I was not impressed. I needed a bent motor shaft straightened. It took a total of 12 weeks and 4 days to get the motor back. I emailed them several times with very little answers if any. When I finally got it back (after 3 months), the motor was completely disassembled and I have to figure out how to put it all back together. I paid $505 to get the shaft straightened to .005. One of the bearings appears to be damaged by removal but otherwise in good condition. Wished it didn’t take so long. I don’t think the money paid them matched the service I received.
