The worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with it.I had a simple clog main line and after an hour the plumber tells me he doesnt have a larger snake to clear the line. He calls another plumber (son-in-law) and he shows up with a laeger snake and after an hour and half they clear it. Final bill was $580!!!Service Call- $72Labor- $423Material- $20Equipment Charge- $45PPE- $20 ($10 per plumber)TOTAL RIPOFF!!

Don’t use this company!! They have completely dropped the ball when given way to many chances to fix the boiler issues at my condo complex. 6 times in less than 2 months. Hot water not working in our 36 unit complex. They are useless.

FIND A NEW PLUMBER - THEY CAME OUT TWO TIMES TO MY HOUSE, CAUSED MORE PROBLEMS, AND NOW WONT SEND OUT AN AFTER HOURS REPAIR TECH TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. WILL CALL THEM FIRST THING MONDAY MORNINGI had Gorsuch plumbing come out to fix my kitchen sink because it wasnt draining correctly.The first plumber they sent out said he was unable to fix it claiming it needed to be hydrojetted - he said he did not have the tool and would need to come back tomorrow.The second plumber came back the next day and worked on the sink for an hour and a half. He said that he did not not to use the hydrojet and that the other technician was wrong.They tried to charge me with two different appointments but I complained and they waived the fee on the second - thats good business practice to me.Its now been three days since the second plumber has been to my house and the sink started leaking. The second plumber did not adequately test to make sure he put back the pipes correctly and that they didnt leak.Instead of replacing or resealing the plastic drain pipe from the garbage disposal to the pipe it is now leaking everywhere.I called Gorsuch to have them send an afterhours technician to fix the problem. I called Friday night and they said they would call me back and never did. I called this morning on Saturday and they said they would call me back and still havent.

I called and spoke to the person who schedules their service calls. After her taking my information, she immediately asked for a credit card number to ensure payment. I had no problem with that, except I was not informed what the cost of the service call would be. So before providing her with my credit card information , I asked what it would cost . Her response was that the service call would be $160.00 for the 1st hour and $55.00 for every half hour after. I was okay with it and provided her with the information she had requested. She gave me an ETA for when the technician would be arriving and the call ended.I received a call from my wife at 1:30 pm to inform me that she had just buzzed someone into our building and thought it was the plumber. Sure enough, it was. The technician name is Leo, and before going forward with anything else,I want to say that Leo was very professional and very polite. Leo was quick and clean in doing his work. I was impressed with how quickly he worked to complete the task at hand.When Leo arrived he asked me what the problem was. I explained that wasnt getting any water pressure from my kitchen faucet . I then asked if it was possible for him to install a new faucet while he was here? I followed up with asking how long he estimated it would take? Leo replied with Oh, about an hour and a half Leos response, I thought was, fair so I said okay. As I said before Leo was fast and was done quickly. To be precise, he was done at 2:22pm. This includes reinstalling a rolling rack that was under my sink and doing clean-up. Then, he pulled his phone out and was looking at something, looked up and apologized for not having an invoice. Leo mentioned that he had to stop by his office and forgot the invoice but that I would be billed for one and half hours. I was a bit confused since Leo was in my house for less than an hour. I asked Leo why I was being billed the hour and a half. Leos response was that they start billing you from when they leave the other job. I was not sure why this would be correct and told him I would call his office to ask for clarification on why I was being charged for essentially another $55? I called the office and asked the person who answered the phone to put me touch with whoever I could ask about my invoice. The person asked what my question was? I explained that I did not understand why I was being charged for the hour and half when the technician was here for less than an hour. This is where they problem starts. The person became combative,not hearing what I was asking. He first said well do you feel you have been treated unfairly? Which had nothing to do with what I had asked. I again tried to explain that I was just trying to understand the reasons for this. He interrupted me. So what exactly was? done I informed him of the work Leo had completed. His answer was, You should feel lucky that you had a good technician who finished in less time than what was quote. You know! Anyone else would have taken at lease two hours I again tried to ask for an answer to my question but he proceeded to tell me that there are other factors that happen before the technician actually arrives to the location and that clean up time and putting his tools away also factors into the time. He then asks where I lived. After telling him, he proceeded to use parking as another reason for the possible charges. Because you know LB and how difficult parking can be.The person on the phone then introduced himself as the owner. So after my many attempts to try to get a reasonable reply to my question and getting frustrated, told him I did not understand. I just asking for clarification, and that was all ! Matthew has no business talking to customers. He was quick to assume and didnt bother to listen.When paying a premium for your services, I would think customer service would be his first priority! That is obviously not the case!

Tasi was here to check a leak under my sink. Turned out it was an issue with my water filter and he was so kind to deinstall it and give me advice on what to do next. Tasi was awesome! Really kind and provided great customer service.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER. Unless you like paying a premium for the work, taking forever to get the job done, and receiving substandard customer service. Gorsuch was the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. I signed a contract with them to replace gas pipes under a 21-unit building and to install new meters. The job was supposed to take two weeks and instead, it took four months. The tenants had no gas for cooking or heating while Gorsuch took their sweet old time. They had the worse communication and follow thorough I have ever experienced especially on a $35K job. They added complexity and confusion to this job. I would never recommend them for any size job. Please call another plumbing. You will save time, money and your sanity!

Simply the best. We have used Gorsuch Plumbing for plumbing emergencies as well as repiping our house. The techs are knowledgeable and dedicated. Matt, the owner, ensures that the estimates are within target and works with you to ensure that you understand the work that will be done as well as the timing.When we had our first leak, we called another plumber. This plumber wanted to drill holes multiple places to determine the site of the leak. Gorsuch has the technology as well as partners with leak experts to determine where the leak is.We decided to proactively re-pipe the house since our neighbors were experiencing slab leaks. The re-piping went smoothly.

What a rip off!!! please dont let them do it to you..I was charged almost $1000 to fix the leak on my aircon by replacing the pump. William was the technician. Unfortunately the pump started making loud buzzing noise the day after it was installed. I called their office right away and I was told William will call me back and I never heard back from William even after several calls were made. The aircon eventually started leaking again and again calls were made and I never heard back from William. I finally gave up on Gorsuch and William who made me feel like I was robbed..

I wanted to take the time out to say what a great job that the scheduler Lacey does she is the best ever always on top of everything great addition to this group. I would have to also put a big spot light on Leo and Gerald they are the best. They keep you informed and try to figure out the best way to handle a job. They should be happy to have Lacey Leo and Gerald on staff I am sure am happy they are there they make my life easier as a HOA president keep up the great job you guys. The owners should reward you for all of your hard work

Unprofessional and dangerous drivers! Almost ran me off the road in the pouring rain when they cut into my lane! You can see their truck in the photo as theyre speeding so fast through the surface streets of Long Beach. Thats a hydroplane waiting to happen. I dont appreciate businesses that endanger the lives of the communities theyre supposed to be serving.

The guy is working on a one inch copper line that has taken him 8 hours to fix and the guys at my company would of had it fixed in 3 hours Maximum and we’re not even a plumbing company!

Live in condo. Sink backed up. Lacy took information and 3 units had to be home to do hydro jetting. Lacy at Gorsch kept us informed and is truly an asset to Gorsch.

My upstairs neighbor called Gorsuch when their shower drain got clogged. They pushed the stoppage down to my level and flooded my bathtub with dirty water, and then came in to my unit to snake the stoppage. They did not wear covers on their shoes, and did not lay a towel. When they eventually cleared the stoppage, they had no cleaning supplies, so I had to give them a roll of paper to clean the mess in my bathtub. Of course they did an awful job of cleaning up the mess they created, and they didn’t even use disinfectant. Very unprofessional work all around.

Very happy with my experience with Gorsuch plumbing. Matthew answered my questions and put me at ease, I felt like I was talking to a family member. Gerald immediately communicated with me and told me his ETA was 45 minutes and he was at my door in exactly 45 minutes. He was polite, courteous and had my sink cleared in a jiffy. My husband and I have used Gorsuch before and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The prices are kind of high but the service is excellent. The last gentlemen that came to our house left a very memorable impression. His name was Brent. Brent went out of his way to ask what we wanted/needed done and took his time to accommodate us. The best thing about Brent was that he listened to us and worked the whole time with a beautiful smile. We had the best time talking his ear off while he just worked away. I dont know how he did it! And such an intelligent young man he is. Weve had no problems since then. He left us with a sense that there are still genuinely good people left in the world that care. Thanks Gorsuch for having the creme de la creme for your employees. Keep up the great work!

Do yourself a favor and call someone else. The plumber they sent over to our condominium building was totally incompetent. He cut the wrong pipe and flooded four units. The owner of this company did not bother trying to help at all. All he did was try to push the blame on to the home owners association. They are nothing more than a bunch of idiots. They made a mistake and did not fix it or even try to fix it. NEVER use them or you will regret it!

They stopped responding to my calls about the ac unit they installed. The vent has been leaking water out of the register because the drain line they installed backs up. At this point, Ive given up on trying to get them to fix it or me ever being able to use this ac system. Matt keeps blowing me off and will not return my calls. Im considering legal action and going after their bond.

Somehow a neighbor had gotten into a building panel and turned off a water valve that serviced our unit! Gorsuch Plumbing had been there to give the neighbor a quote and noticed the closed valve. They notified me and then tried their darnedest to go back and turn it back on (over a weekend). They did all this even though there was nothing in it for them. They contacted the bldg management, came to my unit and checked things out, and eventually gained access to the trouble-making neighbors unit and turned on the water for me, all as courtesy ! I will use them from now on for any plumbing needs that may come up.

I should have listened when I was warned about Gorsuch . I called them to service my gas fireplace and right off the bat I was told there would be a $48 service charge. The technition arrived at my home, examined the fireplace, stated how simple it was and told me the problem was in one of the three components and suggested it would cost $600 to replace them!! I obviously said no thank and he reponded by charging me another $90 for a total of $138 without any repair. My son was visiting for Xmas and took a look at the fireplace. He ascertained the problem and repaired it in half an hour! I called to object and Gorsuch still billed me the total.. Buyer beware!

Horrible disrespectful. They came onto the promises did repairs to one unit messed up the piping to a different unit refuse to do repairs on top of it they want to call and threatened and cuss at you when the other ones I messed up the plumbing disrespectful rude and unprofessional my storage is coming up the showers because of the pipe repairs that they did
