On October 7,2024, my husband and I experienced a major water damage in our bathroom, closet, vanity room and other areas of the apartment. We contacted Paul Davis and were assisted by Mr. Reza Miriam, water mitigation manager. He did an excellent job at using his technical knowledge to educate us about the scope of the water damages we have sustained and options we would have to properly mitigate the water damages in question. Since the water damages were not mitigated for 5 days after it occurred, mold was a health hazard factor that we also had to take into account. Our home is not only our safe haven, but also my working place so this was a major disruption for us and our lives. Mr. Reza’s compassion and respect of our needs and grief process made an immense difference to us at a time of despair and need. Thank you! I am extremely busy and they were able to set up a lockbox to come and go in order to get the construction job in a timely manner.
