I had an emergency in my Airbnb property in Los Angeles last night, Friday. I called Rex Plumbing Services and they were able to come out in an hour. Per my tenants it was a toilet clog, but after cleaning the toilet, Pasha diagnosed the main line being clogged as well. Pasha and his techs unclogged the main line and made sure all other drain lines are good. Thank you your being available on Friday night and giving me a discount. You are my company for good.

Pavel provided exceptional service during his recent visit to fix two leaking water heaters. He was not only efficient in resolving some unexpected problems with the heaters, but also demonstrated a diligent approach toensure everything was working perfectly before he left. Rex Plumbing Services saved my @$$, and a lot of money after an emergency kitchen drain backed up, Pasha was very responsive, took his time and told me how to turn off the water to avoid further damage, then arrived within 20 minutes at 3:00 AM, they were very professional and reasonable. Paul exceeded our wildest expectations! He arrived exactly when promised and quickly fixed our clogged washer drain line. Unlike 99% of the contractors we’ve encountered, he also asked if he could help us with any other plumbing issues. My husband told him about the toilets in our bathrooms, both of which had issues.
