I was in the process of selling my home, and I found myself in urgent need of an electrician to complete a repair.I was very stressed out and called John M. McCraw Electrical at 8am. MerryJayne understood my urgent need and she had someone at my house within 10 minutes. She was so very helpful and had the most sincere amazing customer service ever. She even took the time out of her busy day to write a letter to my escrow company. I knew right away, I had called the right company.I was beyond happy, they are my new to go electricians for any needs in my new home. I recommend them 100%. Thank you MerryJayne for displaying stellar customer service that other companies lack these days.

Took care of my electrical issue quickly for a reasonable price. Advised me of additional work that should be considered sometime without the trying to make an additional sale on the spot. Looking forward to getting a free estimate on some other work I would like to have done in the near future.

They have done quite a bit for us (repairs, installing new lights and equipment, etc). All done well. And with great integrity. Highly recommend.

John K. McCraw was a call I made AFTER having another company in my home that overcharged and didnt finish the jobs they started. The big takeaway here is call John K. McCraw FIRST. Not only did they provide me with a quote on the spot (this is how I knew I was taken advantage of by the other company - insert remorse and the wish for immense flexibility to kick my own butt!), McCraw electric came over SAME DAY (in the pouring rain!) to complete two unfinished projects and simultaneously put me back together again. They were on time, good stewards of their time (and my money!), kept my home clean, got things working I was told were broken and I love that they work as a team - so the work is done fast and efficiently.10/10! We had an EV Charger installed through John McCraw Electrical. Merry Jayne was very accommodating to our immediate need. Kevin stopped by to scope the details for applying permit. Merry Jayne quickly applied for the permit. Then Kevin and team were quick to install the charger. Overall, team did a fabulous job. We will definitely go to them again for future tasks.

My first time using this company. I had an outdoor light that shorted out. It’s a family business and they treated me like family. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. We received our CNC Machine and needed to run power. We called John K. McCraw on Friday 12/9/22 to schedule. They arrived on 12/12/22, same day machine arrived, and sent proposal same day too. Price was fair for the quoted work. Due to electricians being so busy, the timing was unexpected. They scheduled 12/27/22 but has an opening on 12/13/22 so they arrived to do a partial install then to finish on 27th, In fact they decided to complete the whole job on the 27th. Working overtime to complete the job. WOW. Very Impressed. Their work ethics are superior. Their efficiencies are impressive. Their professionalism stellar. Left work area tidy. Their work is top notch using all the correct tools and materials. They are my go to for future projects. Need an electrician in the Santa Clarita, Castaic Area, look no further. I tried to replace a GFCI Outlet myself and spent hours working on it. After going back to Home Depot a couple of times I still wasn’t able to get it fixed. Frustrated and exhausted I reached out for an electrician. I have so much more respect for an electrician now. My calls resulted in appts available anywhere from 2.5 weeks to days away. In a fluke I happened to get ahold of John K. McCraw Electrical. Kevin just happened to have another appt nearby and knew what my issue was. He was kind enough to swing by and 10 minutes later my outlet was fixed and he replaced my old and tired switch plate as well! Wow, wow, wow the best service ever! Kevin thank you so very much!

I have to say by far the greatest experience Ive had with an electrician. They took their time looking to find out the problem, they were very honest reliable and very fair priced. I will definitely contact them for any future electrical needs. Its hard finding a fair and honest electrician, thank God I did.

Electrical problems can be quite worrisome but John McCraw is one of those rare pros whose skill and expertise goes a long way toward putting your mind at ease . He has done quite a bit of electrical work for my family members for many years and we have no problem recommending him to anyone in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Absolutely one of the best companies to work with if you need any electrical work done. MerryJane and the crew are very responsive and professional and will take care of your home as if it were theirs. We recently moved the Jbox since we wanted to relocate the light fixture in our dining room and you cannot tell that any work has been done. They have been to my home multiple times and have been on time each appointment. I cannot recommend them enough! 10/10 would recommend.

4 years ago when my wife and I first bought our home, we had McCraw Electrical come out and install new outlets so we could have a washer and dryer. Excellent service, excellent value. Fast forward to today, we are selling our home. Needed to fix reverse polarity on 3 outlets in the house to get in ready for the new owners. Time sensitive issue, the lovely people at McCraw tried to squeeze me in before closing date. They helped me do the outlets myself over the phone, to try and save me time and money. With their guidance, I was able to fix all three outlets. They taught me to fish instead of feeding me for a day. Thank you so much, could not recommend this company more.

Asked for a free estimate they said not a problem, asked if they can come on Saturday sure not a problem. Called to confirm the Saturday. Now its a problem. They dont do Saturdays. I have to work Monday to Friday and maybe weekends. Long story short Hired them to come put our Electrical panel all in one spot instead of three panels i will have two. much easier

John McCraw Electrical and his team are great guys and total pros at what they do. I had them out to do a large project including electrical installation outside, in the garage and in the house. It was a 3 day project and they did an outstanding job at a great price. John charges fair prices and will make sure that youre satisfied with the work of his company. There are many electricians out there, but if youre in Santa Clarita, give John McCraw a call!

Highly recommend! When we bought our house, the inspector had said we would need a new electrical panel ASAP because of how old it was and potential fire danger. When I finally made the call, Johns crew came out and immediately said NO new box was needed and I would be wasting thousands of dollars. I am not an electrician and would have pulled the trigger if they said I needed one, but instead they were honest.So who did I call when I wanted to put in three fans and outside electrical outlets in my house? The guys who were honest with me the first time. The work was great, took very good care protecting our house and I cant recommend them enough. Definitely choose John K. McCraw Electrical!

I had major electrical issues in two rooms. I tried fixing it myself with the basic knowledge I have with electrical and it did not work after days of trying to figure it out. I called John McCraw Electric and they sent Kevin and Leon the same day and fixed the issue within minutes. These guys are AWESOME!!!! Definitely will be calling them again in a heart beat!!

Woke up this Saturday morning to find that half of my house had no power. Reset my breakers but no change in status. Called John and he was out within the hour. He diagnosed and repaired the problem after thoroughly checking the circuit and power was restored.I want to add that John has helped us before and has always done so in a professional and efficient manner and done so for a very reasonable priceI would recommend John highly to anyone needing electrical services

I called McGraw electric for an estimate after being told by an inspector that I needed a new panel. They came within 10 minutes from the time I called, looked around and was very honest and knowledgeable. He immediately pointed out what I had and that no work was needed. I will definatley save his number for when I do need electrical work done!

I called John with a minor issue and he was at my house in 10 minutes, took less than 10 minutes to fix the issue (all while chatting with my 3 year old about birthdays and cookies) and then told me the work was on the house. It took me a while to believe there is still customer service like this in the world!I cant reccomend his service more. So call him, you wont be disappointed!
