Angels Glass &Mirror

They cane for measurement. When the glass came after 4 days waiting was not right size. They took it back to fix it. Came back the same day. It broke and shattered on my driveway by the workers. Told ne as soon as they touched it. Broke. Then they wanted to bring bag the next day. I said why do fast this time? They said we have it. I assume they were going to bring another damaged shower glass door. I said no I want a new one they changed me $1000.00 deposit I dont have it then they measure it again. I am waiting till next week. Meanwhile I have to delay other work in the bathroom because of them. Not happy with them I wish I would go with another company. They are charging me $2145.00 for small shower door. I do not recommend this Ruben glass company at all. I ordered .38 I will measure it when it comes.

Showed up to the scheduled appointment over an hour later, had several phone calls during our appointment which he answered, which I found very rude since I was very busy and didn’t have time to stand around waiting for him to talk on the phone! He doubled the price he gave me on the phone, although I told him the exact measurements and told him that it goes on the third floor. Had no explanation on why he increased the price rather than telling me that in case the wall are crooked they’ll have to plum the mirrors or the reflection in the mirror will be un proportional (?!) I asked him if he looked at the walls and determined that they were crooked (since it’s a grand new house) and he said he didn’t look at the walls… found him super rude and unprofessional

Cant recommend this company enough. Owner himself came out to take the measurements for a broken pane of glass in our sliding door. Him and his employee were so nice and knowledgeable. The price was much better than other local glass and mirror places. The installer, Chris, was also super nice and easy to work with. Fast, quiet, and clean installation.

After calling and visiting the store on a Saturday, it was closed even though it states it is open on the weekends online, as well as their doors.Went in on a Monday around 2pm or so...asked for a simple quote on a piece of beveled glass that needed sandblasting. I was told they would have to call me back to get the quote.They never called back...unlike Rubens glass that I went to first. They gave me a quote in minutes. Ill be going to Rubens which is just down the road.
