After meeting with Golan (business owner) a couple of times, visiting their private showroom, and careful consideration of other bids/quotes, we decided to work with Golan and his team at H&A My Design to renovate our master bathroom and guest bathroom.From the start, Golan’s team were professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The documentation was detailed and comprehensive. The cost was reasonable and competitive. They helped us with the layouts, designs and choosing the finish materials. We were able to physically see and touch the materials at their private showroom, which was very helpful and convenient. They provided us with a reasonable time frame of completion and the step-by-step details of the work to be done from the demolition, framing, lathing, plumbing, inspections, painting, finish installation and final touches. As the work commenced, teams of tradesmen came in and performed their work as scheduled. The daily work was managed and supervised by Meshi (project manager) from start to finish.The renovations were completed timely within expectations and the work was performed with expert care, consideration and supervision. We recently bought house and top priority was kitchen remodeling. It was a big project. I hired HA My Design Inc for renovate 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The estimate price was very acceptable and they were available soon after I contacted them. The project they offered to me was very interesting, they also gave me several options and I was very satisfied with that. After few months of planning, to renovate our bathroom. We got a recommendation from our friends about the H&A My Design. After we gave them a call and schedule an appointment the project manager Golan came to the house to discuss the bathroom remodel. He walked us through and explained everything that his crew was going to do. We had a lot of changes in our bathroom. Wall hung cabinets, bathroom sink, new bath tub, fresh fixtures, floor replacement. And now the bathroom is perfect! We are very pleased with the result! We called H & A My Design for a bid on a major renovation of our home. We bought the home as is. Our home is 70+ years old. Every square inch of the home desperately needed upgrading.When Danny came out to assess, he assured us his boss could turn this place into a beautiful home. When we met Golan, he listened to our ideas. When we were done, he respectfully asked if he can make some suggestions. He floored us with the rough design he sketched while walking through our home. We knew right then and there Golan has good vision and taste.Golan pointed out areas to splurge, as they would add value to our home, and areas where we could save. How many contractors would do that? Not many that Ive met.When we signed the contract, Golans team was out here two days later to begin the renovation. They remained for several months as outlined in our contract. The workers showed up every day and cleaned up after each day. Another happy surprise.When COVID hit and the stay-at-home mandates went into effect, we were forced to stop. But, when things were lifted, the workers were right back as if they hadnt stopped for a month. They wore masks and were respectful of keeping socially distanced from us.When problems arose, as expected with a 70+ year old house that hasnt been maintained in 50+ years, Golan and Zack were on top of it. They handled the situation and calmed our worries. Golan DID NOT nickel-and-dime us, either. Another happy surprise.The project completed in the spring of 2020. Our home - kitchen gutted to the studs, 2 bathrooms gutted to the studs, newly added walk-in closet, new roof, new wiring throughout, new copper plumbing throughout, recessed lights throughout, tankless water heater, repairing uneven floors to lay hardwood floors, and painting the entire project looks AMAZING.In the fall of 2021, we thought there was an issue with the plumbing. I called Golan. He assured me he will take care of it and the work was still under warranty. His office staff and Zack followed up within 2 days and had plumbers out here to check it out. Happily, it was a false alarm on our part.We are completely happy with our home. Everyone who saw the before and after are amazed. It looks like a completely different, beautiful home.If you havent guessed by now, my recommendation is to go with Golan and H & A My Design.

We hired H&A to for a pretty large project in our home which included 3 bathrooms, a full master suite renovation from top to bottom, a new laundry room, fireplace refacing, and new door installations. It was a very expensive investment for us and we needed to be very careful with the company we chose to work with. H&A delivered all around! They finished on time, were clean and neat, and delivered beautiful results. We are thrilled with how our home looks! Another important thing to note is that when we did hit bumps or we werent happy with something, they were very quick to resolve the issue and never pushed back. They want you to be happy and will do what they have to in order to make sure you are completely satisfied. No project is without some bumps, so you need people who know how to deal with issues effectively and they do. Eran was out Project Manager and he was an absolute pleasure to work with!

I had my kitchen, bathroom and laundry area renovation with H&A Design. Plus they gutted my floors and put in new ones. My bathroom was a 1/2 bath and I requested for it to be changed into a 3/4th bath so there will be a second bathroom where we could take a bath. At first, I thought it wasnt possible, but Golan worked me and the contractor and measured the space I had before. They said yes, so I had not only the kitchen for renovation, I was also doing the bathroom and laundry area as well. All permits were in place and everything they did, they did in a professional manner. Golan made sure everything was in place and properly done. I appreciate that, because some companies, they dont care about the little things. Which for me, the little things are what enhances your surroundings. They finished a few days ago and Im very happy with the results. Thanks H&A my design for a great experience. Whenever I need renovations done, theyll be the first that I turn to. Thats for sure.

It was a complicated project, requiring not just bathroom remodel but foundation reinforcement, which made it longer and more expensive -- but worth it! Golan was great about juggling the crews he handles and getting us the ones we needed. He did extra work as well when he saw repairs we needed in addition to what we contracted for. Golan saw the crack in our concrete, got us the architect-engineer we needed, who came up with revised plans. A crew dug down four feet around the demolished bathroom and put in a huge amount of rebar; we won t have any more cracks in the bathroom! Wonderful drywall and paint crew; Jose the tile installer is a true craftsman and made it all look wonderful. One set of plumbers had a problem; the next set fixed the problem and made sure to tell us what they had to do and why they needed to go through some of the drywall (largely because the people who sold us our bathtub did not explain how we could have used a different type of filler). Golan had Jose come back the next day, finish the tile, and helped reinstall the drywall. Great service. These guys are good. The bathroom looks great!

THE BEST CONTRACTOR IVE EVER WORKED WITHIve worked with over a dozen contractors since 2017, doing home improvement and repair projects, and Golan (owner, designer) and Meshi (project manager) were the best Ive ever worked with.I just retired after 36 years as a civil engineer/construction inspector for freeway construction jobs, so I know what Im talking about regarding relationships with contractors, and H&A have been flexible, creative, and courteous when dealing with me on the problems that arise during construction.At the start, I sat down with Golan and we mapped out my ADU design--me telling Golan what I wanted and Golan suggesting the best ways to achieve my goals--and then during the construction phase, Meshi was a great solution-oriented problem solver, each time we hit unforeseen problem, which always happens in construction.Meshi (project manager) was also great at dealing with the City Inspectors, each time theyd throw a potential delay on the project, shed quickly negotiate a solution to keep the ball rolling with no down time.They were super friendly, never argued with me, and were ready to pivot each time I saw how the project could be improved during the construction phase.And never once, did they hit me up with a Contract Change Order, which is usually where a contractor tries to hit up a customer for more money.They were a pleasure to work with, and I couldnt recommend them highly enough.

H&A is an easy company to work with. Minor changes were easily handled. Overall the job was completed on schedule and in a professional manner. Eddie was usually available and very cooperative.

We had a great experience working with Orel from H&A My Design. We hired him as contractor to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. He was very collaborative and responsible, with fast communication.We initially visited their showroom and appreciated the level of organization, professionalism and friendliness of everyone there. We spoke to a few companies, and chose them based on the quality of sample projects that we toured, plus they quoted us a fair price with a comprehensive scope.They completed the job well and on budget, with no nickel and diming. Orel was very fast at pulling the necessary permits before construction and scheduling the required inspections throughout, which is very impressive in our city of Santa Monica which is notorious for slow processing. When there were changes or hiccups as is inevitable in every renovation project, Orel was flexible and made sure to complete each component to our satisfaction even if he had to call in additional subs.We are very pleased with the completed product and are excited to enjoy our new space! We will be recommending Orel and H&A to our neighbors and friends as well!

I recently hired H&A My Design for an ADU garage conversion, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Golan and his crew were incredibly professional and always on time. They worked hard and completed the project quickly, without compromising on quality. The materials used were top-notch, and the workmanship was excellent. Despite a few minor issues, everything was handled efficiently and within budget. I also must mention their one stop shop showroom, 5000 square-foot for all finishes. I wouldnt hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor!!

Where to begin. We are extremely happy that we decided to go with H&A MY design for our remodeling. Let me just prepare you that this post is going to be long.First, we were in a tight timeline because our house closed 60 days after we put in the offer and I was 6 months pregnant at that time. We knew we wanted to start the remodeling as soon as we closed on the house. Golan and Eran met with us prior to our closing date to go over the plans and file for the permit so that we could start literally a day after our closing date. Initially, they were referred to us by our realtor. I had done EXTENSIVE research to vet them and multiple other contractors. I found that some contractors did not even have a contractor license, general liability and/or workers’ compensation insurances. It mattered to me that we do things by the book (my husband and I definitely have type A personalities). When we met with them, we had a grand idea to remove a load bearing wall and move the kitchen to another area completely. Most of the contractors told us, “sure! we will do whatever you want.” However, Golan looked at the space interiorly and exteriorly and told us, “hey guys, this doesn’t make sense because…” At that moment, I knew they were the ones we wanted to hire for our HGTV inspired total house make over. Golan was straightforward and honest and he made us see structural/design flaws we weren’t able to see in our original plan.I think another issue people worry about is, “are they going to be honest/ fair with me in terms of the price?” What he quoted us was very reasonable (we met with a few different contractors and most had much higher price in their minds). Yes, we did have to add on more work once the renovation started (we had some mold issues and decided to add on another bathroom remodel and repipe the house), but the additional payment was appropriate for the scope of work we added on.Golan and Eran kept us updated on the status of our project and flexible when we decided to change certain aspects of the design. They worked with us to address our suggestions and concerns for each step of the way and corrected any issues that arose during the process.We are so thankful because Golan and Eran helped us create our dream home for our little girl, who is 4 months old now. And we are so excited to create many memories with her in our perfect dream home.We’ve posted some before and after photos. I hope this review was helpful and my husband and I recommend them 100%. We will definitely be calling them up for what we call “phase 2” of our house project, which is tackling the exterior/backyard of our home.

They did our bathrooms 2.5 years ago. Did a very good job, on time and have not faced any problems with the bathrooms yet. They are reasonably priced too. Would recommend them.

Working with H&A My Design and Golan my project manager was a great experience! They are professional, honest and accurate! Golan came to my house for a free quote meeting. We really loved his design ideas and his ballpark and moved forward with him. He was always one step ahead of everything. From purchasing all our finish materials on time to bringing us in to discuss which tile layout would we prefer and showing us the progress that we accomplished! H&A My Design really is a notch above other similar renovation and remodeling companies. They installed a beautiful outdoor barbecue are in my backyard and finished the project it in no time at all. Golan and his crew completely surpassed my expectations. The addition looks so good that it’s hard to believe that the barbecue wasn’t an original part of my home. It looks like it belongs there. I had this company few days ago. They are not professional company at all.They waste my time and step out. Never hire H&A My Design. Jordan, Fier, Minisha,,,, are horrible. Fier come over to my house all he was asking how did you get our number. Our company is busy and no one can find our number. I was going to say so how did I find your company telephone number. Ridiculous company that I have ever met.

Project was started on time and finished in scheduled time with no big complications. Golan contractor informed us all the time as project was progressing. All workers were very friendly and professional and at the end they cleaned up everything after themselves. The price didnt get higher from estimate so everything was like we agreed. And the most important our bathroom looks beautiful so I cant say nothing bad about this company and will highly recommend!

I was very nervous about remodeling my bathroom. I could not decide what to do and did not know what to expect. Danny explain all of the options and we developed a plan that was within my budget and expectations. Throughout the process he continually checked in with me. The people who worked on the project were true Craftsman. They were polite, clean, and respectful of my home. Im very pleased with the results and I certainly intend to call this company whenever I need a project completed.

Well, I am one of the lucky few that began a major kitchen remodel right before the Covid-19 pandemic, mid Feb 2020! After meeting with Golan and Aaron a couple of times at the end of 2019, I decided that H&A was the company to go with. They were forthcoming, passionate, energetic, fair priced, and full of ideas in term of my kitchen remodel.I had previously gotten a bid from an individual contractor which was lower than H&A, but what appealed to me about H&A over the individual contractor was that H&A is a one stop shop, providing design (including 2-D and 3-D plans), permitting, planning, construction, inspections, etc.I was very nervous to begin the demolition, but, Golan & Aaron made me feel comfortable with the process.I was not only replacing floor, countertop, and appliances, but majorly reconfiguring the kitchen footprint, including losing a wall between the kitchen and the third bedroom.Golan was ON IT! His subcontractors were prompt, reliable, professional, and detail oriented, and they showed up at 8AM sharp EVERY SINGLE DAY.I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship! The counters! WOW! The backsplash, WOW! They matched into my 72 year old original thin plank red oak hardwood floors to integrate the kitchen remodel and it is SEAMLESS.One other feature I really liked with their bid was that, although they included the cabinets in their bid, all other finishes were up to me. So I could buy the backsplash/counter/appliances/flooring anywhere I wanted with no markup from H&A.The cabinet designer, Avi, that I met with was super flexible and had great ideas on how to maximize efficiency in my kitchen. He suggested features that I am SO happy with every day!All in all, the whole process was seamless and amazing, and ON TIME and ON BUDGET! During a PANDEMIC!!! What??!!I could not be more thrilled with my kitchen.I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a one-stop-shop for remodel or home additions.YAY H&A!
