last year to replace a faucet. While all of my previous experiences with Mike Diamond have been great, the company now feels sneaky, underhanded, unethical, and unwilling to stand by their work. Over the years I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Mike Diamond. No more. I definitely do NOT recommend. Do whatever you have to do but find a different plumber!

Update 10/2024: I had a burst main pipe this morning, probably flooded over 2000 gallons of water into my yard before I could get it shut off. Mike Diamond Plumbing was out here within an hour of calling. Both Steve and Joseph were professional and incredibly helpful. They had everything they needed to do the repair on the truck and explained everything they were doing with an upfront quote. They even gave me some advice for more long term solutions. The professionalism from this company is why I keep coming back. Top to bottom, everyone is professional.OLD: Ive used Mike Diamond several times for several things including electrical troubleshooting, installing new lights, Plumbing, and AC repair.They might not be the cheapest option out there, but I continue to use them because the service is great. They respond quickly, the techs are not only nice but helpful and explain everything theyre doing, and provide options. And the work is always great and includes a warranty.

Rafael and Joseph were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and while they gave a honest and fair assessment with transparent pricing. These are professionals I recommend and I would definitely call again.

Steve, the tech who did the work was great. He understood the issue we were having and how best to fix it. He gave us different repair options, and was very clear about the pros and cons of each option, as well as the costs associated with each. Mike Diamond has done several larger plumbing repairs at our house in the last couple years, and weve been very happy with the work each time.

Every time weve had to call Mike Diamond, weve always gotten superior service, and definitely this past time with Jose Cazares. He was on time, efficient and skilled and got the job done in a minimum amount of time. We definitely would love to have him back, when another need arises!

Gave dispatch our address, in the Hills so obviously limited parking, and didnt notify us that a half-size-semi-truck (small moving van) would arrive and need to park in front. Yes, we moved our vehicles from the driveway in advance for him to park off-street but because of the vehicle size would not fit, BTW didnt even try. I was not going to argue with him.2. Waited for several minutes hoping for two cars on the street to move for the half-semi size plumbing truck to have space.3. Then spoke to plumber waiting in truck for additional options with parking and he started to argue with me and actually begin to tell me how I should be more prepared for their arrival.4. At that point I said thank you but we will go with another company. He drove away hastily.5. Guess what, a few minutes later a parking spot in front of our place opened up so I called the company back for another chance and to reschedule.6. They transferred me to the manager and he said, sorry the plumber is long gone now. The manager didnt even ask me to reschedule or apologise for the miscommunication... I hung up and called another plumbing company.Hope this review helps the company in the future. For now, hope this review helps other residents stay away from improperly managed businesses, etc.

Type As can be very difficult to manage their expectations. All of my experiences with them have been stellar. Ive called them for both day and night, emergency and non emergency, situations. For over 15 years, in the worst timeframes, and massive plumbing and HVAC problems.They have always come thru on time, on budget, and their staff actually love what they do. Never an ego, attitude, or issue. They listen, do what you desire, and in the course of the work they were called to do, if they spot an upcoming problem, they let you know about it. So you can either get it fixed yourself, or by them the next day at very reasonable rates. They dont work it and jerk it to get an exorbitant bill going on an emergency call.Because when the big guys toilet is backed up, or their hot water isnt hot anymore, thats stone cold ugly, a major attitude, ballistic mad, and never no glad.Until the Mike Diamond truck shows up and takes care of business quickly. They diagnose correctly, and if repair parts are needed, they typically have the part with them in their well equipped, and fully stocked truck. Experts fo life. No strife, and if you want SupaPRO, these guys are the 1s who get it past the goal, and they dont ever work slow, and are always good to go. “Mike Diamond Service. I appreciate the work. My furnace was fixed in a timely manner. Its nice to have heat again!

Called Thursday night about a water heater problem. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early Friday morning, inspected the situation, provided an estimate both of money and time. Finish the job on time, charge was as estimated. He noticed something in the process that wasnt part of the estimate, fixed it anyway - no additional charge. Thats been my experience with them before. Mike diamond isnt cheap, but you get what you pay for.

DO NOT USE MIKE DIAMOND PLUMBING. I hired them to install a water filter system. Unknown to me, they installed a very old model and the filters made by the company are no longer made. Therefore, my system was out of date in a few months. I called the manager and he refused to do anything about it. They used old cheap parts that were out of date they became useless in a few months. My advice is to never use this company.

Not 24/7 unresponsive poor business practices

They say they are the smell good plumbers however that does not include the truck. It smells of bad exhaust and sewer.

I called because the Gas Co determined I had a leak in my main line. I was very clear about the service I needed. Dispatch promised someone out within an hour.When the guys arrived they wouldnt even get out of their truck! Oh, the Gas Co told you this and that .. we can do that ... we have to call someone else and blah blah blah because we cant be liable. 2 minutes later they were on their way.I called the manager to complain and he said we dont offer that service. I was so very clear about what was needed. Dont waste your time with this company.
