The plumbing service was five star. Everything in the home was plugged and they did the work that was needed to be done within 30 minutes. Then they cleaned up after they were done! I was so impressed!

I had a serious water leak in a wall and needed to have it repaired as soon as possible. They came the same day and James did his best to do the least amount of damage in order to make the necessary repairs. I have been a very satisfied customer of Michangelo’s Plumbing for many years.

They got the job done after two other plumbers couldn’t. They were friendly and professional. Afterwards the cleaned up after themselves! Great team!

I was charged almost 2 thousand dollars only to have my major plumbing issue misdiagnosed twice. Total incompetence and scam artists out to rip off innocent people. Unethical business practices to be reported to the Better Business Bureau

Good service, got the job done, but very expensive. $672.50 and it took less than an hour. They quoted to remove and reseat the toilet, them more again for bringing up a bigger snake. I agreed to the price because I wanted the job done, but I wish I could make $700/hour. More than a fancy lawyer

Michelangelos Plumbing is in business and successful. They are a home-based business. The above street address is a PO Box only. The owner & dispatch work in a converted home. Plumbers visit YOU, not you visit them. Super people who are kind and price fair. Michelangelo has great customer loyalty. Call dispatch for help with you next plumbing concern. Do not use this company - rip off artist. They gave poor/misleading information which if followed would have cost lots $$$ and would have not resolved the issue. When asked about other options they became defensive and rude. be advised these guys are out to make a fast buck.

The work was completed in a professional manner. When the team arrived at 7pm, We flushed the toilet that had been leaking several tomes but it did mot leak. James said I needed to pay for the call which was close to $200 and after I paid they left.Three minutes later, I noticed water on the floor and chased after them. Luckily they were using the port a potty in the yard across the street. They came up to the bathroom and fixed the toilet by replacing the wax seals.

I just had big Moe come out and repair my slab leak. Professional and courteous without ripping out the walls to accomplish the repair. This is the type of contractor you want. Working on your home. Great job Michelangelos.

Ive used this company for 9 years and have always had great service from them. Unfortunately I recently called them for service and specifically told them I need a 180 ft snake and was quoted a price. The guy came and did the service and then charged me $50 more than my quoted price. They agreed they gave me the original quote, but refused to give me my $50 back. Im very disappointed and will no longer be using them.

I am a local home inspector and Michelangelos Plumbing is one of the very few plumbers that I recommend. As a home inspector, it is vital that I refer honest and reputable service people and Michalangelo has always treated my clients with respect and honesty. Highly recommend.
