Pacific Plumbing Team

My indoor tankless water heater is located very close to the washer/dryer, and over the years, lint has accumulated in the unit, causing the 90 error code with increasing frequency. Ive had a few techs out to service it in recent years, but Akmal was the first one who instilled any confidence. He worked in a very constrained space, was very meticulous, and brought a compressed air machine, which was critical. He also explained what he was seeing and doing at every step. Well see if the error code returns, but I suspect itll be a few years before I have to call anyone back again.

Akmal arrived within the designated time frame and got right to work assessing the problem with our toilet and sinks. Our toilet is working now, and we will be picking out faucets for our 2 sinks and hiring them again to install them. Akmal was very knowledgeable and courteous in checking our water pressure (which was fine) just to make sure that wouldn’t be an issue for us down the road. I appreciate his giving me options and explaining the cost of everything, so there were no surprises. I look forward to having them fix the rest of our plumbing work in the future.

Very happy with PPTs installation of my new tankless water heater and softener. Artur came one business day after I called, and he installed the equipment about four days after that. Circling back after a few weeks to make sure I write this review for Glebs service. We had an issue with water pressure and temp in our bathroom which he was able to quickly trouble shoot and resolve. Very nice guy who noticed we dont wear shoes inside and got his socks wet trying to be respectful. I had a frustrating experience trying to schedule with Pacific Plumbing Team. From the time I called them in the morning I received 3 later calls and requests to reschedule.Initially I called and they scheduled for the next day 11:00 am-1:00 pm.Then they called me back and asked to schedule for 2:00-4:00.Then I got a voicemail asking to schedule for 3:00-5:00.Then I got a call asking to move to Friday.The reason I was given was that someone else had a plumbing emergency.This was particularly challenging given that I was having my own urgent issue at my home.This gap in management does not leave me with significant confidence that they will be able to help me resolve my leak mystery.**Amendment: After posting my prior frustrations in this review, I received a call letting me know that they saw my review and wanted to make it right. They have a spot available for me at 2:00. I appreciate their follow up.

Very quick response to inquiry. Had backed up toilet. I received text and phone calls to set up and confirm appointment. Came within allotted time frame. Fixed toilet, was courteous and clean. Would call this company again.

I had a leak in my shower and it was spraying out after our house cleaner had cleaned the shower. PPT responding Saturday morning through the yelp app and had Arthur out earlier than the scheduled time. Arthur was very professional, explained what was going on, disassembled everything, and put it all back together. He then also tightened a couple of loose faucets too. Overall excellent service at reasonable prices. I am so glad I found them!

I can not say enough good things about this company! I had three separate bathrooms making odd noises in the pipes. I noticed it at night and called to leave a message. The very next day at 9:00 am, Gleb showed up and inspected all the bathrooms, tested the water pressure and tankless water heaters and left me with such peace of mind. I was so appreciative of the quick response, and the integrity of Gleb. He explained the situation, and charged me a minimum fee to be here. I agree with previous comments: Very friendly, professional and honest. So happy I have them to rely on now.

How these people tie their shoes, much less run a business, is beyond me. I asked these bozos to call me when an ETA of their arrival, I get a phone call 30 minutes later saying yeah I just finished here I was told to call you when I was done I asked what he was talking about, since no one came to my place of business and he claimed he had, even though he was reading the wrong address off to me. I assured him he was mistaken which caused him to speak to me as if I was the one who had made the mistake. I was then called by someone in the office who made a new appointment for the next day and asked me to send photos via email. The next day, 40 minutes after the appointment time I call the technician and he tells me he already came yesterday and isnt coming and claimed I didnt listen to him the day previous. I hung up and called the office and these clowns still think that this bozo is coming even though he decided on his own not to come. Absolutely unprofessional and I wouldnt trust these people to do any kind of work at my home or business

These guys were amazing. Great attention to detail. Took time to explain everything they were doing clearly. Didn’t just fix the problem but went out of their way to cleanup a mess of hoses etc under our sink to make sure we never have future problems. Price was super reasonable. We had purchased a Toto toilet and Lacava sink and we didn’t want just anyone installing these fixtures. They came in and did a flawless job. We live in the Culver City area. One morning last week I heard a loud pop in our shower and the shower-head in our shower panel system stopped working . I called Pacific Plumbing Team and spoke to Paul. Paul was a blessing. I have so many compliments, I don’t know where to begin. We were extremely fortunate because Paul happened to be in our area when I called. He was able to come over almost immediately and was able to go inside of the housing of the shower panel system and locate the broken part. Fortunately, we were able to locate a replacement part within a few days and Paul came back and installed it within minutes. Our shower head is now back up and running, even better than before. Quite literally, ALL of the good things can be said about Paul. He has all of the qualities you could ever hope for. Needless to say, we would recommend Paul and Pacific Plumbing Team to anyone.
