Company did a great job with changing out three windows in my sons room. House was built in 1893 and the options for their windows blend perfectly. Thank you to Frontier Windows for the initial evaluation and follow up to set up the job. On installation day John arrived on time, were very professional, friendly, and clean. The windows work amazing, you can feel the difference for heating/cooling efficiency. Well definitely be using them again for changing future windows.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Frontier Windows. We signed a contract and made a deposit of $1,000 on February 25, 2024, with the expectation that work on our windows would commence on March 20, 2024, and be completed by April 24, 2024. The project was for a building in Glendale, almost 100 windows. However, after more than five months, there was no progress in obtaining the necessary permits. Despite repeated attempts to get updates, we were met with excuses and delays. This lack of professionalism and accountability from owner “John” breaching the contract forced us to find another company. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also left us in a difficult position of having to start the process all over again. We had hoped for a smooth and efficient process, but unfortunately, this was not the case. We are now seeking a refund of our deposit which he refused to give back and looking for a reliable contractor to complete the work. We do not recommend this company for any project that requires timely and responsible management. This experience has been a significant setback for our community, and we urge others to be cautious before hiring them.

Fantastic service and products. We got three Windows and four sliding doors done. From the sales team to the installers, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We will be coming back to do more when we can. I highly recommend it.

Choosing Frontier Windows and Doors for my house remodel was a standout decision. After checking out five different places, Frontier clearly stood out for their great customer service and competitive pricing. John guided me through the entire process, and our rapport grew to friendship due to the positive experience. If youre considering new windows for your home, Frontier is hands down the best choice.

Chose Frontier Windows to replace our front entry door and install a security door. We went with the Iron Springs rustic door with glass for the entry. It looks great and is well made. It had the option of Emtek hardware which looks beautiful and will last a long time. For the security door we selected the Titan full view with Meshtec in Terra Beige.The real difference was the installation. The fit and finish on both doors is fantastic. Smooth opening and closing.

They gave me a quick quote, with an excellent price. Work was fast, the installers were professional and careful. They worked with me to adjust the project as needed which was also smooth. Highly recommend going with them.

Breach of contract. Unable to get permits. Not reliable at all. Don’t touch them with a 10’ pole! Was supposed to install the windows by the end of April 2024. Failed to deliver and his defense is to attack.

The windows of our 60s era home were replaced this weekend by Frontier Windows & Door. From the original bid through installation, Frontier performed with excellence and professionalism. The windows look fantastic. I highly recommend Frontier Windows & Doors.

I am extremely happy purchasing my sliding window from Frontier Windows and Doors. The staff at this business are highly professional. Arthur, is extremely helpful and attention to detail. Also it was nice to work with someone who is down to earth like Arthur.I purchased a Milgard Sliding door and I do not hear unwanted outside noise inside of my home. It also keeps heat and cold air inside of my home.The installers Tony and Mark were also very professional and I appreciated. They arrived on time and completed the installation. John and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time each day. When they finished up at the end of the day, the job site was cleaned up, both inside and outside. John explained the process as they went along and answered any and all questions.We had all windows (25) and 2 sliders replaced in two and a half days.Frontier Windows in Canoga Park prices were competitive with local shops. As for the product, the house seems cooler and everything looks wonderful.Thank you Frontier Windows!

Let me start by saying that I won’t recommend this company to anyone and regret I ever had to contact them to have our windows replaced. The sheer negligence this company has expressed with dealing with me for the past nearly 9 months is beyond infuriating.They might have a lot of reviews and 5 stars which was the reason we reached out to them, to begin with, but doing some research on yelp and online after the fact you can clearly see a pattern of negligence when things don’t go the way they originally described.The whole thing started when we were looking to have a few windows replaced since one of them was broken and the other two were not going up and down easily, they were about 10 years old so we thought this would be a good time to have them replaced. We spoke to several vendors and had John come over to look at the windows, he took measurements and gave us a quote to replace the 3 windows, we decided to go with Frontier Windows, one of the reasons was that the price was fair and the estimate of windows installation they gave us was 6-8 weeks which worked out great for us. We paid the 50% deposit and it went from bad to worse from there.To give an exact timeline of what went on from there:06/06/2021 - Signed contact paid 50% deposit07/16/2021 - Reached out to get an update if the windows will be installed on time - No Answer07/30/2021 - Reached out again to get an update - They replied that the windows are scheduled for September 17, 2021 (4 months after we signed the contract that it’ll take 6-8 weeks to getdelivered and installed).10/07/2021 - Reached out again to get an update since its been a month past the September delivery date I was given in July - they replied that they thought the installation was already scheduled, they had the windows but never bothered to call in and schedule. They scheduled it for November 9th 2021 (6 months after we signed the 6-8 weeks contract)11/09/2021 - Frontier windows came to install the 3 windows, literally the first window they installed would not close, it goes down but fails to go down all the way to lock in place. They tried to fix it on site but were not able to and submitted a case with the manufacture to order parts (for this brand new window we waited 6 months) to have it fixed.They installed the other two windows that were fine at the time.They could care less that the window does not close, they insisted I pay the remaining balance of 50% since they technically installed the windows even though one is broken, knowing how hard it’ll be for me to chase them to fix the window I refused to pay the remaining 50% until they fix the window and complete the job after they kept insisting I paid 25% of the remaining 50% which totals to 75% even though one window does not function.11/15/2021 - Another window now has the exact same problem where it won’t close anymore, after two weeks of barely any use it no longer functions as it should.I called Milgard since we have a case already open to fix one window and told them that another window has the exact same problem as the first one and won’t close anymore, they said that they sent TWO parts for two windows, I wanted to make sure they know that there are TWO windows that won’t close so they sent the parts for both.12/01/2021 - Reached out to make sure Frontier knows that TWO windows don’t close.12/09/2021 - (a whole week later) They messaged me saying Milgard the manufacturer does not have a record of me calling and letting them know that two windows are not closing.At this point, I was already fed up and tired of dealing with these windows. I just wanted to get my money back and have them take their windows and I’ll get another vendor to install new ones. They of course refused since money is above all.As of today hired an attorney to help me with the small claims court case and submitted a case to the courthouse pending a court date.

I just had my windows done yesterday and all I have to say is that Im very pleased with their service. David and his team did an excellent job. They really provided an excellent presentation and made us feel confident that we were getting a good product

Frontier recently replaced all the windows in our apartment, and were thrilled with how everything went. John was incredibly responsive from start to finish. He came by, measured everything, explained our options clearly, and gave us a quote on the spot. He even took care of our HOAs requirements without us having to ask. The installation team was equally professional. They covered our floors and furniture, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The whole process, from removal to replacement, took less than a day. We highly recommend Frontier for their excellent service.

Never again! Color coat match wasnt even close, the door that came was incorrect and had to be reordered which meant I had to seal the existing door because the rains were upon us. I had told them a compressor and hopper are needed to match the knock down texture. The first time he came with no supplies and I happened to have a can of spray texture. I t was to thin (watery). He needed to come back with the correct stuff and came back with another can of spray texture. I wont even discuss the over spray I had to clean off the bathroom cabinet, floor, mirror etc. The new screen door that was installed was scratched and now I need to go back to Lowes and order a new handle. They asked how they could fix it I said send a professional because thats who ill be calling to fix everything. Hope this helps someone because I followed the 5 stars and it didnt nearly work out.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy quick response to come for measuring and estimate. Delivered right on time (even with a pandemic). Installation team was very professional, accommodating, tidy with very good communication. The windows look gorgeous and work perfectly. Highly recommend.

I was looking for windows and doors professional installer and friend of mine recommended FRONTIER WINDOWS & DOORS Company.First call and I got intimidate response from this company. I like working with nice and friendly people specially when they know everything about there specialty. Price and quality was good so I couldnt resist. One year later I got another job for my Burbank townhouse and again they did a good job. I will use them again soon for upcoming project.

Installation itself is quick, and their crews are professional.I am a repeat customer of Frontier Windows & Doors. During my second transaction with the company in the spring of 2024, we encountered a manufacturing delay, which led to the windows being installed about a month later than originally anticipated. This was a frustrating situation, but the owner of Frontier Windows & Doors reached out to me directly to explain and rectify the situation. I am happy for the customer service I received and I am even happier with my windows.

Excellent work by this group of people. They had the best quote in the Valley and Rose at the office was quick in getting me the installation appointment once my windows arrived. Eduardo and his team were super efficient and did a wonderful job installing my windows including a garden window which was complicated but they got it done and left my place spotless!

Adam Martinyan was amazing. He gave us the best price and made it possible for us to get these beautiful windows… we had some issues because some of our windows are arched windows but John, Adam and the rest of the staff took care of it. Windows we got are high quality and looked better than our next door neighbors. Adam and Frontier Windows will be with you from start to finish and will make sure you will be happy with your windows. The lady in front desk doesnt know how to do her job. The technician just called me for window info, but Im waiting for my estimate 3 weeks ago. They havent called me again or sent the estimate to my email address.

John and his team helped us replace all our windows about a month ago and im sorry it took us a while to write this review! I will say the operation was a breeze! His quote compared to other companies was unbeatable compared to the quality of others! He also worked with all HOA requirements!

Jesus and Victor installed my new patio door on Oct 1st and they did an outstanding job! They showed up on time, removed my old door, seamlessly installed the new one and cleaned everything up perfectly. They were also very efficient as they were done in a couple hours. The price of my new door was a lot less than other places I called, and the quality is just as promised. Will definitely use Frontier again.

I want to start by saying I got a quote from 5 different companies and Frontier Windows were the best quote I got. I spoke to John and not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, he gave us the best customer service, and explained us everything. I kept on calling and texting regarding several changes, John was always happy to make any adjustments and got back to me in short time, unlike a few of the other companies, that took days and several remainders to hear back from them. I also would like to mentioned. I never felt pressured to sign contact, which unfortunately I experienced when getting other quotes.Fast forward to the day my windows where installed, today. His team its ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Juan, Jesus and Victor came in and they were VERY PROFESSIONAL and ORGANIZED. The windows are perfect and look amazing, we dont hear the cars that drive by (we went with Johns suggestion on the type of windows to cancel the noise as best possible). The job was done in a very short time, but I was impressed on how well they sealed them, the overall look and just how they work together. They were very careful when removing the existing windows as well, and I cant emphasize enough how organized they were while installing them. I mean you can just tell, they are very experienced. I spoke to Jesus which he mentioned he has been doing this for 20 years, each one knew their tasks and it was amazing just watching them. I must say, am very picky. We have done a few renovations to our home and we have not yet been pleased by anyone so far, until today. Thank you for the great job and I will definitely be glad to recommend you with my friends and family. I will also be calling you guys soon to replace my 2 French doors, 1 sliding door and the rest of the windows of house, which is our next project.

Frontier Windows was great! John was wonderful to work with. The install team of Jesus, Misael and team installed 10 windows in half a day. Left the house spotless and took away all of the old windows, trash and debris. Great job by all, strongly recommend their services.

We were worried about how to find good, quality windows since we don’t buy them very often. Well thank goodness we found John Mutafyan to help us. He gave us options and spent time explaining all the pros/ cons. Throughout the whole process he was available and ready to answer any questions. The delivery and installation team were no different. Just had my windows put in yesterday and they came out great!! Installers (David and crew) did a great job installing and being very careful around the house. Very, very professional job! But, with the Roses come thorns....The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because of the amount of broken glass outside the house. I had to leave the house right as they were starting to clean up outside, so I really didnt see all the glass, but sure saw it today while cleaning up. Glass in the grass, in rocks, on patio furniture, on my BBQ, and Im not sure how Im going to get it all up. Ive been vacuuming the grass for the past 30min. It seriously looks like a glass bomb went off. My neighbor did her windows, from another company, and she said she had no issues. My main concern is with my dog and if shell get any glass in her paws.So, WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN?? Most likely, but I would make sure I stay around and manage the clean up.UPDATE: The day after the install Frontier sent out a crew to clean everything up and did a terrific job! They stressed, and I believe them, that this issue was a one time thing. Honestly, they would have sent out a crew for 2 days to do clean up if it were a normal thing. I will be using them again if I need them!Cheers!

The installation of a milgard french door system and the removal of a sliding door was excellent. Stucco was trimmed perfectly and the time from booking the appointment to completion of the installation was only three days. Id highly recommend anyone needing windows or doors use this company.

We have used Frontier Window for multiple projects, and have been extremely impressed. They were on time, efficient, and extremely personable. We had Tony, Mark, and Andrew, all of whom did a fantastic job.

I REALLY wanted to give them 5 stars but I am too disappointed sooo nope! Aram came to our home in early October during the pandemic. After getting quotes from a few other companies we chose Frontier because Aram promised us to get the job done before the holidays. I was pregnant with a baby coming soon and replacing all 8 windows/doors in entire home so really important to get it done to ensure a warm winter with the new baby.After signing paperwork in early October and paying my deposit, I had to call and email them multiple times to get someone to come over and complete the measurement. Once the measurements were taken, about a week before thanksgiving (over a month later) they called me to confirm a small part of my order (what was the tint ask for the bathroom window). I gave them the details AGAIN without thinking anything of it.My windows and doors were scheduled to be installed on 12/9 and they called me on 12/9 leaving a message.. I though that they were calling to confirm that I was home and available for the install... WRONG. They were calling me the DAY of install to tell me that my new installation date is being moved to MORE than ONE MONTH OUT.. to the END of JANUARY. The lady I spoke to (Rose!) had a cavalier attitude, not apologetic or anything.. considering the thousands of dollars I am spending and the bull$hit customer service.Then on top of it all, after complaining, the sales rep Aram said they can actually get it done in December. When I called him to clarify, it turns out he was WRONG and the actual install date was still the end of January.I am SO disappointed.1. I shouldnt need to call you several times to take the measurement2. The fact that they reached out in November to confirm my order shows that they never placed the order with the manufacturer in the first place when I signed the paperwork and paid my money3. The fact that they reached out ON THE DAY of install to reschedule is super unprofessional. Why not tell me in advance?4. Rose should NOT be in customer service (she told me to read my cancellation agreement- no apologies)I can go on and on.Just know this.. they are taking orders and taking your money and making promises that they will NOT fulfill. If COVID caused issues, be professional and tell me about it in advance.SO much money I could have spent elsewhere. Now my newborn is sleeping in a room with drafty windows. Never again! Buyers beware.
