Luis was very professional and on time, definately a plus and very appreciated. As soon as he began working we knew that we had picked the right guy for the job. Our bathroom needed to be upgraded and Luis took the headache off our project. He guided with our tile choice and helped us match the paint accordingly. We are extremely happy with the work he did, definately will hiring him again. Highly recommend it.

My building recently hired J’s Professional Maintenance to repair my severely dilapidated shower. The walls were rusted through the dry wall, the tiles and caulking were problematic and lifted from earth movement. j’s came out quickly evaluated the job and began promptly after setting up a scheduled work date. Their office staff is extremely responsive and even schedules via text, which is very helpful during my own work day. In just one half day they were able to fully repair the damaged drywall and tile in the tight space. They were very polite and professional. The crew was the cleanest I’ve ever had work in my home. Despite having to rip out tile and cut out dry wall they left no signs of mess or dust in my home, and were extremely quiet whilst working. I work from home and this was an unexpected wonderful bonus. My shower door had to be ordered due to its unusual dimensions and the crew kindly even installed a temporary curtain to use in the meantime. After my new shower door had to be arrived, Luis promptly contacted me and I was able to immediately schedule a time to install it. They arrived promptly were also extremely polite and professional and quickly and neatly installed the door. I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish ! Everyone especially the office staff and Luis were extremely helpful and kind. The crews were wonderful and so quick! I highly recommend using them for any of your needs ! Had I not been renting, I would have had this wonderful business overhaul the entire oddly configured bathroom because they did such a wonderful job !

We know Luis for about 3 years. He has done projects in several buildings for us. He is very fair; he will only accept work, if his schedule allows; he does not overload his team with many projects. Once he starts work, he continues till completing the job. He also does electrical recessed lighting as well. We have always been happy to hire Luis. He has also done some outdoor work for us as well.

LUIS and his crew are the most professional crew out there, I work with them on multiple buildings and remodels and they get the job done and are AWESOME.
