We had a leak in our sewer line under the concrete slab and feared needing a jackhammer inside the house. Ricky and his crew to the rescue, digging a hole outside and installing a sleeve inside the pipe. Great work and a fair price. Can’t ask for more.

Ricky performed a sewer and waste line inspection on a property for a client. He was thorough and honest and not only provided estimates in a timely manner- he discovered a plumbing issue in another section of the home that he was not there to inspect. The owner chose to handle the repair with their plumber, but Ricky went above and beyond as he came back out to the property to verify the repair was made properly. Highly recommend! Great guy!

These guys were great. Showed up on time. Great communication. Went out of their way when my street was closed for construction. Knowledgeable and efficient. A bit more expensive than others, but worth the difference for the quality of the work.

I was housesitting a friends place and the shower valve went out. Shower was off, water appeared to be on. Ricky and team were quick to respond, professional and despite having to do some troubleshooting to find the right shower valve completed the job in a timely manner. Bonus - high water pressure was causing the most awful sound every time the toilet was flushed (like the pipes were clanking together or fighting in the walls) and he fixed that too! The homeowner said that the pipes had been making that awful sound for ages. Total sanity saver! Would 100 percent recommend this team.

Excellent service. I have used the ECO guys for 10+ years; they have always been on time and provide competitive prices. I have used the team for hot water heaters, tankless water heaters, clogged pipes among other things. They are efficient and cleanup areas they work in. Finally, they are local to the SF Valley, great having a local plumber.

Very disappointed with this company! And it was through a referral… Horrible communication, I tried using them 2 times for 2 different home inspections for an escrow. There is no follow through, no communication, not re-liable nor organized. Not sure how you do business. If you can’t make it, nor want to do it, let me know… communicate so I can get someone else to work on the property.
