Mike is great. Major issues with ancient heater deep in the belly of my old house. He got it working, made it safe and clean again as the accumulation of dog hair was incredible and a major fire hazard. Mike got down and dirty under the house discovering my unit hadn’t been inspected in 30 years.Will use him for inevitable installation of new heater down the road (but for now I’m good thanks to him) and any further electric or AC needs. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Tesla and I had absolutely no idea how to install that charger !! Mike came and installed it in no time . He was fast , efficient, and was really responsive. I’d definitely recommend if you’re having trouble like I did .

It’s hard to find honest, hard working people in this city at times. That’s why it was so refreshing to give 310 Electric a shot after my old electrician moved out of state. They did work on 3 properties of mine including the replacement of electric panel, fixed several old light fixtures. Installed and removed outdoor lights (at a fraction of the price of other estimates) and even fixed my AC somehow. I could not be happier with them!

Had such a great experience with Mike! He was very professional and was able to execute the job lightning fast. From quote to completion was under 48 hours! He made the process really easy and the cost was extremely fair. I had an old fixture on my patio that wasnt functional for some time, we installed a chandelier as well as figuring out power. It was so great to find someone that is trustworthy and knowledgeable to help with making my new home look fabulous. Im really happy with the results and highly recommend him!

I called 310 builders the other day because I needed my Tesla Charger installed and they came and really outdid themselves . I was impressed by how professional they were and how quick they did the job. I’d definitely recommend 310 builders . They never disappoint.

Mike arrived on time with all his equipment, including an extra long ladder. He had his intern Carl with him. Both men were very polite, respectful and wore masks. Mike proceeded to remove my old chandelier which was heavy and high and hung my new one quickly and easily. He mentioned that some wiring in the new one was deficient but he quickly resolved the problem. He didn’t like the way the new chandelier had smudges so he offered to clean it for me while he was up on the ladder. He did a great job and I highly recommend him. Also, his price is very reasonable.

Timely, organized, and well priced! Mike Jay and the team at 310 Electric, diagnosed and fixed my broken HVAC unit quickly and with a smile. He also, using plain English, made sure in understood which parts I needed and why, making me feel more comfortable about moving forward with the job. They even went out of their way to organize and twist-tie all the electrical components when finishing up the job.

Mike at 310 Electric is the real deal! He helped me on a house flip and really delivered. He was able to replace the electrical panel and move all the electric to where I needed it. He worked fast and helped me get some faster than expected. I definitely recommend talking to Mike if you have any electrical projects that you need done.

The owner Mike came to look at my old ugly electrical box which apparently wasn’t big enough for me to add air conditioning to my new home. Within a few days he had met with DWP, pulled a permit, installed a brand new 200a panel, and got it inspected. My new panel is almost as gorgeous as he is ;). He’s coming back soon to install central air conditioning in my house. I can’t wait!

310 Electric is the electrical contractor I will be working with moving forward on My Cullen Builders GC projects. I have high standards and 310 is what I was looking for. I called 310 Electric in the morning to have new electrical run to my AC unit. They scheduled and came out same day and installed the new electrical run. Very clean and professional work. I will use them again and will refer to my friends and family.
