A+ went above and beyond to help me and my family. Theyre responsive, punctual, and professional. They understood my needs and concerns. I take care of two parents with dementia, and having hot water at all times is double important when you have to do laundry, bathe your parents, and perform many other caregiving duties. A+ came out to check our leaky water heater on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon we had a brand new heater installed and working. And thats in spite of having to go through a home warranty company, which usually takes forever to get anything approved and done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at A+ for your hard work, your empathy, and your professionalism! You live up to your name: A+

Lady named Jenny said “If you don’t want it, then figure it out yourself. I’m not in the mood right now” after I confronted her about forgetting about my appointment.They arrived days after they said they would and I had to go without a water heater for about a week in total.They also failed to fix the problem on the first visit because of a false diagnosis.Overal I give them a 2 out of 10 for service and professionalism

Had a leaky pipe in the attic. I located it , cut the ceiling out for simple access. Simple remove a fitting and solder new one on and they wanted over $300 I said I’d do it myself and they charged me $90 for looking at it lol. The van they drove up in looked like it came from a scrap yard , not even a company name on it.Kid was nice enough but the company gouges.

No one wants to have a plumbing problem but if you do have one A+ plumbing is the company to call. It is family owned they are very knowledgeable about all plumbing repairs, they are so neat that they left a major job in our house cleaner than when they found it. Edgar, the owner is personable, prompt and worked extra long hours so we would have the house with water back as soon as possible. We cannot recommend them enough

My Service Request was through my Fidelity National Home Warranty contract. Glad it chooses A+ Plus Plumbing! I watched Edgar fix leaking bathroom sink faucets. He is detail-oriented. I asked questions and he politely answered them. Also, I’m impressed by A+ Plumbing’s “customer.dispatch.me” app. Edgar’s photo is posted; when he is on his way; when he arrives at my place. A+ I will recommend highly. They are punctual and honest. Jenny was great and helpful with all my question and helped us schedule fast. Edgar came out took care of our major emergency right away. Not easy to have leak and mess but A+ took care of it in a breezy. Thank you guys. I will recommend them to al my friend and family.

I recommend A+ Plumbibg for all residential plumbing work. They are super amazing company. We had a slab leak emergency and they came out right away found the problem and in a day our house looked like nothing had happened. I mean wowow. One word and it says it all. Stay away from this business. Extremely unhappy with the service because they didnt fix the issue and they charged me for that. If you read the previous comment you will find out all had almost same concerns. The choice is yours.The response from the the Owner and the Tone says all about their service. I am pretty happy about the way you responded. It shows how you take the criticism. The overall rating says it all. 3.6 stars says it all.

DO NOT USE. Young relative of the owner was COMPLETELY wrong with leak detection. Wanted us to tear out custom tile in a bathroom. Leak was 8 feet away in the bedroom where we had water. Told us it would cost more if we went in through that bedroom side. Spokesperson was sympathetic, I sent pictures and she promised to reverse the charges; just had to talk to the bosses. NEVER HAPPENED. NOT RETURNING CALLS OR EMAILS. Thank goodness I got a second opinion and they lifted the carpet and fixed it easy.

I really don’t know how to thank these guys. So in the middle of a crazy party on the 4th of July my dish washer and my sink blew up. Omgggggg i lost my mind. After calling a few places and being a holiday no one answered or wanted to come out, I finally reached out to A+ and spoke to Jenny she was extremely nice, professional and a life saver. Jenny sent her team out on the same dayyy on a freakn holiday to fix my sink and dishwasher. I am forever grateful and recommend this company to everyone I talk to, walk by, smile to, i mean everyone. Thank you thank you. Maria.

Not professional at all. Do not use. I told you that home warranty has preauthorized any work under my warranty but you guys did not want to do any work. You think you can charge people just by showing up and not doing the work.
