Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, and to my surprise, they were able to schedule me for the same day. Within an hour, Jose and Albert arrived at my home. They were not only professional and efficient but also very friendly and courteous. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, and I can finally take a shower without any worries. Their prompt and exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and fast plumbing services.

I called ServiStar Plumbing because I needed someone to go to my commercial client for a clogged toilet and the experience was great from start to finish. We were having issues with a Rheem water heater we had purchased and installed by a 3rd party…The team they sent out were extremely communicative, well spoken, extremely timely. Yes, we have become very spoiled having hot water at the touch of a button… And we’re able to remedy our problem. They did not quit until the issue was resolved. they for sure went above and beyond.

Daniel and his brother (didn’t catch his name!) from Sal Plumbing were awesome and so kind! Our water heater started leaking and they were quick to respond. They came out and uninstalled the broken one in about 30 min, drove to the distributor to pick up the new one, came back and swiftly reinstalled it! They got the job done quickly and professionally and we’d be so happy to have them back for another plumbing needs!

From Joe, who answered the phone, to Daniel and Jonathan who showed up an hour and a half later, everyone was helpful, kind, and patient with my questions. After a couple of hours, I had hot water again and a complete service of my Rheem tankless water heater. Fantastic!

Sal’s Plumbing was very solid. Our water heater wasn’t working properly so Rheem (water heater company) sent Sal’s Plumbing via warranty.Sal’s admin staff was very professional both on the phone and via email/text.Our technician, Anthony, was the best. Due to a faulty Rheem/manufacturer part, he got us a new unit via warranty. Of course, this requires a lot of back and forth with Rheem’s customer service, but Anthony took care of it with MUCH patience. He picked up the unit from The Home Depot, delivered and installed all with a smile on his face.Good work Sal’s Plumbing. I would highly recommend.

These guys were great, on time, great communication, and professional. I had my Tankless Water Heater Flushed and service by Jonathan he was very nice and explained to me all about how important it is. Highly recommend these guys definitely calling Sal Plumbing back for any of my plumbing needs!!!

I called Sal Plumbing at 11 pm on a Saturday about a leaking 50 gallon water heater. I had tried to soak up the leaking water without success. They told me via text and photos how to turn off the water going to the water heater so the leaking would stop. They saved me from a much worse disaster when my own home warranty people didn’t respond that evening. I’m very grateful!

I had a defective water heater which was leaking so I was refered by the manufacturer to Sal Plumbing who came out and took care of it every step of the way. Thanks very much to Michael as well as his office and field team for responding quickly (after hours, I might add), and getting the job done while explaining everything to me every step of the way!

Scheduler and technician were very nice and professional. Called to fix water heater. They had serviced our unit in the past. Technician came out and said that the positive connector was barely connected and that it was probably bumped or not properly installed. Nothing wrong with the heater itself. Left and said hed ask the owner if theyd waive the $175 inspection fee since it was probably the prior technicians error, or honest mistake. Got a text a little later asking for payment. I asked if they had spoken to the technician. Said they dont warranty service. Ok. Paid them. Doesnt sit well with me. Only posting a review bc I chose the company based on the all the positive reviews. Moving on...

10 STARS! I needed a water heater replaced and Michael and his team did a FANTASTIC job of installing a tankless water heater. They showed up on time and ready to work and even upgraded the tankless so I got a better efficiency machine for my home. The crew is awesome and worked efficiently. Since the water heater job, I have already hired them for a toilet replacement and we have a lot of work ahead together. Highly recommend.

Sal Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater on our roof, and removed our 15yo 75gal boiler. I selected the company off the manufacturer website list of certified and trained installer (Navean). During the entire process Michael and Daniel were punctual, professional and overall fantastic to work with. The quoted price was very competitive, and the work was done the next day. They provided before and after photos, and supplied the necessary documentation for the Socal Gas rebate. I wholehartedly recommend their services.

5 STARS SERVICEI found Sal Plumbing on the website of Noritz Tanklees Water Heaters I called them and they set up an appointment to fix my water heater the technician showed up he troubleshoot the heater and after thirty minutes found the problem ,he went to get the parts came back and fix my water heater in a matter of two hours I have hot water the service was excellent !I would recommend this company To all !

I am so happy I found this company. My toilet and my bathtub where backing up and I didnt know what to do. I called and the appointment was very easy to book that I was able to get same-day service within the next hour I had Jose and Albert who were very nice and friendly and were able to take care of my issue. These guys came in and told me they had to use a camera to find to clog in my plumbing and told me that it was in the street in the back of my house. They then told me that because it was on City property the fix would cost $18,000. I hired another group who dug down to the pipes. The new group told me that these guys from Sal couldn’t have gotten the camera toward the street because the pipe they inserted the camera In was facing the other direction. So basically these guys lied to me about the extent of the work that needed to get done.In short, these guys ripped me off and I wouldn’t trust them,

They did a good job but charged the rate of a brain surgeon to replace a tankless electric water heater.

Sal Plumbing has always saved the day for us. From installing our 2 tankless Noritz water heaters a few years ago to just today, when Jose came out on an emergency call of no water in our kitchen. Sal plumbing replaced the water line that goes from our house to the water meter.They answered all the questions we had very knowledgeable and professional would definitely call them for future plumbing needs!

My water heater stopped working and I called Sal Plumbing they send out a technician he came on time and quoted me a price to fix the water heater or to replace it we ended up getting a tankless water heater instead of a tank because it was more efficient and made a lot of sensethey got it done at the same day for a reasonable price I would use these guys again

I called Sal Plumbing and rooter , because I had both of my bathroom backing up when the technician showed up ,we found out that the main line was backing up ,the preformed a video inspection to find out what was the problem ,the line was filled with roots the pipe was made out of clay and was damaged in a few locations Sal Plumbing offered me a liner or pipe bursting to replace the pipes and we ended up doing the pipe bursting which was a better option and cheaper ,they had to dig two holes and install the new pipe from one hole to the other they cover the dirt like nothing ever happened and I have a new pipesI very happy from there work

My pipe burst under my house and I called Sal Plumbing. They were very nice and assured me that the technician will come within an hour. He actually came after 45 minutes. Everything was done right the same day. They left the area clean and and that is very important to me. Price was very fair and I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing issues.

Do you need a specialized team of Rannai techs to fix your Rannai that’s not working? Look no further. Daniel and his brother are your men. Quickly, and professionally they trouble shooted and found the problem for a reasonable cost too. This is the best service I’ve seen in the plumbing world ever. Explained everything they did along the way and how it all worked, and took the time to swiftly remedy a flow concern after the heater replacement (darn showerhead water restrictors). We had a pretty complex issue with our Noritz tankless recirculating pump. Jonathan at Sal’s Plumbing didn’t give up until it was resolved. He followed up over several days after speaking with Noritz tech support and fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

Our plumber, Santos, actually showed up an hour before our scheduled appointment which was a pleasant surprise. He accused the problem and twenty minutes later our leak was fixed. Did I mention this was same day service? A nice guy and I highly recommend Sal Plumbing and Rooter

I hired sal’s plumbing to clear some area drains. After only 45 minutes they said they had the wrong equipment and would come back and I needed to pay for the hour service. They did clear a very short section so I paid thinking they would come back and Finnish.They said I had a 3 month warranty so no problem.When I tried to get them to come back I was told the warranty did not cover this and I would have to pay for another hour. I instead hired Shellback plumbing to come out. They worked for an hour and a half cleared the drains and only charged me for an hour. Fool me once shame on you ! Fool me twice shame on me. I would not higher Sal’s and highly recommend Shellback.

Terrible service.. They need money without giving service. My heater was under warranty and they have a tie with the manufacturer.. Just spent 10-15mins and left. I will not go to this company again

Daniel was great. He explained everything to me, and did exactly what I asked of him.

I’d avoid this type of company if you can. They charged me $145 for them to come over. All they did was order FREE parts of the manufacturer company. They were going to charge me another $500 for labor. All I needed was a chamber sensor replacement. The water tank itself was at least $700. So the value of this work is not worth at all.

I called Michael over at Sal plumbing for a bid on a commercial water tank replacement. Not only did he pick up the phone, he went right over to the work site and gave us the most reasonable bid we received.After talking with him over the phone, I can tell he was a good man. We went ahead and hired him. The next day, first thing in the morning, they showed up and did the job the promised to do, quickly, efficiently and with no surprises. They gave our tenants hot water again, a huge relief.The next week I had a rooter issue at another building, again, I called Michael. He and his main man Harley showed up within an hour, did a temporary fix so the tenants can continue to use water, and then returned the next day and did a stellar job permanently fixing the main line drain, not so easy.This is a good company with great people behind it. I would highly suggest running every plumbing issue by them before making a decision on who to hire. My hunch is that like me, youll probably hire these good men.Thanks Guys !

We engaged Sal to do the annual maintenance on our 2 Navien tankless water heaters. They are prompt and very knowledgeable and professional.

This morning i had a problem and i was kind of lost due to the fact that i will have guests coming over tonight.I found Sal Plumbing and i called them. in less then 2 hours... they came over to my house and worked so professionally that i couldnt believe that the problem is fixed already.i truly recommend them and suggest hiring them for any plumbing service you may need.

Set up an appointment a week ahead of time. day of they called to tell me the plumber had an emergency and no one else was available. i was told the following week would work for them. they offered a 10% discount. unfortunately that discount was on top of an 1100.00 simple plumbing job. when i asked what the hourly rate was i was ghosted. still haven’t heard back from them. i would think twice about hiring this company. they tried to tell me parking would be expensive even after i told them i have free parking. anything to up that tab. if you do decide to hire them ask for an itemised invoice and please tell me the hourly rate

Only plumbing service I use and trust!

This morning i had a problem at my house and i needed someone to come over and fix it asap.several plumbers whom i called to.... didnt even answer to my phone call... which was bad! but Sal plumbing was actually the first one who answer my call and was able to come over to my house and to take care of the problem! i am super happy with the work they did and mainly to their response time.
