This company has always been amazing! From the first time I called them because of an electrical fuse that was arcing to my most recent light fixture going out, theyve been professional, timely and effective.Every call, theyve been quick in diagnosing the root issue and been honest about the work that needs to be done and thorough in explaining any additional recommended work. However, the biggest reassurance with this company has been their responsiveness. Rarely have I had to wait longer than a day to have an issue surveyed and even when I did have to wait a day, it was for an that wasnt an emergency.

Strongly recommend them! Vigen found a solution to get a much needed ceiling fan in our master bedroom and did the work on the spot. In addition, noticed several electrical issues and fixed them during the course of his work. Super professional and friendly. I will definitely call them again. I couldn’t be happier with the work and they did it in the midst of 2 very curious dogs lurking at every turn.

Great service. We were having intermittent electrical issues with what I was guessing should be the circuit-breaker. Plus, our landlord couldnt care less. I contacted United for a quote and they sent a electrician for a free estimate of the issue and cost.Vik showed up and he found the issue to be some bad wiring. Not only he gave us a better price than the other place I had gotten an estimate from, but he offered to fix it on the same day and he did. He was very friendly and professional.I dont write reviews often but I felt obliged to do it for exceptional service I got from them. Highly recommended.

Hi. I just received a free estimate from United plumbing, heating, air, and electric. The service man was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quoted me $434 if I pull my own permit to install a hard wired smoke detector. I’m gathering 3 estimates, determining if my existing contractor will complete the work timely, and determining the cost of getting an extension on my windows permit prior to hiring an electrician. Thus far, United did a great job! :)

Vic came by for an estimation for electrical work. He gave me a couple of options then offered to perform the job right away which I agreed. The work was very done. He took his time explaining and showing me what he was doing. Great job Vic, thank you, Ill definitely call again.

Huge props to United Heating and Air for showing up at my house on the same day my AC compressor failed when it was 90 degrees outside! In fact, the technician, Rigo, was here within an hour. The guy is a life saver! He quickly assessed the problem, identified the part that needed to be replaced, got to the parts shop just before they closed, got back quickly, and made the repair. When it seemed like we might have to go two or three days without air, United made it happen fast! Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!

I called early this morning in regards to several outlets no longer working that I wanted fixed right away. They were able to fit me in the same day. Artin, the electrician showed up on time and was very nice and professional. He explained and demonstrated what the problems were very clearly. Vic is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind person. He rewired an outdoor outlet I needed to be placed inside of my home. He did all of this under an hour and even took the time to explain everything he was doing. Great guy and an awesome electrician.

Not only that they came on time and where extremely professional but their quote was very reasonable. They found some minor additional electrical repairs that needed to be done and came the next that on the time scheduled to repair it for no additional cost. I told them what I needed and next day had one of their electricians show up; Vic Grigoryan.We agreed on a price and 24 hours later the work was done to my satisfaction. Nice guy, cordial, prompt. I could not be happier with the service that I received from United. The power went out in my garage and courtyard, I tried resetting all the GFIs that I could find, reset the circuit breaker, but no luck, so I called United. The technician who came, Eric, was so helpful, found the problem, fixed it, and stayed a bit longer to test all of the outlets to make sure everything was fixed. He was so nice, helpful, informative, etc. If you have any electrical needs, call them (and hope you get Eric!). A truly pleased customer here.

Great experience. I was concerned about the sound of water running in our bathroom walls every time the air conditioning went on. I called and got a scheduled date buut United Electrical actually came a day earlier than expected because of my concerns. Outstanding service and attention to detail! Vic Grigoryan rectified 30 years of electrical gremlins in a few hours and would not rest until every wire nut was tightened perfectly and every faceplate was attached and properly alligned. He worked tirelessly and uncovered several dangerous connections which he repaired. Highly, highly recommended and very reasonably priced, especially considering he probably saved our house from a tragic fire.

Great experience from start to finish. We were assigned Jonathan Rosales as our electrician and what a professional. Always on time, explained what the findings were, and gave options for appropriate solutions to the wiring issues.One thing that I truly appreciated was the fact that the job took longer than expected. We have an old house with an old breaker box. This morning one of the breakers tripped and left 75% of the house in the dark, which included the kitchen. The technician came well within the given appointment estimated time and evaluated the situation and gave us our options. Basically we had too many wires going to too few breakers. He removed the old breakers and replaced them with new ones that was able to satisfy our load. He was very polite and professional and provided some suggestions for the near future. I am truly glad I called United Electric.

United sent Art to my house for several jobs: (1) uninstall pendant lights on top of the island and install new ones(2) install nest video door bell(3) uninstall broken ballast and install new one.He moves ladder around the house carefully didn’t make any damages or scratches anywhere and do all the jobs quickly and carefully.He kept communicating with me through out the pendant light installation to make sure the final angle and length is exactly as I want them to be.

I received a phone call telling me that Art was on the way. He was honest with me. My condo is old with outdated circuit breakers. One wire in a light fixture burned off. Art replaced my old circuit box and installed new circuit breakers. The old circuit box had paint inside and incorrect wiring. I feel good about getting the job done right.

I paid $220 for an estimate on a home. When I receive the estimate, my name is incorrect and there wasn’t a detailed price breakdown for every item listed in the report. Instead, I received a list of recommendations with no prices. In my opinion, the inspection wasn’t worth the price as no estimate was provided of all items listed.

Vice (aka Vegan), was AMAZING. He was helpful, clear and precise with my options, and above all detailed with his explanations. Not only did he fix everything perfectly, he explained to me what happened and why, and how I can mitigate future issues. I am a particularly curious person and he welcomed my questions and gave his time to answer thoroughly. What a great experience. I will always use United, and hopefully Vic comes next time!

The tech arrived as scheduled to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my pool equipment. Upon investigation, he pointed out some safety issues that needed to be resolved and he left my home in a safe status. Once I’ve had the utility company out to repair, he will return to finish other work I needed completed.

United came by to unhook a fork lift battery charger from the breaker. Great service. On time, professional and affordable. Jonathan Rosales did a great job. Brian also helped get the job done in an efficient manner. I would recommend them. Only ones that would come free of charge to give me an estimate.

I dont know where to start...honestly. Its Thanksgiving eve, Im just about to cook and burn the midnight oil. Poof, my kitchen power goes out. I Googled 24 Hour Electrician and United was the first hit! Im huge on reviews and clearly they are doing well. Vic showed up. Tons of energy and very polite. He took his time, searched high and low and couldnt find the problem. But he said, no, I will and must find it. And he did! Mario was proficient at finding the wiring problem and restoring power to several outlets in a house built in 1939 with very old type of wiring. Friendly, courteous and prompt.

We contacted United Plumbing Heating Air Electric to fix a problem with one of our sockets that had shorted. Art was the assigned electrician that not only resolved that problem quickly, but helped us with another unplanned request that took some time and effort troubleshooting. He stayed late until he had fixed wiring issues (in wall and attic) by work done by others years ago. Art was very thorough in locating the trouble spot and wanted to make sure everything was done right before leaving. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and his suggestions on other areas we need to address.

Technician Vig did a thorough check of the situation, gave an exact dollar estimate, looked into something else I was considering, explained everything in a way I could understand, installed the outket I needed, and even mounted my charger so it wouldnt hang by its cable. Also: I had called the day before to book the appointment, and got one.for the next day. We have used United fpur times and the service has been excellent each time.

Johnathon Rosales did a circuit panel tune-up and breaker replacement (this means pulling out all the wires and careful labeling to keep them straight) in a very professional and careful way. He also replaced a defective receptacle. He made careful measurements along the way and everything worked right the when all the breakers were reset. This review is specifically for Vic, an electrician. I called late afternoon on a Thursday, he was there the next morning ready to work. After a few minutes of explaining my sparking outlet situation, he shared his game plan & we were running. He quickly diagnosed where the short was, followed the trail down to the more serious breaker issue. Vic was completely transparent about the work that needed to be done NOW vs work that could wait, & made sure I understood everything he was doing along the way. His attention to detail (cleaning up EVERY wire & making sure they were bound together or visually organized for the next person, double checking EVERY outlet, replacing all outdated pieces & showing me the readings on his meter) made it easy to have him perform all the work. Vic is welcome back to my house for any future electrical work simply because he treats the job as if he were doing his own home.

Vic did a great job. He checked everything and replaced the breakers and so far things seem to be working well. Might have a problem with one of the dimmer switches in the kitchen but we are watching that to see if that is a problem. At 8:30, I got a call with an estimatation of between 9 and 9:30. At 9:15, Miran was at the door. He knew EXACTLY what was wrong, and he fixed it in under an hour as well as looked at some other things. Yes, they are more expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

They arrived on time, were very polite & personable.Art and his partners completed everything that was contracted for.The job consisted of installing an attic fan, the removal and re-installion of an existing bedroom fan, new wiring, adding some new breakers to circuit breaker box, a new roof vent, and the insertion of a 8 foot grounding rod, none of these items could have been done any better.I am quite critical about neatness, quality products, and workmanship.If it were possible to give in excess of 5 stars, I would have.I would not hesitate to use them again, or to refer them to someone in need of the services they provide.Jan L.
