Tech had all the problems fixed within the time frame he said , and came back when we lost power to one of our rooms,and fixed that in a few minutes.

Ignored me after initial call.Called because they came up as local - woman who answered asked me to text her a picture of my breaker box that I was having issues.Got a message saying txt here pls - sent my photo and then never heard back even after messaging several times.

Horrible service!! Me and my husband attempted to schedule an appointment via phone and did not succeed despite trying 10 times over several days!! When leaving a voice mail, they don’t call back, when we reached someone she asked us to hold and would then hang up after 5 minutes, or she said they would give us a call back which also never happened. To me they do not deserve the high rating on google maps.

Quick and easy with same day service. Victor, our serviceman was very nice and explained the issue, while fixing the problem.If you have a problem and need it fixed, use B. K., they do it right and they do it quick.

I have to say 👍for BK electric , I had a old zinsco panal that I didnt know was a fire hazard until BK electric explain the risk. I started having problem in my house with electrical and breakers so they change it to a Murray panal have to say looks nicer than old one and safer. They also wire a couple of outlets that need attention do to old wireing. Thank u BK electric

They had work full three 3 days and half (including first day), lots of steps up and down and most of time in the old dusty ceiling (in and out through tiny hole) in hot day. They worked so hard!!!
