I had a great experience with Wizard Electric when we had trouble with the lights in and outside of our home. When I contacted them, they came out and fixed our issue the same day. They quickly diagnosed our problem, replaced a blown breaker and circuit, and replaced our back patio light fixture. Their technician was professional and helpful and the price was very reasonable. Called Wizard Electric out because my lights were flickering and my microwave kept tripping my breaker. Wizard Electric, diagnosed the problem and also explained to me what was going. Simply put, fantastic experience. Ive never had an electric guy that I knew I could depend on like I did with HVAC, landscaping etc. Now I do. Dealing with the owner, Brian, was exactly what I hoped for. They got back to me on a Saturday evening within 2 hours and scheduled a visit the next morning. Brian was on-time, very professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Prices were up-front and fair. Furthermore, he didnt try to fix something that didnt need to be fixed just to charge more. I know who Ill be calling for all my electrical needs in the future.

I cant say enough good things about Wizard Electric. My boyfriend has been trying to find a company to install a plug in the garage for his welder for months with no success. He got a couple of quotes that were $3-4000 to add a breaker in our main panel, run wire about 5, and install a socket. Many companies are only commercial anymore, and some either didnt answer their phones, didnt show up, or showed up hours late without notice.I called Brian on a Friday and he was driving. He pulled over to take down my information, even after I said I could text it to him. Normally I dont write a review for services rendered but this one has to be written. On 10/8/19 PG&E shuts down most of Northern California electricity due to high risk fire alerts because of winds and humidity. Although we have plenty of water troughs on hand and ready we wanted to make sure we had enough water for livestock since we are on a well and we wanted to also run 2 refrigerators and a freezer since were being told we would be without power for several days. I Googled electricians in Vacaville in hopes that I could find one to come out the same day. I found Wizard Electric and gave them a call speaking with Brian around 10am. I explained the pinch that were and that we bought a generator along with a switch to be wired Into our main panel so we could run the generator throughout the house and to power our well pump. Within 15 minutes Brian calls me back and has set an appointment for his electrician Chris to be at my house between 4-6pm. Chris shows up within the time window and diagnoses what we need to do in order to get at least our well pump running for the night at that time and makes it happen. The very next day Chris comes back to hard wire the switch panel into our main panel and makes sure that we had all of the circuits needed working for the next emergency. Because of the promptness, professionalism and courtesy of both Brian and Chris, we had had water and kept the refrigerator and freezers ice cold during this power outage event. Had Wizard add a dedicated outlet for an over the stove microwave. He was up front and honest with pricing. Came in the next day and got the job done like he promised. Installation was done professionally and up to code. Definitely would reccomend them for home electrical.

I had a circuit suddenly fail without tripping the breaker in the evening. I requested a quote and Brian replied by text almost immediately, came out the next day, checked my panel and breakers, and traced the problem to a GFCI outlet in an added-on part of the house. And he didnt even charge for the diagnosis! Well definitely call Brian again for anything electrical.

My front entrance light kept making a sizzling noise when I turned on the switch. I called Wizard Electric to come check out the problem and make sure it was safe. They showed up the same day, on time and were able to identify the problem in a couple minutes. They recommend replacing the light fixture that had burning. They replaced the fixture in a timely manner and I haven’t had any problems with it since. When we purchased our home it was in desperate need of renovation. During the search of companies in our area Wizard Electric came up as being the best in town. When I met with Brian he was first class all the way. He gave us great insight and make us feel comfortable with the projects that where needed. Bryan came out and diagnosed a panel issue and problems with my outlets. He DID NOT charge me for the service (another contractor previously worked on it, so I will pursue remedy with it). I called Saturday night, and Brian came to my home and solved the problem Sunday morning. Friendly and knowledgeable, making sure I knew what happened and how to avoid any problems to come.

Brian and his crew were fabulous. They fixed all of the plugs and switches in the house in a timely fashion. The estimate for the job was 5 hours and thats exactly how long it took.
