This location has no cashiers; they force customers to self-checkout with no other options. If you dont like it, tough.Personally, I dont want to touch a device that has been touched by thousands of dirty hands and never cleaned, so I hate shopping here. Unfortunately, its a monopoly, and certain items cant be found elsewhere. So, Im forced to accept it and shop at this store in order to purchase those items. Its frustrating to see cashiers standing around playing on their phones instead of assisting customers.They truly dont care about the customers at all.

I was there for two and a half hours that was with assistance for about 45 minutes was not able to find what I was looking for stay there another 45 minutes looking for the part and actually found it I had asked to supervisor for at least a 10% discount because I was there for so long I was denied so after being there over three hours I still paid full price next time Ill take my business elsewhere at least Lowes would have give me a 10% discount
