I hesitate writing a stellar review of Bright City Electrical in fear of losing them as our go-to electricians to everyone else. Seriously, we found them very honest, communicative, knowledgeable, efficient, & professional. They didnt upsell us, which we greatly appreciated. Orel checked & fixed all of our loose & malfunctioning outlets & installed under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. I mistakenly told Orel to install the lighting in the wrong place & he kindly went out of his way to help me & rectify it & even defended me when our project managers electrician deflected any responsibility. We accidentally busted an outlet & pointed it out to said electrician who ignored it. Orel informed us of the danger & fixed it immediately. We will definitely hire Bright City Electrical for any electrical needs in the future!
