Do yourself a favor and just believe the reviews that are already on this page and go elsewhere.Did they reglaze my fixture? Yes, but they also reglazed everything in my bathroom.The worker didnt bother to take the time to mask off anything in the bathroom, so I came home to everything on my countertop being contaminated with overspray. I had to throw out an electric toothbrush, razer, anything that had been contaminated.I offered the worker a cup of water and coffee when he arrived. Even the cups were left on the countertop and were contaminated with the spray and had to throw them out.The best part, they even found a way to overspray a connecting room! Truly a feat in reglazing that they were able to overspray into an entirely different room.If A-1 Reglazing stands out in anyway, its the laziness of the work. They are truly one of a kind and cant be matched.

One of THE worst experiences ever! I used them a few years ago and I still get emails from them about using them which is what prompted this review. Originally I was not going to write a review and let bygones be bygones however it keeps rehashing the wound when I get emails (which Ive also unsubscribed).The first time the came out, it was the owner. He missed some spots and it looked uneven and some of it had the old chipped marks that hed missed. I called an informed them, too pictures and spoke with Mark who said hed speak with the owner. Took him weeks to respond even though they guarantee their work. The owner finally came back and redid it but as you can see from the conversation of the texts, there was one spot he failed to do.When I reached out over the next several months for them to come back and to do the job right, they started ignoring my text messages and phone calls. But you can very well see form the pics and the text...These were from 2014. Hope this helps anyone considering using this company.

Customer beware. Bait and switch pricing.

I have used their services to reglaze bathtubs for several different properties that we manage. They have always been very easy to work with and reliable. The outcome is great and their warranty is valued!

The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my time of property management. The reglazer left in the middle of the scheduled work and never returned to complete the work they started and the other units that were scheduled for that day. Their office never answered their phone to resolve or assess the issue with the work left over. Even trying to follow up the next as to what happened and they still wont answer their phones. They lack customer service, and I highly advise anyone not to use this vendor for any reglazing service.
