Avraham and his whole crew work tirelessly to rebuild our home. It is very old and we have been doing one project at a time to stay within our budget. HIC has helped us to achieve this everytime. Yes, we have used their services more than once. I recommend them, as they have listened and been there every step of the way. I dont have any pictures at the moment. But will update this review when I do. The before and after pics are amazing. We have done roof, ceilings, foundation, paint, new windows and doors.

I hired HIC Builders to complete a backyard landscaping project. I scheduled a meeting with Abraham. He was on-time for our meeting, very professional and had great ideas for the materials I could use to get the best results within my budget. The project was completed within the time frame that we had discussed and the results were so much more than I had expected! (See the BEFORE and AFTER pictures.) Im very pleased with the results. Everyone I dealt with at the HIC office was friendly and helpful. I would use them again and I definitely recommend them.

Abraham and Leo took good care of us throughout our full bathroom renovation. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, enlarged, and put back together great. They were always available to discuss anything about the project and were great about fixing anything that went wrong. Were very happy with how our bathroom turned out.

I hired HIC Builders, general contractors, for a backyard landscaping project about a year ago. Abraham and the HIC team did a great job. When I needed my roof replaced due to some serious termite damage, I went to the companys website and was pleased to see they also had roofing services. The house has a Spanish-style tile roof which required a bit more expertise to remove the tiles so that all of them wouldnt have to be replaced. I worked with Abraham again on this project. He was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the materials to be used and the re-roofing process. He also helped to coordinate the timing of the roof repairs with the terminate fumigation company to minimize additional damage to the roof. The only issue was a little delay in getting the crew back after the fumigation and the final site cleanup but everything was all completed. Although I wont know the effectiveness of the roof repairs until it rains this winter, I was very pleased to work with Abraham and the HIC team again.

We had a large, heavy, dark, termite infested wood patio cover. We had it removed and Abraham and his team replaced it with this light, airy, elitewood aluminum cover. He raised it a little to give us a taller ceiling making it feel more open. We couldn’t be happier.

We were in the market for a new driveway for our RV.AJ Manager, and team were amazing, and exceeded our expectations. We now have a home for our motor home . Thank you again for the excellent work.

HIC Builders renovated an upstairs bathroom in my 1929 Monterey Colonial home. Yosef, our contractor, and Liz, our coordinator, were both very knowledgeable and supportive. The crews were all highly skilled, efficient and polite and did a thorough job of cleaning up each day. We are delighted with the completed project!

We picked HIC because of how thorough AJ was when he came to give us an estimate to redo our front yard and expand our driveway. Throughout the whole process he was responsive and communicative without being pushy. The crew (Moses and the rest of the guys) were always professional and respectful, and gave us some good landscaping ideas. They work fast and well. I would deduct 0.25 stars just because it said in our contract we’d choose gravel and stones from a catalog but we didn’t get to. Luckily we really liked what they showed up with, so we didn’t make a big deal of it. All in all we’re very satisfied and will for sure use them again.

The transformation on my front yard from a traditional turf landscape to a modern, sustainable design with gravels and conservative plants, along with the upgrade from spray sprinklers to drip irrigation, is nothing short of remarkable.Firstly, the contractor was extremely professional, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire project. I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same.

They did a phenomenal job on my foundation. Everything was done in a timely manner. Joseph is very reliable and trust worthy doing more than what he promised. I wish I could do 10 stars!

I am glad I contacted this company for repairs. They worked fast and perfectly, and many interior and exterior repairs were finished in under a month when other companies were giving me wait times upwards of three months. Avraham was great and the office lady was very helpful.

They put a roof on, complete tear down and had to fix my electrical panel box that someone else had started. Completed project in 2days and passed city inspection. Avraham is very responsive and his team does good work. Will use them again in the future if I need something done.

Mike and his team did a superb job with our bathroom remodeling project. It turned out great and we enjoy using it everyday. The crew was very resourceful when we had issues with installation. And we cant say enough about how friendly and polite the team was. They even provided free follow-ups months after we completed the project.

We completely renovated and remodeled our detached garage & studio into a permitted ADU with 2 bedrooms, a bath, and a full kitchen / great room (living room) in Semi Valley.We had an excellent experience with Dan and his team. From the beginning, Dan was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous with our budget. We are absolutely delighted with our entire experience as we found the whole team professional and transparent. We appreciated the advice and recommendations Dan gave us on what to splurge on, and when to hold off on spending for something that may not be worth it.Dan was at our project site weekly, checking on progress, and details, preparing us for what was coming next, and when to order the necessary cabinetry, tile, hardware (etc). He was on top of all the logistics and details. Very communicative, and available when we needed him. He listed what was important to us and truly helped us bring our vision to life.
