Love my new kitchen remodel! Tyler Cruz (Project Manager) and his team turned our outdated kitchen into a beautiful state of the art galley. Since we were going to gut the kitchen I checked out possible designs using AI technology and looking at hundreds of kitchens on Pinterest. It was overwhelming. We had an idea of what we wanted but needed some professional advice. Built to Perfection offered a designer (nominal cost) to help with the layout. Max, the designer, did a great job! He suggested tall display cabinets with glass doors that would showcase my favorite possessions. In addition he suggested adding a narrow column of built in shelves for wine storage next to one of the towers. Although the completed remodel took longer than expected (and what remodel doesn’t!) I am so happy with the end result. Loved working with Tyler. He is patient, resourceful, responsive and very down to earth. Oh, and our knotty alder cabinets! Love, love, love them. Custom made. Great carpentry. Just so happy with the outcome!

We worked with Shay after being recommended by friends that did a whole home renovation. Shay worked really well with our designer and kept his team on schedule on our primary bathroom and closet. Great team to work with! we renovated our guest bathroom and it came out just like we hoped! Shay, the project manager is very attentive and communicative, he made sure we are happy with each steps of the work that he is always willing to fix anything that was not done right, he was able to get his team to come back and redo any work until we are happy with the results. Our only input is that they do work with many different teams who do different things like the painter, tiler, finishing, etc so they dont communicate too well with each other to know what the overall vision of the project is, thankfully Shay was able to make sure anything that was not right is corrected right away. Will work with them again in the future!

I found BTP online, it wasn’t referred, plus I had zero experience with building something. Roi came over and I liked him right away, he was very knowledgeable and honest, told me what all my options were and a ballpark of cost and time. So I went back online, read his reviews (like this one that I’m writing) and pictures, and checked a couple of other contractors as well. I’ll be honest, as much as I needed this project I was dreading it at the same time, so many horror stories. I was happily surprised. The process was seamless from beginning to end, BTP has everything in house, architect, engineer, they got all the permits, everything. I saw all the progress firsthand because my home office was literally a few feet away from the action. My only job was to greet the workers and sign the checks, I couldn’t be more stoked on how stress free the whole thing went (some people might want to get more involved but I’m not one like that, life’s already too stressful as it is, plus I was going through a medical condition and surely didn’t need anything extra). To make a long review short, the whole project was on time and slightly over budget but for small changes and additions that I requested, it was truly seamless from start to finish and I highly recommend BTP for any home projects. I hired Built to Perfection to put in a large paver patio area in my back yard. The final result is gorgeous and I am extremely happy I had it done.Daniel, the PM, helped me every step of the way - from where it was located, to what materials were used, and suggestions that elevated the look of the finished project.Daniel was especially focused on making sure I was completely satisfied. He quickly solved everything that I wasnt 100% happy with.The craftsmen working on my project were all respectful to me and my property.I will definitely call them when I am ready for my next project.

When it was time to redo our bathroom, I got quotes from a few contractors, and part of the reason I originally went with Built To Perfection is because they were so organized and professional from the get go. Roi made an appointment with me and showed up on time, gave me a detailed quote in writing and followed up with me since it took a while for me to get moving on the project. When I decided it was time to move forward, they had a very detailed agreement for me to sign with everything laid out clearly. When I requested any change of work it was in writing and the payment schedule was very reasonable. I also hoped that the fact that they were so professional would result in a great remodeling experience, which turned out to be true.From the moment we started with Built To Perfection everything flowed smoothly. Roi and his team were all wonderful and treated us like a top priority - with great communication and all the work was done beautifully and as scheduled. Everyone on the Built To Perfection team was also lovely to work with. Not only did they complete the project within budget but they also met my deadline early, which was important as we had family visiting for the holidays so we really needed the bathroom- but they did it despite the fact that I put them behind by a week when I couldn’t decide on tile. This has been the best experience I have ever had with remodeling, and I have a list of projects that I can’t wait to work on with Built To Perfection! We will never work with anyone else again, they are that good!

We recently had our 2 bathrooms remodeled by Built To Perfection and this was our 2nd & 3rd projects. They did a partial remodel of our kitchen 3 years ago.Since it had been 3 years, we did talk to other builders on the first bathroom project with an unique request. We wanted to create an access to this bathroom from outside so our guests will not have to go around the house to get to a bathroom while they are using our pool.Since it’s a small bathroom and there is no space to place a door from outside, we even thought about opening more space into the guest room next to it. But one day we found some pictures online that showed a door from outside opening right into the shower area. We liked the idea so much, so we mentioned it as we were getting the estimate for the projects. Roi was the only person who was excited about our idea and said “we could do this”. He took care of all the permits with the city and did a beautiful job. The foreman, Armondo was so nice and did such great work, we ended up asking them to carry on with another small bathroom.Not only are they reasonable with their quotes, Roi communicates with us well and listen to our concerns and takes care of them to our satisfaction. No more shopping around for sure for any future remodeling projects.

Hired Built to Perfection to do a complete master bathroom remodel. It’s a standard bathroom, about 100 sq ft, 1965 ranch home. They had to demolish the entire thing and rebuild it from scratch, no plumbing changes involved. The contract and communication part was good, no issues. The execution was not. They hired inexpensive subs that do the work with low quality (and they told me that “people on staff” which is not true as I checked). Floors were not leveled and the only excuse I have got was “your bathroom is a challenge”. What exactly the challenge is to lay flat floors in the 100 sq ft empty floor is unclear to me. Plumbers did a few mistakes that ended up in redoing my valve after the finishing work was done, some minor damage to the tiles was done as well. Electrician made a few mistakes (blamed “switches” while not connecting neutral wire properly). The carpenter guy could not install new vanity leveled (because floors were not). Made two attempts, still could not get it right. No issues with painter/patcher. Every iteration took a week to complete (even a small one) which stretched the project from initial 6 weeks to 10 weeks. Communication was good throughout the project, however low quality subs made the entire thing unpleasant and did not deliver the result I hoped for. Overall, do not recommend and won’t hire again unless they improve quality of subs. For other projects followed this one went to another firm.UPDATE: got a reply that they never knew about my issues. This indicates that there’s no internal communication between the project manager and the firm management. It’s a serious flaw. Could be the root cause of my issues.

Our Master Bathroom and the Garage looks amazing. We were not sure what we wanted and the 3D design helped us so much to visualizing it. The transformation is beautiful and my Master bathroom feels like being in a Spa.

We hired Built to Perfection to replace our hardwood floor, as well as a few other repairs after a water pipe burst due to cold temps. Did a great job with the floor replacement, as well as all of the paining and other repairs needed. Would definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to friends and family!

Built To Perfection did a kitchen at one of our neighbors and we loved the way it came out. we initiate the first meeting with Roy to see what can he do for us and what kind of kitchen can he build.Roy worked with us hand by hand all the way from the beginning till the end. we were very happy to work with him and to share with him any of our thoughts during the process as well.The new cabinets arrived to our house after 3 days from the day we ordered them and by that time, the old kitchen was already gone. the workers removed it and made the kitchen ready for the new cabinets. The kitchen had a lot of stages and all went very smooth. we saw how they know what they are doing. The new kitchen is now ready and we can enjoy the new cabinets, counter-top, floor and paint.

We were very happy with the work and professionalism of Built To Perfection. Our project was to convert an unused large room into a master bedroom with wet bar. Work include wall removal, wall construction, plumbling, electrical, new flooring, cabinets and redesigning and installation of a window.Work was completed on time and the area was cleaned up and secured daily with minimum impact on the rest of the house.The project was started in mid August and final inspection was Oct. 1, 2019, the city was very impressed with the work done by BTP and there were no problems with permits.I would with out any hesitation recommend Built To Perfection

Shay & Tyler took us through the paces of a remodel/update for our home. Installing all new wood flooring (wide Plank Vinyl) & railings on the main floor and carpeting on the upper. Additionally they installed new vanities and flooring in two bathrooms. The quality and professionalism of this multi faceted job can only be described as excellent. This company was a disappointment first of all they showed no respect for the home owner time they missed appointments failed to get the proper permits and charged us for the mistakes materials we provided were not discounted from bill subs showed up Not teairready Andrew lied over and over then Steve got on board and sent the electrician to my home at 3 in the after noon (they didnt show until 4 Steve didnt show at all the electrician even told me that he got there so late because. He was waiting on Steve they broke a broom a rake and the electrician was here until almost 8 in the evening (which is our bedtime) we were going to go out of town but had to cancel yes there has been a lot of rain but yet they missed a lot of dry time pull plastic of roof and my property got wet , I had to fight just to get a porta potty for there workers and electrical work who knows if a permit was pulled Ill now have to wait for inspector to find out at any rate they get a no return from us and hope other folks hear our warning there has to be better pro. Oh they refused to give us a materials and labor break down even after we requested it over and over no dont think they are very professional . And now I get a call from someone named Asher who says he wants to refund some money yet gets all upset because I had more to say he sits in the office not knowing what goes on in the field yet wants to accuse me of wanting something for free NO Mr.Asher I dont want anything for free but I do expect a professional respond to a problem that your company created says he fired Andrew And Steve yet they are still calling for money .Mr.Ashner I see where they get their lack of professional ways Lies Lies Lies DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME TO SPEND IN COURT WHICH IS WHERE THIS WILL END UP

I first heard about Built to Perfection and Shay from my niece. She and her husband had an unusual space off their master bedroom turned into a bathroom with a walk in shower. It is beautiful! When I needed work done at my home, my niece suggested your company and Shay. She met Shay at my home and he came up with plans to renovate my front porch, which was literally falling down. His subcontractors were skilled and efficient. The front porch turned out great with more space somehow and handrails which were needed. There was painting too and rain gutters installed. When we met Shai Bokra, and began working with built perfection it is not too much to say that we were overjoyed and ecstatic. We worked with Shai for over two years while we were deciding what to do and how to proceed. One of the things we loved about this company Was that it is a “one stop shop“. Design, engineering, architecture, and build. Everything under one roof under the supervision of this wonderful man. Everything Shai said would happen did happen. Quote of how much things would cost was exactly exactly accurate. There were no surprises along the way. Everyone warned us about how difficult it would be to do a renovation. How difficult it would be to work with a contractor. They were all wrong. Because built to perfection and Shai made the process a joy. We are so happy, so delighted, and so grateful for what they did. When we first looked at the drawings of the project I said to Shai if it comes out looking like this we will be happy. He said usually it looks much better. He was absolutely right. Our house is beyond our wildest dreams. It is so much better than we thought it could be, thank you to build to perfection for making our forever home the dream home we’ve always wanted. We love these people.

Be careful, they will bug you non-stop about giving you an estimate. We finally decided to give them a chance and when Asher sensed that we didnt like his over priced estimate he started having an attitude, very ugly personality.We will be using another company that has better ratings and is far more professional.

Built to Perfection lives up to its name and more. Roi and his crew did a masterful job of converting my deteriorating 1970s detached garage into a small-but-stunning guest house with every amenity. Although we ran into surprises along the way—such as a sloping original floor—I found BTP to be responsive in every instance. The subcontractors—from plumbers and electricians to roofers and cabinet makers—were all skilled professionals with respect for the property and safety concerns during the pandemic. The final result is a gem of a little house that I have been proud to introduce to family, friends, and neighbors.

We used Built to Perfection for a few small jobs in the past and, most recently, our house remodel. Asher and his crew went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations. The crew was extremely professional and trustworthy - and very respectful of the fact that we were living in the house (with kids) during construction. Great experience overall for my bathroom remodel. Working with Built to Perfection was great, though they may have required more communication throughout the project than some other companies. That was fine by me since I like to get a little bit involved with the project. I got Andrews team with Aitan doing the lions share of the work including framing and tile. What struck me the most positively was they were honest, had a great work ethic, really cared about the result, and they were always on time. Except for that one shower glass guy who never showed up but we worked it out :) There were only a few small issues (when is there not?) and the project manager Andrew made sure to make everything right before calling the project done. Ill say it again the honesty from the first visit all the way through to the final walk through was refreshing. Their office staff was also always easy to talk to and helpful on the phone. Most importantly, they absolutely finished the project on schedule, even after I added a new window install to the project. Would recommend.

Roy and his team from built to perfection, remodeled my bathroom at my house. The new bathroom included several things:- Demolition- Replace some copper pipes with new ones- Install new floor- Install new vanity double sink- Re-pipe the shower for new shower system- Install new stones on shower walls and floor- PaintThe remodeling took 3 weeks and everything went well and without any problem. Roy visited the house several times during the work and made sure that everything goes according to plan. We would like to write our appreciation and thanks for the work.

Asher and his team are amazing and honest which is so rare these days! We havent even started yet and I already know we are in good hands. Two complete bathrooms remodeling and flooring throughout the house (tile downstairs, hardwood upstairs).Weve been looking for a contractor for six months, we got 5 different estimates. We felt very comfortable with the companys project manager who was very knowledgeable, professional and accurate. He ran the project from start to finish and was very considerate to our needs. The interruption to our normal life was minimal, they worked very quickly and made sure to clean after themselves at the end of each day! We hired Built To Perfection to add a bathroom on to our house. The job required drawing blueprints approved by the city, pouring a new foundation, building a frame and deck on top, and filling in all the pieces of the bathroom. We had a very tight time frame and they were so honest about how they couldnt guarantee it because they could get held up waiting for the city, but they felt confident they could get it done. We were blown away by the speed and efficiency with which they worked. When we ran into an issue with the tile, and instead of hiding from us (like our previous contractors), they addressed the problem head-on and resolved it at no extra charge. When unforeseen issues emerged that we didnt realize werent in the contract (like a frame for the wall- sized mirror) they came up with solutions. I would recommend them with no other hesitation other than that I dont want them to be too busy for any additional projects we may have, but they were so dedicated to our project, they deserve it. And a special call-out for Roi, our project manager, and Carmelo, who ran the team on-site. They were great and deserve the compliment!

This review is from a real client in Playa Del Rey. We had Built to Perfection put a floor in our attic for extra storage. They called right away to schedule a free estimate. They called to remind me of the appointment and sent an email. Great communication! Roy gave us a solid price, showed us the bonded and insured paperwork for the workers. The work was scheduled within a week of the estimate. Again great communication. On the day the work was to be done, the worker came on time, worked hard on the job and kept everything clean. The second day of the job, there were two workers. They came promptly and completed the project that day. Roy and the office called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They even brought a goodie bag when the work was done. I am very happy with the price, work, and service of Built to Perfection. I will hire them again for future projects.

Built to Perfection made my home just that. They took a 1944 house, with a 1960s addition and made it into a 21st century dream. We added a master suite with a new bathroom and walk-in closet, took down load bearing walls, renovated and redesigned all existing bathrooms, built a dream kitchen, added HVAC, new windows, lighting, new roof, converted my fireplace to gas... every corner, counter and surface of my house was renovated by BTP. They are great to work with. Took m vision and executed it flawlessly. High quality craftsmanship and an amazing final product!

I have to admit, I was skeptical that any company could actually deliver on a Groupon for a 3-D design package. Wed bought two that completely fell through, and this was our third and final try!Built to Perfection was professional on every level of this endeavor. The receptionist and scheduler was courteous and always returned our call within one business day or less. The two men who showed up were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about what we wanted done (and I believe one was even the owner!). Although we were disappointed to discover that getting our project done properly and up to code would be cost prohibitive, the guys gave us some great options and ideas, plus some ballpark numbers for other projects we would like to do in the future in our home.The design was delivered quickly and easily via email shortly after our visit, and its really cool!Big pluses:-Called when they said they would-Showed up when they said they would-Called to remind of appointment-Treated us like humans even after it was clear we probably wouldnt be able to use their services in the long run-3-D design is neat-Extremely knowledgeable about building code and projectsWhen we do have the budget for some of the projects wed like to do, this company will be our first call. It was a great experience overall.

Our kitchen was flooded and destroyed, we called for an estimate and Josh came out the next day. He sounded great, made it seem like he was professional and ready to write us up and get to work. He said he would have an estimate to me in less than two days. That was on 8/5/2015. He also said to call or text him on 8/7 if I had not heard from him by then. I did and his reply was I will get it u asap and that was it, no further communications from him or the company.I feel lucky that I didnt give him a down payment on the work, since he has turned out to be unreliable and unable to keep his word. Be warned.

They did a magnificent job with our bathroom. Shay was the one who coordinated everything and Aitan did much of the work, including a masterful job with all the tiles. There were some unexpected problems along the way but Shay and Aitan handled it all without complaining. At one point our cat crawled into a temporary hole in the wall, got stuck behind the sheetrock and plumbing and Aitan helped get her out. Top marks for a great team. We would definitely hire them again.

Complete West hills remodel...we couldnt be more pleased! Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, popcorn removal, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, pool replaster, side gate installation, bearing-wall removal, and all of the little details in between: appliance installation, paint and baseboards, frequent debris clean up and haul away, friendly staff, creative input, etc. Built to Perfection came through with everything we agreed on and the quality of their work is top notch. Roi kept the communication flowing and was clear about pricing and timelines up front. We got several quotes from contractors and immediately felt comfortable with Asher and Roi; in the end we felt lucky to have made that choice!Their crew is talented and professional. If youre looking for a contractor who delivers, go with BTP.

The two guys came to give me a estimate spoke in a different language most the time and to come to find out it was the owner and the project manager even. Unprofessional estimate I will not be using them.
