I consulted with Audio Pro Direct on a small home theater project I was working on, and they were amazing. While we didnt end up working together (I ended up DIY-ing it), their expertise and professionalism were top-notch. Their site visit was thorough and incredibly helpful – answering all my questions, correcting my faulty assumptions, and providing great solutions and upgrades to my initial ideas. Their proposal to me was prompt, and they were responsive to my questions. Could not recommend them more!

Long story short, Audio Pro Direct came to my rescue with Spectrum. My internet connection was dropping nonstop. I called Spectrum countless times, and their only solution was to reboot the modem and router. That worked for about 10 minutes before the connection would drop again.Frustrated, I reached out to Audio Pro Direct and explained my predicament. I figured Id need a new modem or router. But Miki had a different idea. He advised me to ask Spectrum to send a technician to check my wires.When the technician arrived, I had Audio Pro on the phone. Miki instructed the tech to inspect the connectors from the street to my house. Sure enough, the technician discovered that all the connectors were old and corroded. He replaced them, and just like that, the problem was solved!After rebooting my equipment five times a day per Spectrums advice, one call to Audio Pro Direct fixed everything. I was dealing with my smart home system issues for a while. Had one technician who didnt fix it but mad a hole in my wall, another technician who disconnected my WiFi and didnt know how connect it back. By the time I was referred to Michael I was pretty exhausted and first thing I told him on the phone - that this is my last try, I warned him not to break my walls and not to disconnect anything. Michael is the kind of technician everyone is looking for - efficient, knowledgeable, easy to schedule, responds in a timely manner. The office manager Liz is always responding on time . They both told me exactly what needed to be done to fix my system, Michael came out and fixed it. This is exactly the type of service I was looking for - truly professional technician who was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it quickly with no damage and no time waist. Michael and his crew are excellent and can both install, and/or keep running, all manner of home-based gadgets ranging from security cameras to video doorbells, thermostats, automated lights and locks.When my long-time “home technology” specialist left the business, he referred me to APD. My first job for them was a tough one. My PoE (Power Over Internet) gate camera died and even as someone who considers themselves tech savvy, I just could not figure out why. Michael arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it perfectly. Score!APD is fast, good and priced fairly. Give them a try. I think you will be glad you did.
