Edwin is friendly, professional, detail-oriented and fast. He did a great job today replacing all the drain pipes under my double-basin kitchen sink. Ive used Plumber 2 The Rescue for ten years now, and they are always the best!

Personally, George was a great guy. In terms of the plumbing repair experience, this was not a great one. Some of the issues were because the shutoff valves werent working as intended, which led to extra difficulty in getting a valve replaced, but some of the issues were avoidable and signs of poor planning and business practices that, while standard in the industry, dont value the customer as much as making more money.Despite having a picture of the valve that they needed to repair or replace before coming, the plumber took 2 trips to supply stores to get parts. This means that they spent 2-3 hours just driving to get supplies that they could have prepared ahead of time. Of course, they billed me for that time in addition to jacking up the price of the materials by 40% for extra charges of $300-$400. This could have easily been avoided with better planning. All they had to do was ask for some better pictures of the valve if they needed them or ask me to buy my own replacement.While increasing prices of replacement parts is common, Ive also had plumbers that focus on charging for their labor and skill only and either give me the option to buy my own parts or just ask for reimbursements for parts. Contractors that try to earn money on both parts and labor are far more likely to recommend parts that arent needed or are more expensive since its in their best interest to do that and earn more money. Plumbers that just charge for their skill and labor tend to be more honest.I also ended up pulling out a clothes washer on my own and using a half dozen towels to clean water they got all over the floor because they didnt properly prepare the area they were working in. The water not shutting off properly wasnt the plumbers fault, but not being adequately prepared in case there was leaking water was something that could have been done better.Would I use them again? Maybe, but probably not. Ive had enough good contractors to know that there are better options out there than Plumber 2 the Rescue.

Brittany was helpful and attentive to our plumbing needs. She scheduled Josh to take care of our faucet installation. Very professional.Josh arrived on time and was neat and thorough. I called Plumber 2 the Rescue after 5pm on a Monday evening. My tenants had phone me that the water heater was acting up and that now it was not heating the water at all. After calling two other plumbers and getting quotes and making appointments, 2 and 3 days out, I decided to call on more listing. Google said they were open until 7pm so I gave them a call. Brittney answered and quickly gave me a quote and booked me for the following afternoon. She immediately texted her info so I could send her some images of the heater to visually evaluate the situation. That evening she emailed me the invoice. George arrived right on schedule and within the hour we had a brand new water heater and he took away our old one. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I paid George with a check but they take other forms of payment as well. The best part is they had the lowest price from the other two companies I called (one was home depot), the other was a plumber we usually use, and they had the soonest availability. Robert was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Since I know little about plumbing, I found his explanations to be clear and understandable. He was able to perform all the needed work that included toilet repair, kitchen faucet repair, and thereplacement of a pipe underneath the kitchen sink. Today we were lucky enough to have Joshua come out to service our water heater.The bad news is the heater needs to be replaced but Joshua was quick in diagnosing the issue and proposing a solution.He was professional and took the time to check our second heater and advise us on its situation as well. I have used this company 3 times in the last year and they have done a great job every time. They found and fixed one leak under a single family dwelling I own that was very difficult to find and harder to fix. Outstanding each time they came out. I believe Warren is the owner and I have worked with Josh mostly. Local, on time and do great work.

Overall process to make an appointment was smooth.Took off one star for communication: I originally booked a 8AM-10AM arrival time, and the company called to confirm that the day before. Nobody showed up by 10AM and nobody called me, so I had to reach out to them to see if/when the plumber was coming (vs. them proactively reaching out to let me know the plumber was behind). Fortunately I didnt have other plans so a 30 min delay wasnt a big deal.

Edwin is the best! He came the other day because I had an issue with my kitchen sink (which he fixed!) and I mentioned I kept hearing a noise from my shower. Of course while he was here, there was no noise, but the next day, I received a call from him saying he might know the cause. I had a Bidet put into each bathroom (2 in total). They were all my parts. The plumber literally just installed them. He got the first one done and as he was walking over to do the second one he says Oh I forgot to tell you it will be $165. I told him ok that is fine. He did the other one and when hes about to leave he then asks for $330. I paid because he had already done the work but had I known that was going to be that price I would have looked elsewhere. My boyfriend also heard him quote $165. This is entirely too much for under an hour worth of work. Especially when he isnt even supplying ANY extra parts. Definitely never using these guys again. They are very highly rated but any service that isnt forthright about their pricing seems pretty dodgy to me. I feel like I was scammed.

We called P2R for a backed-up and leaking kitchen sink. Leaks were the result of a previously poor pipe installation.They sent EDWIN MEJIA who could not have been better -- very nice guy, efficient, clean, and minimally disruptive. Edwin was quick to identify the issue and gave an honest and fair estimate on what it would cost before getting to work. The issue is resolved and the work appears to be high-quality. Id use Edwin again in the future.

This is the 3rd time I have used Plumber 2 The Rescue. Just like my previous experiences they provide excellent service. This time it was for a gas leak and Warren showed up and handled the job. He actually found that we had two separate leaks. If you want a honest reliable plumber, who is going to get the job done. Call Plumber 2 The Rescue. My sister called me to come help her with the plumbing issue she had in her appt. Her manager did not return her calls. So I called around for pricing and to see who could come out to her apt last Thursday evening. No one was available to come out right away other than Plumber 2 the rescue. Fortunately for us. He was professional and helped with the issue we had with her sink. They were fair with the charges. We are happy with the service.

We just share the same name.] I started by going to the 49.95 rooter guy on a Sunday afternoon He came within an hour and tried wanted to tell me that he could really fix my problem for $2000.00, I called up Plumber 2 The Rescue. I had used Warrens service many times over the past 20 years, but was ordered to try someone else. I did and I was nearly sc***ed. Warrens son, Josh, was monitoring the phones and he arrived in 30 minutes. Josh proved he really knows his stuff just like his old man. He was clean, neat and professional. The truck he brought didnt have the valves he needed for my job, so he jumped out, took the extra time he needed to get them on his own and charged me $200 for the work and $48 for the values. No additional time was added.I had my bathrooms redone last year. The contractor insisted on using his own plumber. I would have preferred Warren, but the contractor wouldnt hear of it! Arrrrrg! The quality of Joshs work is definitely worth a raise.

WATCH OUT FOR THE DETAILS.You will be told one thing,,,,THEY CHARGE YOU FOR MUCH MORE,,,And, will not even perform what they promise,BE WARE!!!!On May 7th, the owner (warren ) came to our house to quote on a job. After we told him what we need to accomplish( TWO WATER HOSE BIBS, CONNECT WATER FEEDER FOR DOGS, INSTALL WASHER MACHINE AND UTILITY SINK ).He wrote an estimate for $800.00. Before he left, he said he gave us very deep discount. Normally, he would charge $900. I wanted him to do a good job for us, so I told him, I will pay you $900 for the job. He seemed very happy.Few days later, he came with helper to do the job. After couple of hours work, he installed water bibs ( one of them in the wrong location ), and dog water feeder. He then advised us, that the work will be more complicated than he thought. He will need to come another day to finish and will need EXTRA $700 for labor, because the existing drain may not be good enough, he will put a new draining system,,,,,,,I felt held hostage as half the work was left undone,So I did agree to the additional high cost.Next day he came with helper to complete the job. He connect the utility draining to existing draining system and washer drain hose hanging into the the utility sink Micky mouse job. Got paid in full and left.Few days later, draining water come up from underground, while we were using utility Sink and washing machine which he installed.We called immediately, he scheduled 3 days later to come by and check up. After his inspection he was asking for another $1000 to do the job right...WHAT A SCAM !!!!!!One star is too high for this plumbing company, I wish I could give him 5 red flags.BE WARE!!!!!

With just a couple hours notice, Robert came and welded a new cap on a leaky pipe under my kitchen sink. He explained the issue, gave me a couple options, then quickly fixed it. The price was reasonable.

We were replacing our toilet and it turned out whoever installed it previously seriously screwed up the closet flange. Warren White was our plumber, he showed up same day, right on time, and managed to fix the flange with some clever plumbing and install my toilet while he was at it. Even gave me a quote before coming unlike most plumbers.

The water in the showers and sinks were not getting hot. They’d reach lukewarm at best. We determined it wasn’t the hot water heater, but the shower cartridge in the master bathroom. They showed up in the window of time they said they would and were in and out with the problem fixed in 15 minutes! They wore face masks at all times. I’d totally use them again.

I had a leak in my bathtub faucet. Warren found the valve that need to be replaced. He had the new one in his truck and therefore replaced the old one with the new one.

George knew exactly what the problem was with our toilet being clogged due to root intrusions in the clean out. Excellent attitude and very informative!

These guys are awesome!! Josh (the owner) is a considerate, patient, knowledgeable, and punctual dude. Came through himself and helped out on a fairly intense job where the walls had to be opened up. Spent about 3 to 4 hours working on it, cleaned up everything nicely. After that, I noticed some unexpected issues happening in another bathroom and he was nice enough to help on those too! Definitely going to be my go-to for plumbing services.

After years of using Plumber 2 the rescue services,, today I had terrible experience with technician from this company. We call this company to unclog our kitchen sink. Technician came, and started with tirade of complaints on our previous plumbers, on our Bosch dishwasher that works perfectly fine, on some connections under sink, that we never had liked (until he touched them, and suddenly needed new parts for $25). At some point the technician was trying to convince us that he needs to change our main drain pipe, what turn to not be necessary, after he spent long time trying to “work” on it. While he endlessly talked ( for almost two hours), what to me and my husband was sounding weird, it turned to be just to add time to be able to charge us more. Today we payed for unclogging kitchen sink whopping $325. I hope it will not leak, what I am not sure about.

When I called the receptionist was very thorough and gave me the cost up front. I also received a confirmation text as well as a text to say the plumber would arrive closer to end of the window of time they gave me. Plumber was courteous, listened thoughtfully and then proceeded to repair my kitchen sink. When he finished he cleaned up everything and explained what he did. I was very impressed by the professionalism. I will definitely call them again. P.S. He fixed what a different plumber told me couldn’t be fixed.

Josh, the owner of Plumber to the Rescue fixed the problem I had been facing as well as proved with a camera inspection of my sewer line that in fact a previous quote from another plumbing company was a scam. I am grateful to Josh for fixing my problem with a simple toilet replacement and proving no sewer line was in need of repair. Thousands of dollars saved.

Summary: Josh is knowledgeable, effective, and friendly. I plan to use him for future plumbing needs.2019-04I purchased a house and discovered that it took a long time to get hot water. For example, in the morning, it usually took 2.5 minutes to get hot water coming out of our kitchen faucet. Josh came over and assessed the situation and suggested a recirculation pump to accompany my existing tankless water heater. Other plumbers gave a similar suggestion. Joshs quote involved installing a dedicated return line and the other plumbers quotes did not. I chose Josh because he seemed knowledgeable, was friendly, he was going to install a dedicated return line, and his price was reasonable. He showed up the day of the job and did the whole thing himself, as his assistant was out sick that day. It took him 5 hours or so. He installed a dedicated return line, recirculation pump, and replaced my existing hot water heater filter with a new one that only needs to be replaced every 12 years, saving me time and money on filter replacements. So far the system is working very well, as he predicted. Instant hot water from every water fixture.2019-09Josh came and installed a new sink faucet and fixed a leaking toilet. The plumber worked quickly and was very nice. He wore a mask and took the necessary precautions related to the COVID pandemic. Would use again.Second visit: I needed a broken pipe fixed. Called at 8:15 am and the work was done by 11:15 am. Everything not only works, but it looks good, too, no sign that it was ever broken. Would use again

Our horrific experience: Yesterday morning we contacted PLumbers2The Rescue to fix a leaking hot water pipe. The office stated that they could have someone come by right away to turn off the hot water (to 10 families) but would return today (Friday) between 10-12noon. The plumber (the owner) finally arrived at 5pm Friday night.He had a bad attitude and was very argumentative. He was actually having a unilateral argument with himself. He refused to give an estimate stating that he will have to charge double because the area was still wet. Then he stated forget it, I quit. Now, 10 families will be without hot water until Monday. I am horrified at his behavior. If the job was too big or he did not have time, he should have called and cancelled this morning so that we could get a replacement plumber. The job is pretty basic for most plumbers: changing a water pipe under the building. The former owner of the company, the father, was very competent during our last call for basically the same repair in a different place. From our experience, the responsible, competent, and nice gene failed to be passed on.So, if you are looking for a responsible and competent plumber, from our experience, try Best Flow or Frankel or another company. We will not be using or recommending this company any longer. We have used Best Flow for 15+ years and have been very happy with their work and professionalism. They were just too busy to help yesterday. I am sad for the 10 families that will be without hot water for the weekend due to his unprofessionalism.

Eddie tried to troubleshoot over the phone, most places want to come out so they can charge , but he was great trying to explain the cause of the problem (appliance vs. plumbing). I ended up asking him to come out and Susan was able to fit me in within the hour. Which was great since this is a workplace and we need clean dishes!
