My faucet was frozen in an awkward place and wouldnt move. They came out with a better faucet replacement. John was very knowledgeable, polite, informative and had a great smile. He went the extra mile and put in a soap dispenser we had because we couldnt get under the sink. He laid down a clean cloth on the floor, put everything back in its place, cleaned up and thanked me with a hand shake.Thank you John and Plumbing Squad!
