Power Pro Electric and Solar

My electricity went out at 10 pm and the company that comes to fix my house (which was a different company) told me they couldnt do anything until they came back in the morning. I called Power Pro Electric who said they could come right then and get my power running again. The electrician arrived, replaced the breaker box and had my garage fixed within an hour of their arrival.

Damion was very responsive over the phone, explained that it would cost me $49 and change for their guy to come out and give a diagnostic. However, once their guy actually comes out and I explain and show him the failing switches, he never actually does any diagnostic. Instead he calls in then goes to his truck then comes with a $4,450 contract to fix 2 unresponsive light switches, replace one exterior light fixture, then tells me to change out all of my kitchen recessed lighting and under cabinet lighting rather than just fix 2 lights. So now Im $50 poorer with zero progress toward diagnosing or fixing the issues.

As soon as I called Power Pro Electric & Solar, they were able to come out and repair the outlet that had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was professional and courteous. I was shown how to prevent future issues after the outlet was replaced. It was a pleasure to work with Power Pro Electric & Solar.

I tried to hook up my portable AC and it blew out the fuse. I took the AC back to Walmart install the power pole electric truck and Damian said he would take a look and be there in an hour. Really glad I met this guy, my RV had a problem that we just purchased and we were stranded at the gas station. Damien took a look, it was just a fuse we were on our way.
