Oscar was very friendly and professional when we first met him. However when we finally hired him to install our water softener with the promise of a 3 month warranty, he magically found all these problems in our house that didn’t exist when we did our home inspection 2 weeks prior. He stated there was an issue with our water heater, a leak in our wall, and a issue with our emergency shut off valve. He even took his time to get one for his friends, who owns a water restoration company to come by and quote us for more work. After having Oscar come in for a day, our original quote went from $400 to almost $4000. He magically found all these issues. Instead of listening to him, I called our home warranty company only to find out none of the issues existed. We even called Oscar to talk to the person that came out from our warranty company. Oscar acted as though he never said there was any problem. We then went to plug in our water softener, only to realize he never finished connecting the pipes. My husband and I went to buy the parts to connect the pipes. Once we connected and turned everything on, it still has not been working.I’ve tried to text Oscar back the last couple of days to follow up on the 3 month warranty he promised but haven’t heard back. I really wanted to work with him because we liked him and he seemed to care about us. But this dude is a scam! DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
