Honestly the best experience with my first investment property project - a full gut. I was referred to Alin Designs by the seller of the property, she stated her mother was going to use them for renovations but never got around to it. I reached out and was able to get the owner and one of his contractor out within 2 days. We carefully went through the property, I addressed my wants and needs, desires and concerns. Within a week Alin Designs had provided me some ideas that exceeded even what I envisioned. We moved forward with the full gut and honestly I have not one regret! The property doesn’t even look like the same house. It’s sleek, modern and inviting. They even built the cutest little dog house for the side of the house. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely acquire Alin Design again, and recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship!
