Manny was amazing. Really easy to work with and came out on Thanksgiving morning to clear our kitchen sink. Explained what could have been causing the clog, how to prevent it and budgetary options if we wanted to descale and pressure jet clean it to last even longer.He even did a complimentary walk around the house to check our water heater health, water pressure coming into the house, etc.Highly recommend. They arent the cheapest nor the most expensive. Great value and honest company trying to earn our business for life.

Id rather not deal with plumbing issues at all but Im glad I called Turbo Rooter. They picked up the phone right away and the tech, Manny, arrived a few hours after I called. He diagnosed the problem (garbage disposal bit the dust), procured a replacement and the job was done by 3:30pm. Manny was friendly and professional. He gave me all the information and options I needed to make an informed decision about replacement vs. repair and the equipment available. Highly recommended.

Travis was very thorough in helping to figure out the issue I had with a pipe. He helped determine also what the pipe was for as there was some ambiguity on what the pipe does based on the issue that occurred. He even went the extra mile to check other items near the pipe like the sewer line to see if those might be causing the issue.He provided great suggestions/options/quote on what could work in fixing the issue.

Travis and his crew at Turbo Plumbing & Rooter really were a livelihood saver. Plumbing issues are one of those things that disrupt a homeowner’s life both financially and burden the functionality of a family’s normal routine. We had three different quotes for our catastrophically aged and crumbling pipes. Not only did the other two quotes not fully diagnose the issues that laid underneath our home, but the other companies quoted us more for a small portion of all the problems going on with our plumbing. We would have either not had the issue resolved fully or been buried in an ever changing expense that very likely would have cost us our home. Travis worked diligently with us, educating us and including us in the process of diagnosis so that we could see and understand the issues and the inter workings of the pipes under our home. When there were unforeseen barriers to the job at hand, Travis adjusted his approach and gathered the appropriate resources for tackling the issue. He kept us informed, kept the dust down, and put things back together for us. We really only had to do a few minor esthetic things in order to have things right back to normal even on the surface. Underneath our home of course we now have a brand new, warranted, and permitted system that actually increased the value of our home and assured a huge project we really don’t need to worry about for a long long time. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Everyone was kind and respectful and really made our busy home still feel comfortable while under construction. Travis always let us know what time to expect him back each day and made sure to check in with us with a work summary at the end of each day. I think the most important thing to us was that they truly worked with us every step of the way. Their pricing is incredibly competitive, their hospitality is great and they got the job done without further burdening us financially. My kitchen sink was completely blocked with fatbergs, bad enough that a snake I rented from Home Depot broke off inside the cleanout pipe. I called Turbo Plumbing and within minutes had a scheduled time for a technician to come out. He wasnt able to get through with a metal snake so he scheduled another tech named Alejandro with a camera for the next morning.The camera revealed total blockage so Alejandro called out the water jet team which solved the problem. I was able to hang out, ask questions, and see the pipe camera results and now I have an understanding of what I need to do for preventative maintenance going forward.Highly recommend Turbo Plumbing. Alejandro and the two other waterjet techs were fantastic.

Alejandro the owner is such an amazing guy! He and his team did an amazing job taking care of everything. Love his responsiveness and attention to detail. I didnt like what it cost me, BUT that was not Alejandros fault, I chalk that up to an old house and having to poor money into it to keep it functioning. Grateful for Gods provision for that!

I dont usually give reviews but when something goes RIGHT you need to give credit as it doesnt happen that often. Needed a new water heater and got one on our own. Unfortunately,had a problem lighting it so called Turbo, who weve used before. Alejandro got back to mewithin 5 minutes gave us a good price and had a technician at my house within an hour. Then,the hero of the day, tech Chris fixed the problem and made sure everything was connected correctly. This is my second time calling Turbo Plumbing to help with a plumbing issue at our home. They are such a reliable business. The first time I had them come to our house to fix an issue we had with our tankless water heater. They answered quickly to my request and sent out a technician the next day. The technician (Chris) was prompt, friendly and made sure that I was informed of everything that he was doing. This time we had an issue with a leak in one of our sinks. They sent out a technician the next day and the issue was resolved in less than an hour. Alejandro was on time, friendly and showed me what the problem was. Both times we had great technicians that were on time and were straight forward with what needed to be done. I will be calling Turbo Plumbing for any future issues and I highly recommend using them. I also would like to add that they do offer a military discount, something I know other plumbing companies do not offer. Created an appointment early in the morning for an emergency bathroom sink overflow and made an appointment at 3pm. I had to arrange a staff to come out to give access on a Memorial holiday and Turbo cancels the appointment at the last minute because they dont have the manpower. This is the worst service for me as they dropped the ball on the last minute and told me to go ahead and right a bad review if that would make me happy. Ive never seen anyone with such a bad attitude. No remorse and no compensation. Awful customer service. Awful company.

I have used Turbo in the past, they have always been prompt, thorough, fair, and clean. This last experience was no different. Travis was our repairman, he was all of the above and then some. These guys were hired to do a big job where 55 feet of concrete had to be broken along with washer and dryer hookups installed in an ADU. All of their work was permitted by city code and signed off by the inspector. Apart from charging a fair price, they did great work in a timely manner. Chris and Albert in particular were informative and communicative throughout the entire process and we would hire these guys again for future jobs.

Great company ! Unlike all the other companies I called, Turbo Plumbing & Rooter gave me a straight price for what I needed done. All the others said Could be more after technician diagnosis problem I knew Turbo was absolutely right choice ! Also others gave me prices $50. higher for same exact job! My toilet needed an auger to unstop. Christopher Amenta came exactly as scheduled. He was a pleasure, so kind, and nice. Had a back up in the toilet which led to the shower filling up with waste water. Made a call around 2pm and they showed up around 4pm and cleaned out the drain with a snake and cleaned up better than what it looked like before he got here. We needed a gas line moved to allow our stove to sit flush onto our kitchen wall. Our plumber, Manny P was very knowledgeable and was very professional. He recessed our gas line, replaced our stove, and verified our water regulator pressure in less than two hours. I was refereed to Turbo Plumbing by a friend and am so happy that I was. They came out to my house the same day I callled them and were able to replace my water heater on a Saturday. They were on time, called to let me know when theyd be there and explained everything to me in detail. I was given an estimate over the phone and charged that exact amount. I needed to leave my house at a specific time and they volunteered to come back and finish when it was convenient for me. Jerry was my technician and he was professional, extremely knowledgeable and a really nice guy. If youre looking for someone you an trust - hes your guy!

Used them originally for sewer clean-up and later for a couple of plumbing jobs. They always did a great job (5 stars for response, professionalism and quality of work). But this weeks experience was at least un-responsive. Did not even call back and then when I tried next day they had no time for a clogged kitchen sink. And now lost what turned out to be a several thousand dollar plumbing project....As repeat customer would have expected a bit better but in these days good, consistent customer service is hard to find.Personally I hate to write a negative review as I understand that people need to run their local business efficiently.

Had a leak near the water heater and Alejandro was able to get the special material and fix the problem in half a day. The work was outstanding and best of all fair with pricing. Prompt response. However, called about replacement part in toilet, that cost maybe $25. Was given a repair quote of $700 to replace entire toilet cause they have some that are easier to work on. Gave other quotes around house fir $3200 total. But they couldnt do a 20 part replacement. Did ir myself, works great now. Maybe I got a bad guy on bad day, but the notes and lack of wanting to solve the problem is what prompts this review, and why I wont call them again. If you have to use these guys, I wish you luck.

My water heater started leaking, so I called my home warranty company. They sent a plumber to check the issue. I wasn’t satisfied with the way the plumber sent by them addressed the issue. He went overboard with additional things that I have to do besides changing the water heater. I decided to pick my own plumber. A friend referred me to Turbo Plumbing. Jerry from the company came, checked the leak and ended up replacing the water heater. He did an amazing job, it was fairly quick and made sure everything works perfectly before he left.I recommend Turbo Plumbing and Rooter if you have any plumbing issues.

On 12/12/22 one of their drivers (was in a Turbo company vehicle) was heading north on DeSoto, between Roscoe and Nordhoff, and he did not stop for oncoming emergency vehicles (ambulance and fire truck). I pulled over to the right and STOPPED, which is required. The Turbo driver, however, did NOT stop and nearly side swiped me to get in front of me. He was also speeding.

Last big rain my yard drains just couldnt keep up with the rain. My neighbor used Turbo in the past and was pleased with them. I called and Travis and Chris came out on time and with all the right equipment and expertise. Cleared the line for what seemed like a fair price for the job.

Alejandro showed up on time and work efficiently. He was also very considerate and clean. We were shocked by the total bill though and have not received the itemized bill that was supposed to be sent to us.

The technician was very thorough and did a great job. No complaints with Turbo, very professional.However, costs for any plumbing work used to be charged labor time and materials, now it is by the job at a highly inflated rate by all plumbers. I was charged $225 for an hour of labor. I supplied all parts. I think any other plumber would charge similar, but I believe this is gouging customers.

Scheduled a sink backup appointment and Travis came out immediately to start on it. While snaking he was hitting a wall that wouldn’t let him through. Stuck a camera and found a collapsed drain line that was dumping water under my foundation. Gave me a quote and a couple options for the repair. Pricing was very reasonable. Super friendly and gets straight to business. Definitely earned my trust and I can only highly recommend Turbo to anyone looking for same service that I received.

I’m so happy to find this company. I’ve had many plumbers at my house in the past (I have an old house with old plumbing) & they never solve the issue just try to upsell me. I had an emergency on a Thursday night and thought we had no bathrooms until I called someone the next day. But this company is 24 hours! I called that night around 9 pm and Travis came within 1 hour and within 2 we had bathrooms!! He also found the culprit to our plumbing problems, gave me a very fair quote to fix and had it all fixed by the next morning at 11:30 am. Travis was very friendly, professional, and knows his trade. If I have any future plumbing issues I will definitely call Travis at Turbo plumbing. And yes, I would recommend them as the trustworthy, honest and affordable plumbers.

I have to say, Turbo Plumbing did a fantastic job. Our water heater needed replacing (we found a leak in it), so I googled around for the top rated plumbing businesses. Turbo was among the top so I gave them a call. Within the same day, a guy was out to look at our old one, give me a quote on a new one, and schedule a team to come and install a new one while hauling away the old one. Same day!! Within 8 hours from me first calling, we had a new water heater!The technicians that came out, Chris and Trevor (if it was Travis, sorry for the name mixup! Im terrible with names!), were fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fast while still maintaining quality. Right as they got to work, they ran into a speed bump with our old tank not draining properly, but they knew exactly what to do to get around that issue, no sweat.The only thing I might dock points on with the business is the fact that they scheduled our install for 3-4pm and didnt arrive until 5pm, but they did come from a previous job that (when asked) had unexpected delays. Also, they definitely worked past normal business hours to make sure our water heater got installed that day and got installed correctly, so they get points back for that. They were also really friendly and apologetic for running late.All-in-all, I would definitely go back to Turbo Plumbing for more plumbing needs. Water heater is running great, everything looks good, and they gave us a fair price. I got quotes from other highly rated plumbers in the area for the same job and Turbo was ever so slightly cheaper. Not by a lot, but enough to know I wasnt getting price gouged or an unfair price. Ill definitely call them again.

There was 20 ft. of drain to be cleared between 2 access points. A bare-ended snake was used but not a power auger with blades. The charge was $155. I see ads in Shopper-Saver for clean any drain for as low as $40. Turbo Plumbing has very competent and responsive plumbers charging a standard rate. I just felt I probably didnt need that quality of service for this particular job.
