I waited for nearly an hour for assistance finding floor tile presumably in stock. Six associates and a manager one by one passed the inquiry off to someone else; but what got me the most upset is when I reapproached the service desk, the workers were too preoccupied to look up and acknowledge me and I was the only one in front of them! 14 boxes of floor tile were never located, I needed 7, but I didnt need the headache.
