My neighbor referred me to active air after I had a very bad experience with my home insurance. Active air were very professional, reliable and has fair prices. My a/c was fixed in one day only took a few hours since my coil had to be replaced. I highly recommend this company you’re in good hands.

Placed a service request for my water heater through my home warranty and they were dispatched to come look at it. They come and collect the $75 trade call fee and tell me they were going to replace it and that they would call me back. No call back so I call in the morning and the guy states that he would call me back with more details. Again no callback, so I call in the afternoon and the guy comes up with a story that he is REFUSING to do it because the home warranty company doesnt pay enough, which is not my problem. If you have issues with them then STOP taking their service requests. They were happy to take the $75 bucks but when it came down to do actual work they refused. Long story short if your warranty company assigns them to you ask them for someone else. A bunch of crooks. Manager was very rude and did not offer any other assistance. His response and I quote was “whatever man” as he hung up very rudely.

Great Company!! They came out and fixed my AC just before the up coming heatwave. I really appreciate the company’s support of military and first responders. I will absolutely be calling them again for any HVAC needs.

Jeremy and his crew helped us out when our old AC unit failed. They did excellent work for a reasonable price. Very kind and courteous with a job well done. We needed the air adjusted after the new unit was installed, and they returned to do that for us. Each room is so much more comfortable now. Highly recommend. Thank you Active Air!

GREAT service today, explained why AC wasnt getting cold, actually showed us what to look for, FIXED it quickly, Friendly, Safe WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE their service again!! We are in a townhome setting so dint know prices or scheduled time so cant rate those two but otherWISE 5 star all around!!!

I called Jeremy and his team to install a HVAC on my primary home after they did such a great job on our rental house. They consistently make sure the job is complete and to our satisfaction. Just love his staff!! Tommy & Henry are a dynamic duo and have a wonderful & pleasant demeanor. These guys rock!!! Even on this 2nd job for the company, I price checked around and was disappointed that some companies wouldnt even tell me straight-up what my options were available to me - even after I pointedly asked for high seer, other bidders tried to corner me into what THEY wanted to sell. I much prefer someone like Jeremy who talks straight and tells me like it is. I got ALL options and then my husband & I were able to choose what WE wanted! Seems obvious, but only Jeremy gave us all options. Hes not a big company turning and burning for profit - he definitely puts quality above quantity and he cares about his relationship with is customers. I had even called the other top bidder and said, Hey what about this 18 seer Bosch package? Whats the cost? and they did not apologize for withholding info, they just gave me a price and it was higher. I definitely do ALL of my research and Jeremy & Active Air Specialists is the way to go. We are so happy! We also financed both units and Sunrise financial is a breeze compared to others. Anyway, KUDOS to these guys!!! Thanks a lot!

Jeremy and crew completed the install of new compressor for my home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The work and equipment was high quality, and i appreciate it getting done so quickly…. i have a nice cold A/C ready for this summer!Steve R

Charlie and Tom were out this morning to fix my a/c. It had been acting up for over a week - would work, then not work, etc. They were very pleasant, professional, and a joy to talk to. I had Active Air to install my new A/C system in my home due to it failing. They were there on time, they were courteous, they were clean, they were quick! I can go on for hours about how great they were! The owner came to my house personally several times while the work was being performed. Constantly check the work quality of his guys and making sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely be using Active Air in the future for whatever I may need! I recommend anyone that needs HVAC work done to check with Active Air FIRST! They will not disappoint!

Purchased a new swamp cooler $3100 with maintenance included- when it was winterized at18 months the technician said it was junk!Owner said he would bring out a new one-never did and will not return calls.
