Ray Blom

I had a very positive and honest experience with Ray Blom Plumbing. We had a hot water heater burner that wasnt working. My elderly father-in-law needed to shower in his bathroom and the warranty company (not Ray Blom) wasnt sending the part fast enough. Ray Blom was the warranty plumber and after I asked, they said they would do an immediate replacement with a burner they had in stock if I would return the replacement (new) burner to them. They held my check for the burner until I returned it. When I returned the burner, they gave me my check back. They were good and honest. It was also very pleasant dealing with them on a client/plumber basis. Im very happy with them.

These guys are the best. I had another plumbing company come prior to them and didnt know how to fix the issue. The technician from Ray Bloom knew right away how to fix it, did it quickly and was super nice/professional. Highly recommend! Glad they were recommended to me.

Trent from Ray Blom was the only company in LA I could find that would work on my 11 year old hot water heater. They carry parts for older heaters and he came out on New Years Eve to repair my heater. He called before coming to let me know his timing and charged me a fair price. Wad determined to fix my heater before my guests arrived. Would absolutely use again.
