Called about AC not pushing out cold air. They scheduled me for the next day. Adrian came out when scheduled. Worked efficiently and explained what was going on with the system, showing pictures of what he explained as well. He then explained what he could do and my options. Job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Would work with All Heart for any other maintanance of my ac/heater in the future.

All heart has a great sales and service staff. Awesome followup and they check in with me every few months to remind me of service checks due. Thanks

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable! They helped me when my AC gave up at the end of summer. I called the and they came out the same day to give me a quote and and options with simple financing options and installed my new system that same week! From the office staff moving things around to provide a same day appointment for my elderly parents facing high temperatures and a non working AC, to our technician, Casey, who quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and checked out the entire system.Every interaction with each team member was extremely professional which further added to the great customer experience we always have with the All Heart Team.

Called All Heart because the condenser in my yard was not turning on. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem for 2+ hours. Ultimately they recommended replacing most of my system for anywhere from $7k-$10k depending on parts and warranty. This was a surprise to me as my house was built only a few years ago and I would think the A/C system should last longer than that. I opted to get a second opinion and the next company I called arrived the same day only a few hours later. That second technician replaced the capacitor on the condenser within just 10 minutes of arriving, my system started functioning, and the repair was only $150. I am not generally a review writer but it just dawned on me 3+ months later that my system has not had any issues since and that I dodged a major financial bullet. I am unsure if there was any malicious intent or if this was somehow just a misdiagnosis, but buyer beware.

Ruben was amazing! He came out after we were told by another company that our AC motor was broke and would cost $$$$ to replace. It turns out it just needed some maintenance and cleaning. Cody was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Found the problem & had it fixed within 30min. I am disappointed that the charge for a simple replacement with a $100 part cost $540. Of course this had nothing to do with Cody.

He demontrated high knowledge on the matter, explained what he was going to do and also explained the importance of changing filters often to assure well functioning of the equipment as a whole.He was very respectful and curtious. I had a bit of trouble getting a question answered via the office but I finally spoke with Megan and she took care of everything. Alan was friendly and seemed to know his way around a gas heater.

Service to summer-ize the swamp cooler. Technician did not hang around long enough to see that the float was stuck and the cooler ran water flooding the roof, eave, and back lawn for 10 days before we went out back to notice. Once we called, they came out within 8 hours. That mistake was avoidable and should have been checked before leaving. The client (customer) is 100 years old.
