Craig is awesome! I lucked out because he’s a local, was very responsive when I got hit with a plumbing problem early in the morning, and very straightforward with solving the problem and with pricing as well! Def recommending to friends and family. Thanks again Craig!

The gas company checked my house for gas leaks and needed a professional plumber to repair them. Craig came to my house early the next morning and checked every single pipe with Alex, the whole work was completed successfully after 3 days. I am very grateful to Craig and Alex for their carefulness, and I am very relieved to leave all the piping problems in my house to them in the future.

Craigs is awesome! Showed up right on time, charged a fair price, explained exactly what the problem was and solved it. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ROTO ROOTER, who was a total nightmare to deal with and quoted us like 3x higher. Unreal. Definitely use local guys like Craigs over the big bureaucratic organizations. Very happy we found a plumber we can trust.

And... they are super reliable and trustworthy, which is a huge plus!

Couldn’t be more impressed with their quality. Craig took the time to explain our options thoroughly and allowed us to make a group decision that was far more cost effective than other bids. The other factor that we truly appreciated was the finished jobs appearance and the fact that they cleaned up every dust particle.

This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!If we knew we had to wait so long we would have called another company on day one.

Alex replaced 2 ft galvanized pipe with copper pipe with brass attachment in already open ceiling...easy access...he cut the galvanized pipe and took off the elbow and pipe ... reassemble brass and attached the copper pipe which took him 1 1/2 hr?$ 180.hr plus parts $59.= 335.??

I called Craig because we had a leak under the bathroom sink and there was a very nasty smell coming from the sink every time we wash our hands. He came to give us an estimate within 30 minutes of initial contact. Once here, I also asked him to take a look at the corroded pipes under our kitchen sink. Our house is 103 years old so we dont even know when those pipes were installed, but they were in very bad shape. Craig gave me an estimate to replace the plumbing under both sinks and we set a date and time to do the job. He not only arrived early to the appointment, but was kind enough to show me what materials he would be using to complete the job. He and his partner finished the job in approximatley 1 hour and left everythin clean and in working condition. Its been 3 days and the smell is gone and there are no more leaks! Both Craig and his plumbing partner were very professional and cordial. I would definitely hire them again.

Craig was incredibly quick, responsive, and came right away. He was super informative and saved me a lot of money by showing me how to fix the shower head rather than replace it. Showed up on time. Highly rec.

Weve had a mysterious odor issue with our downstairs powder room for a long time and, after paying for a variety of plumbing fixes that didnt ultimately work, finally looked up Craigs Plumbing and gave them a call. Craig was really responsive, inspired our confidence in his ability to fix the problem, talked us through doing a little investigation and sending pictures, got out to our house quickly and really uncovered the issue. He identified a completely rotted out vent pipe in the wall and other pipes leading to the drain that needed replacing. Craigs Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldnt smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craigs Plumbing again for any major issue at our house.*UPDATE: If you had any questions about Craigs character, let me say that after we had a handyman fix the drywall and reinstall the toilet, the smell returned (although not as strongly). When I called Craig he recommended the brand and model of a new toilet for us to buy and then he drove all the way back out to our house early on a Saturday morning to install it himself for no charge. So grateful for his commitment to solving our problem and happy to say the smell is gone once and for all due to Craigs diligence and follow through! This is someone you can trust.

We needed extensive plumbing work on our new house, and had a great experience working with Craig and his crew. We mostly worked with Alex and Jesus who were great: friendly, fast, responsive, communicative...and most importantly, did great work!

Alex answered my call for toilet flappers and a clogged sink drain promptly and without any mess took care of everything. The service from Alex and Craig is the best and they are up to any home plumbing task Ive needed for the past five years.

Would not recommend this service at all. Poor job quality (happy to share pics and detail) and whats worst, is really taken advantage of on the pricing. Was quoted one thing, then bait and switch. When called on it, was essentially threatened that proprietor would bang on my door until he got his money. Had no issue paying except that I was being gouged. Happy to go into detail and share how and why. Truly unfortunate as there are many people in my area relocating to homes in the neighborhood and was hoping to be able to recommend them, but wish I did more research in this case.

Ive used Craigs Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! Id rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if hes on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craigs Plumbing.

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.Total time less than 1/2 hour.Cost $180.00 YIKIES!My girlfriend is a property manager and the excellent plumber that she uses whenever one of her properties needs Plumbing Service. He charges $80 per hour.Unfortunately for me he is in the North San Fernando Valley and I am near LAXI shall NEVER be using Craigs plumber again.
