Albert and Victor did a great job on my 2023 Honda Civic sedan. Reasonable prices for fast and efficient work. They are also friendly and professional. Will come back to them for future service.

I had dark tint removed from a back window that was so dark I couldn’t see other cars clearly. Albert’s business shares a space with a bunch of other car related businesses so make sure you communicate with him before you head over. His prices are extremely fair, he and those who work with him are quick, thoughtful and effective. This guys is making his business work because of good practice, not fancy offices. Went to get tint done and I went around trying to find a place to do it and I managed to get it a time setup here. He did a fantastic job and for a fair price, and I have recommend this place to others

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Full disclosure, I’m not sure how good/bad his work actually is, but he’s extremely unprofessional. I called Wednesday (4/18) as soon as they opened (10am) to see if he had availability to install my tints. He informed me that he was completely booked today (Wednesday) and wouldn’t be able to today (Wednesday). I asked if he could do tomorrow (Thursday 4/19) at 10am and he stated he’s booked in the morning. I said then you tell me when do you have an open appointment? He paused (I assumed he was checking his calendar) maybe 45 seconds later, he replied tomorrow (Thursday 4/19) at 3pm. I actually checked my calendar and said yes I can make that work. He replied okay, what’s your name? I responded, and he said okay see you tomorrow at 3. I confirmed his shop address and then we ended the call. I arrived at 2:45p, 15 minutes early as usual. I went to the location and didn’t see anyone, so I asked the neighboring shops and they confirmed that’s his shop but isn’t here yet. I stool by my car for 20 minutes (3:05p) then I called him (Albert) and informed him that I was here. His response was, “Oh you’re there already?” I replied yes, my appointment is at 3p. He stated he was running behind and would be there in 30 minutes. I said okay call me when you’re close (because I live nearby) and I’ll come back. It’s now 4:30 and I still haven’t heard from him, so I decided to go somewhere else I know. I run over to NoHo, get my tints done and arrive back home. At 5:56p, I received a text stated he was caught in traffic and we could schedule another appointment. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I’m not an unreasonable person and understand things happen however, I rearranged my schedule to get this done and this guy was completely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
