Danny Handyworks and Preston Steps Designs

We call Danny about once a year when our to-do list gets long. I wouldnt call anyone else. He helps keep our home maintained and is honest about what doesnt need to be done. Projects include: installing light fixtures, dimmers, and shelves, putting together IKEA furniture with a million parts, wall mounting TV, and replacing cabinet hardware. He also did a beautiful job installing patio pavers and a custom water feature. He always comes in at the quoted time and cost and best of all, does it right the first time.

I am always texting Danny to take care of things around the house. Over the years, he has transformed my backyard into a covered outdoor living space, hung TVs, artwork and shelving, assembled furniture, switched out light figures and smoke detectors. He also designed and installed a kitchen island that made use of my space. I have him stop by regularly to do all the things that I don’t think of or don’t have the time to do. He’s my go to neighborhood carpenter and handyman!

We put in a mini split and ended up with a hole in the hallway where our old wall heater had been. Danny came up with an affordable design solution that used Ikea cabinets to fill the space perfectly, resulting in an elegant storage solution with a lighted display case and much needed extra storage.Danny is a skilled designer and carpenter who is friendly, creative, shows up on time and leaves everything clean and tidy. A very professional job on our home project!
