These guys know their trade very, very well; but they also understand that most of their clients are not professional electricians. What made them stand out, is that they took the time to explain the stages of the project in detail, their reasoning, options, etc, in a way that was understandable but not patronizing. And they were auper-flexible to accomodate to our schedule and needs.And it didn’t hurt that they were NOT more expensive than other companies despite the top-notch service (their quote was slightly below average in our experience).We’ve done a series of contracted jobs and upgrades over the years, in different areas and magnitudes. And we can only wish that more companies out there combined knowhow and approachability as ZAP Electric did for our project.
