They do not accommodate for any apartments that have hard street parking. There is no street parking for my apartment, only parking meters. They refuse to service you if you do not have open parking for a large van and won’t even let you pay for the meter as it’s against company policy. They also will not suggest any other services. Very kind plumber but came towards the very end of the time window they gave and unable to do the services due to terrible company policies. The person answering the phone was just unprofessional in general.

I had a problem that cause me to loose water to my house late at night. I was worried I was going to have to miss work or be without water going into a holiday weekend. I made a call first thing in the morning and Joe showed up right away and assured me he could have everything up and running before I had to leave for work. The problem was fixed professionally and quickly. The entire area was left cleaner than he arrived. Joe is a blessing, I wasn’t even late to work that day. We are very impressed with everything about calling Roto-Rooter on a Sunday morning at 7 AM. I grew up in a family restaurant and at 68 am still no stranger to fixing a clogged toilet. I did what I know to do and was not confident with the flush. Our plumber of many years is on vacation. I call Roto-Rooter. Within one hour Joseph Lopez and his assistant arrived. We checked gurgling together and the drain care I had used around 5 AM must’ve worked (over a much longer period of time than usual). We flushed successfully six times! NO CHARGE just an estimate - WOW! I am a loyal Roto-Rooter customer when in the pinch! A great American company we all know!

Mateo and his associate were the most professional and gifted plumbers I have worked with. Sometimes one can think that just because a vendor is personable, they may be less gifted in their technical abilities. This was not the case the Roto Rooter team, who exceeded all expectations in service and execution. Mateo was able to listen to my requirements in getting a new toilet, and went the extra mile to make sure that I got the model I wanted. When I wasn’t sure about certain decisions and options, he was able to fall back on his experience to provide advice. Lastly, when he said the installation would be “very easy“ I was skeptical, but within an hour he had removed the old toilet and installed the new one, which is now working perfectly. He was also willing to provide a free conversation about installing a washer/dryer which was very helpful. I cannot recommend Roto Rooter and Mateo highly enough - it is great to know that true professionals like Mateo are out there.

The service technician was extremely diligent in ensuring the drain he was working on was completely clear even though it took him much longer than anticipated. He was great.What I didnt like was the sneaky nature of their pricing nor the fact that when I contributed to their food drive, I wasnt given the related discount offered.Overall, good work but not very upfront on pricing.

Sam was sent to help us with a clogged drain. Not only did he fix the issue, he went above and beyond to answer any and all questions my wife and I had about reoccurring issues. It was quite late in the evening like 8pm when we had this main line clogging issue at our home. Called rotor rooter by looking at a mail flyer and technician Jose came within 2 hrs. The plumber was able to clear our main line and he was very pleasant. That’s the positive part. We originally scheduled the appointment between 5-7pm. I said I was going to be home closer to 7pm which they said wasn’t a problem. The plumber ended up coming just after 10pm. I understand that a few things happened that held the driver up, but all in all we received good service. Just be prepared to wait a bit

They don’t back up their own work. They shifted the clog down one level and Jeffrey wanted to charge me $460 to come back to clear the clog that was supposed to have been cleared earlier the same day. He said I need to file a complaint and take it up with corporate.Edit: I responded to the below response and received an email stating Id be contacted by corporate, however, nothing happened. I ended up using another servicer to clear the clog, at half the price.

Michael Williams did a great job rectify a sink strainer that was accidentally flushed down toilet. Had another plumber come out a few days before and used auger and issue still arose with flushing solids a few days later with toilet not flushing and being clogged. Michael used auger for a long time where as other plumber didn’t until he could feel sink strainer drop past flange into mainline. He even tested by flushing multiple times with toilet paper to ensure it would be good flushing solids while other plumber didn’t test with flushes after. Michael went above and beyond to ensure issue was rectified. You are missing out if you don’t go through Michael through Roto-Rooter!

Wow!! i have wonderful things to say about manny and toto-rooter. our shower and both toilets were suddenly clogged this morning and we panicked! we called roto-rooter and they sent manny over within the hour. two hours later the entire issue was fixed. manny was incredibly professional, kind and very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

He didn’t even attempt to undo the faucet to properly assess the situation. Instead, it is clear that he was attempting to take advantage of me as a female homeowner by providing a grossly inflated and fraudulent estimate. After seeking a second opinion, the issue was resolved quickly for less than a fraction of the price quoted by Fernando.This experience has left me feeling both disappointed and taken advantage of. I expected better from a company I’ve relied on for years. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using your services moving forward.

The plumbers charge the maximum amount possible. We were charged a commercial rate even though we live in a single dwelling condo. The work was incomplete and someone else had to come the same day to take care of things. Interestingly the second plumber marked us as a residential setting. this service is a complete rip off. they chargw hourly and take their time. go with someone else

Roto-rooters charged me $800 for a clogged pipe only for it to have problems again the next day. Someone else from roto-rooters came back and said it would cost $11,000 only to fix with hydrojet etc, but with no warranty and no guarantee that it wouldnt clog again. He pressured me to make the decision to order the work before he left (clearly now I know why), and I insisited that I wanted to think about it first. I ended up calling someone else and he only charged me $800 for the same service with the hydrojet and he gave me a 1-week warranty.

The technician Tech: (JOSE #515-7373) you sent out was dishonest with pricing. I think he drove into this nice area and thought hed make a buck on seemingly wealthy people. He wanted to charge $400 to turn off the main water valve while the leak was flooding out. Note: this does not include fixing the problem. Thankfully the rep we had at the property works closely with water as he is our pool service and knew this tech was not charging an honest price. Then when he realized our rep was knowledgeable the tech said ok Ill do it for $200. What are we in Cozumel? Now we are bartering to get a fair price. Also what if this was my grandmothers house. She would not know any better. So as the owner I called and lectured him on integrity and he ended up charging me $150. The problem still exist and the leak is very apparent. We dont need him to circle back around with a leak test guy. It is very clear where the leak is coming form. Needless to say I will be posting google reviews and I think even paying you guys at all is a joke after dealing with this tech. A plumber should be able to get the job done. Now I am calling a plumber who is a friend of our pool service company and posting his company name in my reviews as well. Im Livid. Now when people look up Rotor-Rooter they may see my review and have another company to call for integrity in this field. I hate shady business.

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. It was great that they are open 24 hours and could provide next day service on the weekend. Their plumber Cordie was professional, patient, thorough, and very informative. He was fantastic.

Not the best communication. They give a time slot and then do not show up during that time. Had to reschedule 3 times because they were not showing up.

I scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter due to me being unable to remove rusted bolts to replace a toilet seat. Michael and Eddie were friendly and efficient! They were able to get the job done very quickly! I will be recommending Roto-Rooter to friends and family!

Needed a clogged garbage disposal drain cleaned asap and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Fast and efficient service. A bit pricey but the service was excellent.

Noah came to my house promptly after a poor experience with a different plumbing company and was able to quickly solve my clogged sewage line. I would highly recommend his services!

Cost me $500 to have them change my toilets wax ring which took 30 min. Buyer beware they have a standard fee of $500 anytime they remove and reset the toilet.

Kitchen sink beyond the immediate drain and pipes was extremely slow. The technician used his smallest equipment and knocked it right out, but it was quit a distance. $440 and away goes trouble down the drain, followed by a 1 month warranty. It was worth it!

They fixed 2 issues, fridge water value replacement and toilet snaking, kept me in the loop during the entire process. Everything was thoroughly reviewed and then the issues were fixed. They even had to source and pick up part to make matters worse. But the job was finished in the sand day.Overall great experience with no hassles or guess work.
