Recently we found out that we have a view because neighbors below us removed or cut down trees. We wanted to see it better with a balcony but our city would not allow it. We hired Structura Remodeling to help us. They created a fabulous outdoor/indoor space that is just a jaw dropper. Once we started the project the building went fast. All of the workers were professional. All of the workers came when they said they would. Structura Remodeling worked with the city, to get all of the permits. Would I recommend Structura? Yes. In fact now we have hired Structura to remodel our kitchen.Update: We just completed our kitchen remodel. It is gorgeous. All of the craftsmen who worked on the job were professional, worked hard, came when they said they would, knew what they were doing. The office manager, Carlos was always available for all updates and Kobi the owner is honest. Yes it was expensive, but worth every dollar. Yes, if you are in the business of looking for a contractor, Structura Remodeling should be your choice.

This all began with an idea between my wife and I. What if we could put a door where there wasn’t one? Much like everyone who chooses to undergo house renovations, it can feel like a daunting task when starting out, but we can easily say that Structura and their staff made everything smooth, easy and worthwhile.Upon first meeting with their representative Ignacio, it was clear something was different; he took the time to explain the process to me in detail. Not only that but he challenged our vision of the idea for the better! Once we decided to contract with Structura, the whole process was surprisingly pleasant every step of the way; from using their online portal for payments and task tracking to the weekly, and when necessary daily, communication.While work was underway, their contractors were prompt and clean the entire time, even with an unexpected delay. In fact, one of the contractors needed to borrow a broom at one point and used a translation app on his phone to bridge our communication gap.Although their cost was a bit higher than we could have perhaps found elsewhere, my wife and I both feel like all of it was reflected in the quality of work, communication and outstanding results. Structura is now the first call we will make when it is time for our next house improvement.

Kobi and his people are the best weve worked with. He was incredibly clear in laying out timelines, and worked with us every step of the way to make sure that the work was done to our level of satisfaction. I truly cannot recommend Structura enough. While they were in our house working, they treated our house with respect, and did high quality work. Our bathroom is now everything we could have asked for and more!

We needed to gut and rebuild our kitchen and bathroom, also taking into account that our house is quite old. Kobi and the team at Structura helped us transform our space from quaintly awkward to elegant and highly functional. They worked closely with us in all stages of the project, from initial concepts to final touches, and were very proactive in communicating about all the steps along the way - including with the few surprises that come with all remodels. After our bathroom ceiling leaked, we decided to finally remodel. It was outdated and in need of updates (byeeee ugly yellow acrylic built in 👋) . After going through a few contractors from Angies List, I kept coming back to the pictures of Structuras work on Google and Instagram. Ignacio was also so nice to work with, so we decided to go with Structura.The Structura team was attentive and helped us navigate all the surprises from our HOA (were in a condo), behind the walls and for inspections. The work progressed steadily and the team kept us informed of everything along the way, explaining any changes and giving us options where possible. Kobi helped us through all the accommodations needed to fit my hotel bath setup into our space. When we couldnt do shampoo niches, we instead went with shelves which turned out great. A few knobs and switches were installed upside down, but these were minor issues and the team quickly fixed whatever I pointed out.In the end the pictures speak for themselves. Our bathroom is now something I can show off rather than keep hidden! Cant thank the team enough for such a great job.

Additional post added on 9/11/2024:I have used Structura two times now. Again, they have exceeded our expectations. This most recent remodel was a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and redesign. Structura recreated our bathroom from a tub to a stand up shower and for the kitchen a wall was removed which created a more open and functional space for us.Structuras timing for the project was timely and right on point for the completion date.We also felt that we had a lot of support through out the entire project.Kobi and Carlos were always available for maintaining excellent communication and always providing us with a personal and emphatic way that provided the entire process to be very smooth and stress free.We couldnt be happier with our new redesign for the bathroom and kitchen. I had been unhappy with my old kitchen for a long time. I needed more space. My son had a remodel in his house, and he encouraged me to go ahead and remodel my kitchen. He found several contractors to consider. He introduced me to Kobi, as Kobi had done his remodel. Of all the contractors I interviewed, Kobi was easily the first choice. He was understanding of my situations and patient when I had difficulty deciding. He worked with me to help me get what I wanted. Showed me design of several different ways to do the project the way I wanted. We completely gutted the kitchen, and took out a wall, which made a big difference in giving me more room and open space. We also did new flooring through out the house, insulation and rewired part of the house which was the old original wires and put in a new electrical panel. Communication was great, as I had Carlos thr project coordinator whom I could call with any concerns.I now have a beautiful kitchen that has more space and is more modern! I would recommend Kobi and his team, to anyone who wants to do a remodel of any size!

After meeting with a number of contractors over the past two years, working with Kobi and the Structura team has been a refreshing change of pace. I knew from the beginning this project would be different because Kobi demonstrably cares about his business and his clients. After quoting my project, I asked if I could take the night to review and discuss with my spouse, and without hesitation Kobi said that was fine and we should review the details to make sure everything was correct and that we were comfortable with our choice to hire Structura. I appreciate Kobi’s desire to make sure I was confident in my choice rather than just wanting to close a deal quickly. Kobi excels at communicating project updates, changes, and expectations. If something was discussed in person or on the phone, we’d have an email follow up to log any important details. He also accompanied me to various showrooms to help pick out tile and fixtures which was very helpful to not have to do alone. The crew was efficient and respectful of our home, and the end result is better than I imagined. I can’t stop smiling when I see the difference in our new bathroom. Structura Remodeling performed our much-needed bathroom renovation. To put it simply, the work was excellent and the experience the best I have had in any renovation project to date. Kobi was very clear in the planning stages, discussing the scope of work, laying out the timeline, and introducing me to our main construction team, Irma and Rubin. The team was polite, conscientious, meticulous, and clearly skilled in their work. Kobi was physically present on site almost every day of the project and I felt we worked as a team to figure out any questions or complications we encountered along the way. My design for our small bathroom was slightly unconventional (a freestanding tub as a tub/shower combination in the space of a typical alcove) and required some creative thinking, but it all came together and the result is fantastic. We needed front block wall and iron work done in our front yard. We took couple of estimates and we chose Kobi. He was great to communicate with, professional and I’ll recommend him to anyone who needs any type of jobs.

After getting a few quotes from several other remodeling companies, we decided to go with Structura Remodeling. The owner Kobi, met with us to go over what we wanted, and what our budget was. He was very knowledgeable and understanding, showing his professionalism and expertise in the remodeling business. He gave us various options and styles for remodeling our outdated main bathroom, he presented us with cost effective ways to obtain the desired look we wanted and most important while staying within our allotted budget.Working with him and his wife Maya (who handles the supply ordering, inspector arrangements, construction, plumbing and electrician staffing, and of course the bookkeeping details, etc.) was such a relief, knowing that all the behind the scenes details were being handled in a timely and efficient manner, while also keeping us informed of the various steps involved in our project.The work staff arrived on site promptly daily and were polite and courteous while wearing mask and gloves in accordance with the current pandemic situation. They went straight to work, provided protection for our wood floors and sealed off the construction area to reduce the dust from the rest of our home. They performed their duties effectively, and on time allowing the next phase of the remodeling to progress.This being our first home project was a bit unsettling, but the experience with Structura Remodeling was a memorable and very positive one. We will most definitely be a returning customer, as we have more home remodeling projects ahead.

Structura did a great bathroom remodel for us. Our house is more than 70 years old, and the bath was 1960s-era and really needed an update. We wanted to remove the old tub, and create a large shower area with no glass so we could (someday, if needed) roll a wheelchair right into the wash area. Kobi and his designer quickly came up with a plan and provided a materials list of the items we needed to buy.A detailed inspection revealed the floor joists were smaller than expected, which required a change because our desired slope wasn’t possible. Kobi’s team quickly came up with 3 options for dealing with it, and waited patiently while my wife and I considered the options. It took us a few weeks but once we decided, Kobi promptly proposed a start date.They worked fast, and I had to shop quickly to get the items here when needed. They removed all the old fixtures, replaced damaged studs and joists, created a new floor slope, installed new floor and wall tile, tankless water heater (with updated gas line), vanity, toilet, shower set, recessed medicine cabinet, fan, new door, new outlet, moved the electrical switches, fixed built-in cabinets, and painted. Construction start-to-end was about 5 weeks, which included inspections by the city. The bathroom looks great; clean and modern, but also simple and not ostentatious. Just the way we wanted it. Structura did a great job. They communicate very well, answer the phone when you call them, and provide regular updates. I will contact them again the next time we are considering a project.

Kobe did a remodel for us back in 2014. His advice back then to slope our walkway to the front entrance instead of steps was so very helpful years later. My husband became ill and was in a wheelchair. The slope made it very easy to get in and out of the house. His experience was greater than our short sightedness. One tends to think you’ll be healthy forever. All the work they did was marvelous, but this one suggestion made a huge impact. I thank him every time I go up the walkway. Thank you!

We contacted Structura Remodeling to get an estimate on some considerable kitchen and bathroom remodeling we wanted to get done. Kobi was able to check out the house on relatively short notice and spent a good amount of time walking through the project, giving me his thoughts, and taking measurements. He came off as super experienced and honest, even taking the time to give me his thoughts on other contractors estimates.Kobi even put in time over the weekend to get us an estimate since we were under some time pressure. His estimate was very detailed and the pricing was fair. However, it slightly exceeded our budget so we had to go with another option. This isnt a negative against Structura Remodeling in any way; it just wasnt the right fit for us at the time. I dont doubt that Kobi and the Structura team would do a great job if we chose to go with them. Perhaps on another project at another time.

I spoke with 2 different employees who asked multiple times if it was ok if I made decisions without my male partner present and kept asking if we should reschedule until he could be there regardless of how many times I assured them that I am capable of making decisions on my own. We all know they wouldnt be asking my partner these questions if I wasnt available to attend the consult.I was also asked very personal career questions about my partner and myself. It was a thinly veiled attempt at seeming warm, though it was asked so awkwardly that it was obviously to gauge our financial situation.The specialist was extremely disinterested in anything else I had to say. He spoke over me and kept referring to the image of my home he found on google street view despite the house not being visible from the street.Unfortunately, this industry is notoriously sexist and Structura Remodeling is no exception.

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasnt sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. We contacted StructuraRemodeling to get a powder room, regular bath and a master bathroom as well as the kitchen completed. We started in early February with changes and were looking at an early May completion. The end of March it was completed, the work is beautiful and We love our “new” home.

Kobi and his crew were great. He was very straightforward in budgeting and came up with good solutions when we ran into the inevitable changes to the original plan. He was very good about keeping me updated on all aspects of the job.

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The estimate was the final price and the project was completed ahead of time. The design was a corroboration between Kobi and me with the final design being more than I expected.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share that Kobi and his crew are very good at their jobs and are very adaptable when it comes to unexpected curveballs. Kobi is very detail oriented in his approach to everything. He makes sure that he understands what you’re looking for and confirms exactly what is expected. There is no ambiguity when getting things done.At the beginning of 2020, I had just purchased a new house that needed some renovations done. I initially contacted Structura to replace the carpet on my stairs and the entire 2nd floor (excluding bathrooms) with vinyl planks and in-floor heating, which they had never done before. Then I started adding other projects, which included moving and adding light switches around the house, replacing lighting fixtures, patching drywall (after I decided to run ethernet cable all over the house), and constructing a soundproof wall in the master bedroom (after I found out that it was practically paper thin when it came to sound attenuation), which they also never did before.When it came to the heated floors, after doing thorough research, I went with Nuheat. Installation of the heated mats that I purchased required certification with the company, so Structura became certified installers of Nuheat systems. For the most part, it was a breeze, but there were some hiccups with the wiring after having the vinyl planks installed, but Kobi’s team was able to rectify the issues whenever something came up.As for the soundproof wall, I did my own research on that, ordered the proper materials, and showed Kobi and his crew what I wanted done and how. They did an excellent job, with some guidance, and the wall that was constructed to my specifications and does what I wanted it to do-- to prevent me and my neighbor from hearing each other.Mind you, this was all done during the coronavirus pandemic, with all the lockdowns and social distancing guidelines being introduced. Kobi and his crew were able to adapt and adjust accordingly without too many delays. In addition to getting the work done, Kobi also helped me with financing portions of the project, so that was also very helpful.If you have a project you want done right, you shouldn’t be afraid to contact Structura, because they are excellent at what they do. Don’t be afraid to point out any errors, as Kobi will be happy to correct them if pointed out.

We found Kobi to not only be a really nice guy but also demonstrated a great deal of integrity during the project. He completed the project ahead of schedule and on budget; he was very easy to get ahold of; and he resolved every problem or concern within hours instead of days. He delivered on all his promises and we would not hesitate to utilize and/or recommend Kobi (and Francisco and JJ) for any remodeling work whatsoever.
